I placed an order on Sunday. On Monday morning I received an email from Altex informing me that the AWB has been issued and is about to pick up the order courier. On Tuesday I called the courier to find out the delivery details and I found out the following: the order was not picked up by the courier, the awb is issued by the store not by the deliverer.
I also called Altex and found out that only one product was sent to the courier and the second did not know anything and had to talk to his colleagues (I thought the phone was redirected to the Vitan fair). The fact that Altex can issue AWBs for courier companies directly from their platform and cannot see where the product is marketed by them raises a big question mark.
Avoid online orders, Altex is a disaster in this segment.
