I did not use this business but my grandmother in law TRIED to. I'm writing this review because she is 82 YEARS OLD and she doesn't know how to.

My grandmother doesn't like asking me for help because she knows I'm usually busy as I'm AC Technician and its summer as I'm booked all the time. She decided to call All Year Cooling a white shirt business man not a technician showed up to her door with a clipboard pen and paper. He took 5mins to say she had a leak on the liquid line on condensing unit and said it would be 500 dollars to repair. Once I heard that story from my wife I decided to come by and check out this so called leak. I examined the area he took 5 mins to spray soap bubbles and there wasn't a leak! I then went to turn on unit and diagnose it myself and unit was simply pumping down. Given the fact typically that is caused by two things I found out that her TXV went bad and it was a 60 dollar part and I fixed her unit and its running.

Moral of the story dont trust this company that is sending out salesman to diagnose a problem a leak is not always found within 5 mins and ask them to show you what they found. Bunch of scamming rats.
