I bought a console and accessories online. I made the card payment. Since I found out that the delivery was late, I preferred to cancel the order after 2 hours using the "Contact" form on the site. To make sure it was canceled, I called (great care here ... it takes a long time!). I was advised to refuse the packages from the courier, because the order cannot be canceled simply, because the invoices were made. That's what I did. On the site appears "Refused" to products. Money recovery ... a real shame. It is done immediately 2 months since I try to get my money back !!! I have not ordered anything from Altex and I will not do it again anytime soon.
