I ordered a product outside the Black Friday period of spring, where Altex boasts that it ships within 48 hours and they were not able to deliver even after 7 days, although we had made the payment online with the card. They answered hard, late, to my numerous requests online or over the phone and they didn't know where the product they gave to the Nemo Express courier was and they directed me to the courier to get in touch with it. The climax is that Nemo Express didn't even know. It is the second order at Altex where the delivery was not made in one week and which I had to give up and I bought from elsewhere. Avoid ALTEX! They are not professionals nor do they respect their clients!
