DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY THEY DO NOT HONOR IT. When my Brand new Tocoma wouldn't start it took 4 and a half hours to pick up the vehicle. Once they finally picked it up they did not process the truck until the end of the day and I had to get a rental. they use a subcontractor to loan us trucks but they have to be Toyota. Well guess what Enterprise car rental doesn't have Toyota's David from Toyota service department said they will cover it for only one day but I would have to bring it back to swap trucks. Once I got the call the next day I left work to take care of it since I didn't want to pay the extra money for the loaner. These guys handed me a the keys to a Corolla when we agreed to a truck keep in mind guys I need to have a truck for my work and Toyota promised me a truck. They told me to speak to management about getting a truck and Jay the manager said he couldn't help me there I was out of luck. I was there at 5pm and waited for them to give me an answer whatever even a car at this point I was so frustrated but all the managers did was ignore me I stood there till 8:00pm until I asked my wife to pick me up I've never felt so embarrassed or so belittled the people there were so angry and kept giving me bad looks. Understand guys I'm already missing work going on 3 days because my brand new truck is not working and my warranty is bogus. Upper management is the worst here. an employee called them to tell them Toyota messed up. if they can let me use a truck to go to work. They simply said no. How I'm I going to make up my income from losing 3 days of work?? They dont care there a multi million dollar company and is taking advantage of us little guys. I've purchased 4 trucks from them and never missed a payment all with extended warranty. The time one time I need them I'm treated really bad ignored and they even tried to belittle me. CHEVROLET NEVER did this to me I was in there for no more then a hour and I was gone with a brand new truck. I've already contacted my lawyer and will no longer be a customer of Toyota they totally let me down....
