There was a communication gap. They did not receive my phone message. When it came to their awareness they took the gloves off and provided service beyond what could be asked for. I requested Horace, the origional tech because in speaking to him on the initial visit I knew - he's professional and knows his stuff. Christina reached out to me to make sure my service was handled properly. I rec'd additional calls from AYC making sure I was satisfied. So satisfied I requested an annual service contract with All Year Cooling.
