We came across 'All Year Cooling' by 'happen stance'. After meeting with several companies and not being won over by their customer service and price quotes, we decided to do an internet search once again. 'All Year Cooling' was the first company we noticed on our internet search results; we decided to give them a call eventhough we had never heard of the company before. After contacting 'All Year Cooling', we received a call back from the owner, Tom Sr. He was very sincere, honest, helpful and attentive to our dire situation; as a non-profit we needed a new compressor asap but had a limited budget. Tom assured us that he would not only research the best price right away (and beat our competitors) but he would also guarantee a quick turn around time to install the new compressor. He and his company did both successfully and we were up and running the next day! We were and are so thankful for 'running' into 'All Year Cooling'. Tom, along with his staff, techs, call center operators, etc were professional and provided excellenct customer service; they also went above and beyond to accomodate our needs for a price quote our budget could afford, offered a suitable payment plan, worked us into an already busy schedule, replaced our defective thermostat with our preference of a programmable one, provided an extended service warranty and the list goes on! THANK YOU ALL YEAR COOLING for all that you have done!! We look forward to continuing to receive the best services from you!
