We had a horrible experience at the Denham Springs location. After purchasing 3 vehicles from All Stars we were told by a sales representative that there was nothing they could do for us with a $4000 trade an another $3000 in rebates. He gave us no explanation and we left very upset. After purchasing 3 vehicles we never experienced this before.

My wife an I were at this dealership on 6/7/18, looking at buying a suburban for our family. We came across a vehicle we liked and began to talk with our salesman. He was unorganized and had us waiting around for a couple of hours while went to find paper work and get our car appraised. Then when we hashed out a deal, we waited another two hours just to get to the room to begin our financing process. The people were not very friendly and they had no cups for the water to drink while we sat around and watched almost an entire MLB baseball game, (you know those last forever.)
While sitting there we witnessed other customers become agitated when they were in the rooms getting their financing straight. We then understood why? As soon as we sat down to handle our financing, the manager begins a story about the pre-approval I already had with my bank and decided with out my consent to sign me up for a different financial institution (GM s) and the deal we had worked out was gone. It was no where near the numbers we talked about.

THE SERVICE DEPT AT ALL STAR D.S. IS VERY BAD.WE BROUGHT OUR DODGE THERE ON 3 DIFFERENT TIMES AND FINALLY AFTER THE 3RD TIME(PUT A ?NEW? SENSOR) THAT AUTO ZONE HAD STATED THE PROBLEM.THE SERVICE DEPT KEPT THE TRUCK AND THEN THE LAST TIME HAD TO WAIT 7 HRS FOR FINALLY THE LAST TIME I WILL TAKE IT THERE(ON OXYGEN-SO NO FUN).THE ALL STAR NISSAN USED SALES DEPT IS BAD AS WELL.WE WERE THERE IN AUG 2018 LOOKING TO BUY A TRUCK..THEY WENT THREW 4 FINANCE CO WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION(WE WAITED IN WAITING ROOM(THREW NASCAR PRACTICE AND QUALIFIYING) AND MY HUSBAND FINALLY WALKED OVER AND TOLD THEM NO WAY WE ARE GOING TO SIT LONGER AND THEN WALKED OUT WITH A MANAGER WALKING OUT TO OUR WINDOW ASKING WHAT ELSE THEY COULD DO..WEIRD.WE WENT TO ANOTHER DELAERSHIP NOT AFFILIATED WITH ALL STAR AND WAS IN AND OUT IN LESS THEN 2 HRS WITH THE BEST EXPERIENCE AND FINANCING. IN OCT(LIKE A WEEK AGO,WE GOT A LETTER FROM ANOTHER FINANCE CO THAT ALL STAR NISSAN HAD PUT OUR APPLICATION AGAIN TO I GUESS TRY AND GET OUR BUISNESS. All Star Jeep in Denham Springs is horrible. Sales manager Sal tried to screw me over on a vehicle. I have two vehicles to trade in on a new one. He tried to make me pay sticker price but gave me very little on good trades. Then didn't want to find the vehicle I wanted. Horrible dealership.

My husband and I went to just look to get an idea and was looking at the tahoes when Mr Val came to help us. He was very informative and knowledgeable about them. We started talking numbers and Mr John the financial manager was very amazing. Between the both, they worked together to get us a great deal on a brand new tahoe. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for amazing service. Thanks guys.

I bought my cpo from their Volvo location a month ...

I bought my cpo from their Volvo location a month ago. It has been in the service department 4 times. 7 days out of the month I have had it. First it needed a new battery the day after I purchased it and then a week later it leaked out a liter worth of oil. It s had a crack in the oil filter and then 2 weeks later the blind spot sensor stoped working and it needed new rotors. I asked for a car of comparable price and they told me my car had now on one month depreciated %25. I would not recommend them to anyone. Had they truly inspected this car from the beginning none of these things would have happened. Also never received the papers showing the certified inspection. They also take forever to return a call.

