I have not been paid for 2 weeks, pure twists and turns, I call them and they put me through another one and one tells me one thing and another tells me another

I'm a school bus driver during the school year. And they were able to offer me some good positions this last summer in warehousing. And I will definitely go back again next summer for the extra money.

Awesome job I've landed and I love the people I work with. Thanks to RMPersonnel for the job opportunities they have brought me.

A few months ago I got a job through RM Personnel and and I have really enjoyed it. They worked very hard for me and it paid off.

Very quickly they got me a job after only a week. I really appreciate what they have done!

Just called no more than 3 minutes ago...
A female answered the phone with the RM Personnel greeting, I proceeded to tell her that I had called to check in as I had been instructed, then I heard how the receiver slammed against the cradle.
Every company should primarily take care of their customer service, especially when it comes to the receptionist whom is the first point of contact.

The staff took care of me Very well, Very friendly THE receptionist and the person who took care of me too. The only thing was that they never spoke to me regarding my application ... they did not help me find a job

Through RM Personnel I was offered a job with SISD. So I know they deliver on their promise to find you a good position. And Berta is awesome!

RMPersonnel called me to schedule a appointment. They also ask me why I give a one star?. First, been terminated by the applicated. Second, I'm not at the system when I came in. Last but not less, looks like they only care about the rates from Google...

Our company does a lot of seasonal work. So we need workers on a regular basis at different times of the year. RMPersonnel helps us with excellent, well qualified employees whenever we need them.

lack of drive to help people they have you test all day unpaid and then when they submit you for a job on clerical areas it takes forever to get called again and when they finally do they dont match you with a preferred job i literally lasted months to be called and only cause i complained to manager and when i finally start i got really bad to be hospitalized and they couldnt work with me being out a few days so i just quit she said shed find another job and never called me again second time she does this (c)

RMPersonnel is as close to perfect as it is humanly possible... The best temp agency I've worked for thus far. I enjoy their staff, working hard at putting me to work. And they even work to keep me employed wherever I am and reassigning me at my present position when needed. They are awesome!

Whenever I just need some extra income, RMPersonnel is the first place I go. They always have somewhere for a good worker like myself.

Horrible. I am new to El Paso and went in to see if they can assist me. They made me waste my time filling out my info on the computer and didnt even bother to ask me what type of work I was looking for. They handed me a card and said "Ok we'll call you if we have anything".. They didnt even know what I was looking for. The two girls at the front desk were clueless & unprofessional. I went to other staffing agencies and they took the time to sit me and down and see what I was looking for. RMPersonnel didnt even bother to do that.

Dont bother wasting your time here

I started looking for employment through RM Personnel about a month ago. And already I found employment as a medical assistant at a urology clinic. I also have confirmation that this to become a permanent position too. Even better!

To find a job, they really helped. The whole process went smooth. They dedicated themselves to my sucess.

I know these people, and they get things done. It continues to be a great benefit to our company working with their pool of excellent employees. And no one's perfect, but they are sure close. So I'll give them a 9

I have gotten many part jobs through these great people. It comes in handy when I need the extra cash. They are a godsend!

They always work their butts off to find me employment. They work for anyone trying to find employment. Rebecca has been great. I really appreciate her diligence.

Place is horrible for helping you find a job for 2 day got the run around then finally got a hold of someone to be told they cant help me find work basically said because I have a background that people who dont are better then people who do lol waste of time

I went to orientation and training I got told by the hr manger (Claudia) and her assistant I was going to be there 4 hours and that I was going to be payed for the time I was there I finished the training videos early and assistant (Michelle ) told me I was to fast mind you I have no control of how fast the videos run. They have a bad Attitude and they are very rude! What a waste of time even trying to work with this temp agency don t even bother going here they are a joke they can t even pay you for time they said they are going to pay you for. All I got was a run around and was never replied to they lost my paper work which had all my private information and I was never reached out to until I called them can t even get ahold of an area manger or a district manger!

