Did not feel like they were being sincere but I should have given them a chance because I went to Peircy Honda in Milpitas and got ripped off. A car that should have been $30,000 out the door ended up costing me $34,000 for a 2019 Honda Civic Sport Touring Hatchback. Capitol Honda didn't acknowledge that I wanted to test drive the car before I bought it. I asked 3 times so I left to go to Piercy. I regret that move! Big time. I am starting to think that they were both racist and I wish that I never gave them my hard earned money. I love my car even thought I paid $4000 too much. Even the person I went back to talk to said that at that price I should have gotten an extended warranty but didn't do anything about it. So all-in-all both businesses to me sucked, and I will never go there again.

This service station is openly cheating and candid...

This service station is openly cheating and candidly accepting it.
The event goes like-- I went in advance to get my Camry's first service done in first slot of the morning. It being a festival for us I want to get the car in right shape and obviously considering the scale of Capitol Toyota business expected a good service.
However, for my surprise when I went to collect my car it was not cleaned from interior or exterior. I got my car back with more dirt on it and the reason was 'our cleaning facility is not operational'. It was not told at first step when they were taking the car for service. When I told that's a cheating it was happily accepted by Service Manager.
So now I've my car, as it is returned to me. I'm heading to car wash just after my first service of car.
Guys get your checklist prepared before going to Capitol Toyota or be ready for unpleasant surprises!!

Today was my lucky day. I went to Capitol Toyota in San Jose. I had the pleasure of meeting Guillermo (Perez) Rocha. He greeted me with a friendly smile and welcoming manner. Perez was very professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and he was able to get me a good price on my 2019 Toyota Camry. Perez listened to what I wanted and what I could afford. He diligently responded to all of my questions and concerns. Perez went far above and beyond what anyone would ever expect.
He made the experience of buying a car easy, pressure free, and the transaction was easy. It was a pleasure working with Perez. I felt I could trust him and I knew I was in good hands.
Overall this was the best car buying experience I have every had. My next car purchase will absolutely be with Capitol Toyota and my car salesman will definitely be Perez Rocha.

Thank you very much Guillermo (Perez) for making the purchase very pleasant and easy.

Came in to make a service appointment and get a tech to do a ride along. Talked with an advisor, the tech, etc - no problems there. Booked an appointment for a couple days later to drop my car off - the service advisor scheduled me in to see a different advisor. Show up for my appointment, on time - end up waiting 20 minutes. Nobody says anything. Wait another 10 minutes, the advisor I m supposed to meet comes out - says nothing. I wait another 10 minutes, says nothing. I finally chime in hello, we had an appointment 40 minutes ago? She replies, well I m busy helping someone else. Ok - what good is an appointment then? Then, another d-bag advisor has the nerve to ask, sir, may we help you? Yes - 40 minutes ago you could have... but you were too busy on your phone texting your buddies to notice.

Also - what s with the 25 desks all laid out in no particular order? Like, how is anyone supposed to know where to go or who to speak with if they come in with a problem? PS - Capitol Toyota: I work in usability research and I m happy to consult for you to fix this issue. Though, I may show up 40 minutes late without a good reason, just FYI.

Took my vehicle there for service. Their staff are very good at their work. Richard helped me today and he was super nice and informative. Service took less time than I expected. Their new building is also very nice and in the fancy side. Lots of comfortable seats to wait, their fancy Starbucks coffee machines, seats with charging stations.

This is the second time buying a car through Capit...

This is the second time buying a car through Capital Toyota. Rick Perez with Fleet Sales and Mark Hatefy, the Finance Manager, were great. They made this my best car-buying experience yet. They were helpful, informative, and gave me a great price. I highly recommend them both to any other car buyer. This is a great dealership and I look forward to coming back again. - Jose B.

Definetely a very bad service. More than 3 hour waiting for an oil change. Employees at the front desks are being rude to customers. Three of them shouting at customers while the other guys are playing among them while people waiting, showing no respect to customers.

I had been researching online for sometime now and I had narrowed my search to between a few vehicles. A new corolla was among those vehicles. I went to the dealership in order to do a test drive, get more information and a quote on the car. We did not get this far. When I met the dealer and we headed out to the car, he started asking me questions. I answered them honestly. I told him that I wanted to try the car out and go home, think about it and if i liked it I would come back another day to purchase it. The dealer was rude and told me "I was wasting his time." He refused to listen to what I had to say and insisted that me test driving the car would make no difference. I am not sure how this dealership expects to make any money if they are just turning customers away like this. At this point I was offended and frustrated. I refused to even test drive the car since I was "wasting" his time and I left.

Needless to say, he made my choices easier as now there is one less car on my list.

Had the absolute worst experience here. They could do nothing right from the jump. Guy that sold me my car was new, and was having no one check his work to make sure he was doing it correctly (which he wasn't). Which than lead into me leaving with with the car and almost TWO WEEKS LATER getting a TEXT MESSAGE saying the bank connected with the dealer was going to repo my car in 24 hours. The dealer ship knew about this A WEEK before letting me know. They gave me 24 hours to "FIGURE SOMETHING OUT" or my car would be taken. Called 3 DIFFERENT people in the dealer ship and couldn't get ahold of anyone.

They have a 2.7 star for a reason. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. TERRIBLE costumer service. Will never be coming back here again. And will tell whomever I can who wants to get a vehicle to make sure not to come here.

I went to the dealer to check out the Toyota Prius model, pricing and etc. I am new to the US without any credit history and also not aware how the things work with these dealers. I was very disappointed with the person whom I talked to. This guy totally took advantage of my poor knowledge of dealing with the dealers. He ran my credit score without my permission and was pushing things on me. He asked me to sign the credit application form. I initially resisted from signing because I don't want to apply for any credit now but he almost forced me to sign saying this is required. He was very rude to me in giving the quote as if he is giving me some favor by giving some discount.
He was comparing the interest rates in India to interest rates here and saying he's giving much lesser interest rates. I thought what a joke?? So I came out pissed off with this guy and still I am. So writing this review. This is not a place to go if you are not experienced with dealing with these guys. They're ready to take advantage of you. Beware !!!