Most horrible service experience ever. Please avoid All Star Automotive and save yourself from the misery of dealing with people who do not care about customer service whatsoever. Dropped my 2012 truck off on Monday morning, June 15, 2015, and phoned on Tuesday and Wednesday and left messages but never got a return phone call. My wife finally spoke to someone on Wednesday and was told nothing had been checked out on the truck. Coreen then checked with the service department and was told they would look at it on Thursday and phone us. Phoned to speak to service manager and had to leave a message but again no return call. We called again on Friday and said truck should be ready Monday. Phoned them on Tuesday morning and had to leave a message again no return call. Phoned again and was told truck not ready they need to order a part. So we told them we were coming to pick up truck please do not repair. Arrived to pick up truck and was ignored for 10-15 minutes before anyone asked if I needed help. Then given bill for $137.00 even though we had purchased the extended warranty which was still in effect. Coreen said I did not have a warranty so I had to bring my invoice for proof. No one was interested in looking at my proof of warranty. The service manager Jeremy then appeared and asked very rudely if I had initialed the service agreement when the truck was dropped off and said I had to pay in order to take the truck. I did pay but will never ever return to purchase another vehicle from any All Star Automotive dealership!

Have called 3 times today left 3 voicemails an have heard nothing . Been calling since 7:30 am all star used to be awesome and loved dealing with Hyundai. But made a mistake when going to chevy . Hyundai went above an beyond but apparently all star doesnt hold its companies to equal standards. Hood Chevrolet has definitely won me over for future business. An they are well worth the drive .

I m 72 years old and have bought many cars from many dealerships in my time, by far this is the worst dealership I have absolutely no plans to ever call or visit them againAnd will definitely not recommend them to anyone in a good way,

I have had the absolute worst experience ever purc...

I have had the absolute worst experience ever purchasing a car from Hyundai. My car broke down on me 384 miles away from Baton Rouge. I called the dealership and they told me it was my fault I bought a 2013 Hyundai Equus (Used car) Failed to tell me the car had a non transferable warranty. The car has been in the Shop 4 months(in another state) and can't get it fixed. I've tried to reach out to the dealership to guidance, I've reached out to Hyundai motor America and to no avail, NOTHING!!! The sales manager talked to me like I was nobody, very arrogant and very disrespectful(i'll never forget that) I will never ever buy anything from an Allstar dealership Based on this experience!!!!

I'm very impressed with All Star. My husband bought a lovely Lexus from All Star for me this summer. He talked with the dealership and negotiated a price, then drove from Houston to pay for and pick up the car. He brought a cashier's check for the car and the taxes. He paid, and drove the car home. Just yesterday, we got a refund check in the mail. Apparently, we'd overpaid the taxes. We would never have known about the overpayment, and All Star could have just kept the money for themselves. But they sent it to us anyway. The honesty and integrity they displayed in this business deal is quite refreshing.

Don't waste your time. I saw a truck on their site, called on a Saturday to ask about it and was told it was a fresh trade in and was being reconditioned. Received a call on Monday morning from a sales person asking if I was still interested in the truck. I was told it was available and on the lot so I made an appointment for 1:00. I drove 45 minutes to get to the dealership only to be told that the truck was sold two days ago only to receive a halfhearted apology. Then they want to know if I'd like to look at any other vehicles. Sounds like the old bait and switch to me. Very disappointed and a total waste of time. Giving one star because zero is not an option.

