Service is easy however got to be on your toes to be sure they know what they are suppose to maintain your car. Like I couldn't get an oil change however showing them the frame manual it tells them yes oil change every time I bring the car. That sort of thing. Overall great service just be watchful
My car's brake pads were worn out and caused rotor damage as well. I was taken to car servicing area and saw the rotor damage in person and approved change of rotors. Good thing about Piercey is that they have both drop and pick up from office if located nearby.
It was a pleasant experience! Krish, the Service Manager took great care of me. They identified the issue with my car and repaired it in few hours. Also, gave me a loaner car for my convenience, at no charge. I highly recommend!
You should always first check if your car has a RECALL due. Always, get the Recall done first. Most likely, the issue will be fixed and you will have to pay nothing from your pocket. Recalls are usually covered by Toyota.
The service said a free multiple point inspection ($67 value) included, but apparently they didn't do that. The front service guy is not very friendly.

I had a call back to discuss a problem, the phone was transferred here and there, or hold. Finally it just got cut off for no reason...
We were met with courtesy and competence, and led through the test drive and then the paperwork with care and respect. We got a good car for a fair price. The facility itself gleams, and the people there could not be more responsive. This is the third car I have bought there, and I am happy to be a return customer. Because Toyotas don't wear out, I'm not sure when I will be back, but if I need another car, Piercey Toyota is where I'm going.

This dealership has always been helpful and easy to use. I have never had a problem and they are very accommodating, it's not far from the great mall and they have a shuttle even if you want to do some shopping while you wait.

I first went to them because I had horrible experience with other dealerships. Once I start taking my car to Piercey, I notice the improvements over other dealerships. I have been coming to Piercey ever since. I drive a lot for my work and I basically need to do service every other months. He is very thorough and gives a full explanation of recommendations when it comes to preventative maintenance and anything that requires immediate attention

I just brought my car in to Piercey Toyota for the Buy Back Event. Don't bother with this event unless you are ready to sell or trade in. They can't be bothered with your business otherwise. I was upfront and informed the sales person I am possibly ready to sell in 24 hours. The Buy Back Event indicates "no obligation".

The customer service at Piercey Toyota has been wonderful. They have been able to pick up my car and return it after it has been serviced. Jasvir is the person who usually schedules my maintenance and recalls and Viet is the one that picks up my car and returns it. Both are very detailed in explaining what needs to be done and what has been done. They deserve a 5 star rating.
I booked a simple oil change for the first slot in the morning (7am). Got there a few minutes before 7 and finally picked up the car at 10am. Woefully slow in general, and especially for being first in line. The waiting area is large and there is plenty of seating.

My husband and I went to Piercey Toyota today to check out a used 2019 Honda CR-V listed online for $24,991 (see attached screenshot and paper copy from dealer). We called ahead to double check that it was available and that we could schedule a test drive today before we Ubered out from Redwood City.
As we were walking out to the car with the salesman, Ky, I noticed the sticker price on the car was more than what was listed online. Ky told me, "Don't worry, we'll honor the online price." When we came back from the test drive to start the paperwork, Ky told us that there had been a mistake and they had accidentally listed the car at the wrong price. After a bit of back and forth, Piercey refused to honor the advertised price. We're out a few hours of our time and $60+ in Uber costs, but most of all, it was frustrating that Piercey failed to do the right thing to do (and apparently under CA Vehicle Code Section 11713.1(e), the legal thing to do).
Mistakes happen, but businesses earn my respect and my business when they own their mistakes and do the right thing. We were really disappointed in this experience- we got married a month ago and we're using the savings from our cancelled wedding to buy our first car as a couple!

Piercey has been servicing my Prius for 9 years. The facility is inviting and allows me to wait for my car while servicing is being conducted. The Service department is courteous and they keep you informed of additional recommended fixes. The only downside is the amount of time I wait for my car for services that shouldn't have to take so long. I usually have to set aside a 1/2 day (e.g., 3 hours) when I get routine services, even though I have an appointment and they know I'm coming in.
Meh! Wanted to buy a truck - cash! Had to wait for sales associate and then for another sales associate to see if truck model & upgrades we're available from different dealerships. A day later, still waiting.

I am really happy with there service. It was very prompt and were very considerate to provide me shuttle for drop off and pick up when my car was in service centre.
Piercy claimed the nail in my tire was unrepairable and new tires are needed.... Costco, where I got my tires patched it up.
Piercy said I needed to pay >$300 to replace the serpentine belt and the belt itself cost $250.... Got it done elsewhere in 20min for $150.
Piercy said I needed to replace the struts which will cost >$1000.... 2nd opinion elsewhere said the struts are fine.
I understand dealers will charge much much more than usual but they should not deceive their customers.
This was a minor service visit, but I am amazed at all the items checked. I feel confident the vehicle is in good shape to make vacation plans.
This place is doing very poor quality service for car but good customer service. If you go there and wait for your car while doing service they will ask for coffee 10 times in 2 hours but the quality of car service is very poor. So, decide yourself whether you are going there for quality work or quality coffee. If quality work for your car then this is the worst place.
Let me share my experiences - I had scheduled car service and need to do synthetic oil change and multi-point inspection. After service done I always double check whether they do the job or not. And I found two consecutive times they forgot to change the oil and did only inspection. After that I had informed the service advisor and he realized his mistake and did the job again and asked me to wait another one hour. I think you know how important the oil change should be. So, can you imagine how irresponsible their technicians are.
I would like to convey this message to their managers and suggest to improve their technicians working style. They are not supposed to do like that. Anyway I am not going this place anymore. First time, I thought its may happen because they are also human. But again same mistake second time. No way .to go this rubbish place who don t care my car.

Work is done correctly, the first time! All service and sales people I have worked with have been friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to work with my budget. They've been taking care of my vehicles for almost 30 years. Can't recommend them more highly.

Overall, I think in the area they have the best customer service for a dealership. I have been going to them for some time now and I have not been pressured to purchase extra services. They do not push after I kindly decline their recommendations. Their waiting room is very convenient and cozy to do work while waiting on my car. I recommend making an appointment to speed things up, but they do take in walk-in before 10AM.

I always bring my 3 Toyotas to Pierce Toyota (4Runner, Highlander, Avalon) for servicing, and my service advisor: Ed Leiske is great to work with, honest, and pragmatic. I get speedy van shuttle to work and they pick up as well and bring me back to pick up my serviced car. I've gotten 3 for 4 (plus $1) new tires for two of my cars, timing belt/major 90K servicing and am very satisfied.
I've had great service from all the staff; from my initial sales rep, and all the nice servicing staff, to the shuttle drivers. Bonus, I love my Prius so no complaints. I've owned my car about a year now and I'd definitely recommend them.