RMPersonnel has the fastest job placements with the best positions. I always find the best jobs when I need them!

I was very happy with the assistance in finally finding the job I wanted. And Gloria was very helpful.

Rm personel has worked very very hard to get me employment and also keep it, i am so happy that i have found a company that works as hard for you as you do for them!

I wish I would have read the reviews before wasting my time, energy, and gas to go directly to their office. I never had to deal with such unprofessional, ignorant, & unpleasant people like the women who work here. Before looking for a job for me they did not ask the important questions such as what type of pay are you looking for, what side of town are you willing to work at, what shift would you like, nor what type of job are you looking for. After I got done with the application one of the lady's found a job for me which I was not very content with. The pay was minimum wage (7.25) for a 3rd shift. Apparently that's the "only job they had". Another lady came, she was the rudest out of everyone. I asked her if minimum wage was the only pay they offer and she asked well what type of pay are you looking for. I let her know. She looked at me as if I were stupid & she proceeded to call another woman who works there as well. She told the woman over the phone the type of pay I was looking for & started laughing at me in my face. I did ask for 12/hr because I used to get paid 15/hr (here in el paso) so I thought 12/hr was reasonable & the lowest I would want to go for. These females do not introduce themselves nor have a name tag and now I know why. Poor customer service. Would've spoken with a manager but it would of probably been a waste of time as well. So I'm leaving a review so people dont have to come here & be disrespected & get talked down to, when all they are trying to do is find a job.

Prior to them finding me a job on Fort Bliss in my field they were a real pleasure to work with. They always kept me updated and never wondering about the status. Very professional staff.

Can't give less then 1 star ! Staff are unprofessional, needs customer service training....had problems with my paycheck and instead of been apologetic they gave me attitude !!! How do they stay in business... Looking for a great agency to work for look somewhere else....!

Berta is SO wonderful. She helped me every step of the way, and even defended me with someone that was treating me unfairly at the last company I worked for. They really care about the companies they work with and the employees they send their also.

I can tell you they have given me the opportunity for permanent work. In fact I have been the manager at the same apartment complex for more than 20 years. And it was RMPersonnel who got us this position. I am extremely happy with my job, my stability, and everything they have done for me.

I have been to many staffing agencies but few are as supportive as RMP was when I visited. Jessica and Irma were extremely nice and helpful with everything.

Andrea HR Clerk lacks professionalisim, you are definitely speaking with Jessica Rabbit from Space Jam movie, she acts and dresses like her. She speaks to candidates in an authoritative way as if she is above everyone that seeks employment. Poor skills were encountered at this agency, consider another one.

Three weeks and no jobs. "It's slow" I was told. B### sh## I see postings every day. Went to another temp
agency had a job that afternoon.

By far, the BEST agency I have found to supply people to work at my business! They have a great, high quality workforce.

Gloria lied to me told another employee to lie to me over the phone about where i would be working. She said at a factory making soda, I said yes, I show up, it's a 12 hour shift making plastic parts for toro on railroad for minimum wage $7.25 an hour, and when I call to tell them the job let me go cause I was "working too slow", she says they don't want me to work for them anymore cause I kept quitting alot if jobs. I showed up to another job at a factory handguards, over on Hawkins, and when I show up for work the next day, I couldn't go Inside because the management didn't give me a keycard to open the door and I was late. I tried to call these disrespectful ppl who have no management skills to tell them my problem, and their excuse,( yes, they LIED to me AGAIN) is that I should've called handguards to let them know, but they just lied to tell me that they didn't want me to go back looking for work. These ppl suck.

They have a very simple process for finding jobs. It is easy to use their online service. I am very confident to find the right job. They have a great system for matching the right job with the right person to fill it. I find it very user friendly.

I have found employment various times through the years through these good people. They have a good staff and have been very helpful. In just the last week I found a job that is in my field and I'm very pleased with it.
