I have been fighting with them since the beginning...

I have been fighting with them since the beginning. At first my alarm would go off and nobody would call us. They didn't even have record of us. Then they did come out to "fix" it but now my door contact isn't even working. I have been calling for 3 months to get that fixed and they keep putting it off. When I asked to cancel the lady said "Sir, it is just one door contact isn't working." She is right, only one door contact isn't working. I can put a sign on the door saying, "PLEASE USE OTHER DOOR IF YOU WANT TO ROB US, THANK YOU."