Unfortunately I have to give a low rating for the All Star Lincoln location in Prairieville, LA.. Let me start off by saying that the sales side of this location has an EXCEPTIONAL staff. They are there to help you in any way they can with NO PRESSURE. The service department until recently met those same standards. My car has been in their possession since 12/28. I have received only one phone call (12/29) and that call was to answer a question. I have called the service manager (Mr. Seal) twice (12/29 & 1/02) and left my number for him to return my call. As of today I still do not know the status of my vehicle. I have always given this location HIGH MARKS because of their service after the sale over the past 18 years. I hope things are not changing for the worst.

very difficult to deal with your parts dept on professional level. hard to get a hold of parts dept, refuse to deliver parts in timely manner. ie ordered part at 10:45 am still have not received at 4:30 pm. then called and said the driver had delivered at noon.. didn't have any idea who signed or even ticket in his hands to call and insult me. part not delivered, now driver" lost paperwork" and my customer has to be out of their car now until tomorrow if these idiots can get their stuff together long enough to deliver a part 3 miles away. sad.. its the same every time, over and over again

I can only give 1 star because of what happened to...

I can only give 1 star because of what happened to my personal items while at the dealership. The work they did on my car was outstanding and I have no complaints on that part, but while my car was at the dealership, I was robbed of personal items I left in the car because I forgot it was there its been there so long. I really was left feeling very violated and disappointed that this had happened. I do partially blame myself for not remembering it was in the car in a place that is easily accessible to anyone in and out of my car while work was being done. After leaving my car for over a week, I still didn't remember it was there until after I started my car and it didn't immediately start playing on my infotainment system. Very heartbreaking to lose it because they don't even make that particular model anymore. The service manager did reimburse me for another model after I purchased a new one but it's still not working as the old one did.

Don t ever I mean ever purchase a vehicle from allstar. After less than a year of buying a vehicle from them the engine goes out. Although I had no warranty, you would think they would offer to help get it repaired. Note I said help not pay for full repairs. I believe they sold me that lemon knowing full well that there was something wrong with it. Once I spoke with them about they agreed to have it towed to the dealership and help with the repairs. The manager that I had been speaking with would always give me the runaround about a timeframe and my price to cover repairs. So after having my vehicle for about a month I called to speak with this manager only to find out that he quit which I think is a lie. So after arguing with them about my situation they agreed to have my vehicle towed back to me. These people are untrustworthy, untruthful, and unethical. If I could give them a negative rating I would do just that. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

I CALLED BACK AND TOLD THE CALL CENTER EMPLOYYEE THAT I HAD BEEN ON HOLD WITH NO ANSWER AT ALL, SHE SAID OK LET ME TRANSFER YOU AGAIN. THAT IS NOT A RESOLUTION!!!! Let me begin by saying what an excellent job my sales lady at All Star Ford Lincoln on Airline Highway did for me. Her name is Jessica Rosen, and I can honestly say that this young lady absolutely did not leave one stone unturned. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and have not ever had anyone handle the process any better. After I purchased my new truck I had to go out of town for a few weeks and she took care of making sure that all the accessories that was part of our deal was installed and completed before I returned home to pick up the truck. I directly purchased a Retrax Bed Cover from Kirks and Jessica even took time out to bring the truck to them and pick it up after the cover was installed. To take it a step further she would texted me pictures after each accessory was completed. GOOD JOB JESSICA ROSEN. I highly recommend anyone wanting to purchase a new Ford or Lincoln to go to All Star Ford Lincoln on Airline Highway and ask for Jessica Rosen.

The first time I used these people it was great and they came quickly. I really liked the guy who helped me, too. So when I broke down again this is the first place I tried to call. The second number I called someone answering he said it would take him 30mins. Hour goes by and I try calling all 3 of their numbers trying to figure out where he is and if he's still coming before my phone dies while I'm stuck on the median on the hwy. Tried calling 30 mins straight. It hits 2 hours and I ended up calling someone else to come get me. Worst service ever! No one even tried calling me back. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the first time and the guy was good

Terrible! I've been dealing with a guy named Mark Bozant he was all nice and accommodating at first while trying to get my money. Then he screwed me over and stole $350 from me (I have proof)! Now he is avoiding me completely! I've tried calling his personal cell, his direct office line, nothing. I'm afraid further action is gong to have to be taken in order for this guy to return my money that he stole! Shame on All Star Automotive Group, Hyundai for employing such a shady character.
