Not sure how they got my number but they constantly call through an automated software with a computer and each time a different number shows up on caller ID. If you do take the time to speak with someone, as soon as you say something like "why do you keep calling me?" they immediately hang up. Even when you get past the fake computer person and talk to a real person, they won't give you any information via email or send you the promotion offer via mail to even review. When asked why I couldn't get an email of the promotion I was told it was company policy because they're going "green". They're going green and I can't get and "EMAIL" are you kidding me? no matter how many times I put my number on the do not call list or tell them to stop calling. They just keep calling and a random number shows up on my caller ID. Sometimes that number is a real person's phone, like I called back the number the other day after speaking with the computer fake person 5 minutes before, so I redialed and got a guy who lives 3 miles from me and has no idea how I got his number. He was very upset that this is happening to him and he's looking into filing a complaint. This has become a ridiculous situation that I can't seem to get out of and I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and every government agency I can to prevent further harassment.
