I did not like the lack of communication. The installation gentlemen requested payment my check but I did not realize that he was using the check information to set up automatic payment. That information should have be told to me. I may have wanted to use another method of automatic payment. Now I don't know how to change the automatic payment method. Working for the court system, I felt paranoid about if I was being watched or if my personal information would be used in other ways. Once you omit any information, my trust disappears. On a positive note, so far I love the camera system especially the doorbell camera. The doorbell camera allows me to speak to someone on my porch. The system is very different from my last security system so it is taking some time to get used to. I have only had the system for approximately 36 hours so it is still ne w to me. Lack of transparency and lack of payment information is the reason for the 3 stars. So if you are using Alliance please ask questions than ask more questions. 02/01/18 This company is still going into my checking account withdrawing money that I was not told in advance that they would be withdrawing. I am posses. I just called customer service and left a message because they are not open.
