Structure built effectively with swimming pool and sea in front but unfortunately it needs to be renovated in fact the rooms are sinful and as regards the restaurant service the waiters are not at all friendly and efficient, I also found a cockroach near the dining table. Not recommended !!!

We were 1 week in early July 2017 with my husband, we had a good quiet place, great sea, entertainment too ok, lifeguards (Davide and Giuseppe) attentive friendly and kind.

We were (and we still are as I write) in the week of August in the apartment / hotel full breakfast formula and we found an excellent quality / price ratio considering that our. son did not pay (children up to 7 years were free). Good is the village that rises in the Mediterranean pine forest made of secular pines and magnolias as well as shrubs of oleanders and fruit trees, essentially oranges, bergamots and figs. The well-tended vegetation interspersed between the blocks of row ensures shading almost for most of the houses where, however, we have run very little time. The older structure of the apartments, squeezed between the railway and the sea, is flanked by the four-story hotel with swimming pool and restaurant, where the renovation of the rooms, which seems recent, is said to be excellent (I have not personally seen the rooms, but the people known during the stay talked about it well). For the apartments, it seems that only the residence formula is possible, without breakfast or meals. To know that the terraced houses are without air conditioning, even if the local microclimate has been characterized all the days. from constant wind from South / West and / or South / East coming however from the channel of Sicily. The kitchen we found it right, similar to that of home, with dishes with a clean taste never cloying: the choice was limited to a few alternatives, but it was always possible to have lunch and dinner without sacrificing reach, obviously also appreciating local culinary choices not really in our ropes; the only neo certainly improved: the breakfast, where we expected to find an espresso and / or a cappuccino, while it was always necessary to go to the coffee bar. The parking lot is equipped with photovoltaic shelters which are an obvious sign of the investments made and in progress: we hope to be able to return to them in the future and see that they have been extended to give the right solution to the many details that actually seem a bit left to themselves . Place relaxing and fun, ideal for families. The part of the residence is a few steps from the sea and the sea is gorgeous. The food is good although not very original. We should improve the rooms and breakfast. The animation is good, especially for children, and although there was during the week of August there has never been chaos and disorder. However, it would be advisable for the facility to offer the Wi-Fi service which, instead, is paid.

The rooms are clean and with a good air conditioning system. The food is good and varied. The downside is due to the shuttle to reach the sea that passes only at certain times and has only 7:00 to 8:00 places that you often have to take long to be able to file back to the hotel or go to dine.

I booked 15 days in residence formula for 3 people. The house aesthetically looks nice, but inside it still retains an 80's style both in the furnishings and in the tiles chosen for the flooring. There is a lot of dust on the walls, from which it can be deduced that cleaning is not a strong point! The kitchen is not very functional as for cooking it is necessary to use electric plates that after a half hour use become dangerously incandescent and if water goes to deposit inside, the life-saver starts. The bedroom is in contact with the refrigerator so various engine noises can be heard all night, but in the end you get used to it, but not to the very hard beds. The TV is present but too small and with a cathode ray tube with a lack of channels because the signal is poor. We come to the bathroom, water comes out of the toilet bowl, the shower cabin is badly kept in the taps now to be changed and the booths to be replaced because damaged. The frames (double) are new and well made. The structure of the village is very large with a tennis court and basketball court as well as a swimming pool at the foot of the well-kept hotel. The sea is really 20 meters from the house where you access the lido of the village organized with an umbrella, two beds and a chair. The bar is present and works fairly well. Splendid sea always transparent. Maintenance workers are present and quick to meet customer needs. The animation in my opinion is the flagship of the village with Antonello who supports them to perfection, always present at the salute and to give joy to all. Great location. Residence very close to the sea. Lido cared for and lots of animation. Clean sea. Hotel fully reflects a structure conceived in 70-80 years at least in the furnishings. The rooms are comfortable clean and the air conditioning works. Friendly staff but appears occasionally disorganized or undersized. Kitchen ranges and with good raw materials but sometimes the dishes are not prepared properly. Pleasant animation.

Positive: sea, houses near the sea, availability of all staff. Negative: old structure, it seems to go back at least 30 years, nothing differentiated, no reduction of the barriers for the disabled, not even headphones in the pool. I forgot an absurdity, they also charge water. Taking a coffee and seeing you deny a little water is priceless. A greeting to a good but also young animation, the lifeguards above all the excellent Simone, and to the good Nino waiter.
Beautiful structure but with annoying organizational deficiencies and food not always up to par. We were attracted by competitive prices but we found several flaws. The hotel rooms apparently are comfortable (so at least they said several guests who were staying there) but the same can not be said of the apartments of the residence, mostly without air conditioning, and distant from the dining rooms and the swimming pool are both only with a long journey on foot or by car or shuttle (available only in certain time slots): the positive side is that the residence is located close to the sea. Many units appear still require some maintenance work, with fixtures and furnishings that have several signs of wear. Televisions are available in the accommodation of the residence are old CRT devices, often faulty, and they take only a few channels as no decoder. The staff is usually courteous and helpful but sometimes looks rather awkward and not always able to remedy the obvious shortcomings of the organization structure. The level of cleanliness in the apartments is all in all sufficient. The miniclub only works for a couple of hours in the morning and as many in the afternoon and does not cover the time at the turn of lunch. All in all the animation is of a sufficient level and never intrusive: a positive mention for the exhilarating Totino, but also the other guys on the team are kind and nice. Kitchen not always of good quality and with a limited range of dishes. The breakfast all in all is discreet (especially the croissants). The appetizers are buffet style and are usually quite good: the vegetables are fresh. First and second must be ordered the day before and can sometimes be of good quality and others almost inedible. Long waiting times for the service. Be careful because not always the full board package includes drinks: in this case the tour operator (DLT Travel Formia) had not warned of this clause and we realized, with dismay, only when received by email vouchers : therefore we had to pay separately both wine and water at not exactly cheap prices (we start from the equivalent of 2 for a bottle of water, to be ordered through tickets to be purchased at the reception). Beautiful and well-kept beach and wonderful sea. In the district, for those who want to shoot, there are plenty of destinations worth visiting (the Greek area of Calabria, Gerace, Stilo and more). In conclusion, shame because the village is located in a beautiful area and a really lovely beach, but there are several flaws that make the stay not always pleasant. In my opinion it should be completely rethink the organization of the kitchen and the table service and the residence should be renovated and equipped with air conditioning in all units. It would take little to bring the reception to a sufficient level, to the height of the beauty of the place in which the village is located.
P.S ..: I didn't see the cloth towels in the common bathrooms from the early 80s ...

The aesthetically looks very nice apartment, but within the style is very old and uncared for ... a lot of dust on the walls, kitchen counters and not pulito.benissimo not dusted for a while '! Village located directly on the crystal clear sea. We stayed in July. Tranquility and a lot of joy with the animation group headed by the excellent animators Sergio and Renato and all the boys and girls of their staff who have never left us from morning to night always with much discretion and education.
It is not a 4 star resort.
Lunch and dinner are miserable and disappointing, if you want an encore they make you the pleasure of bringing it (not always) not to mention the always usual buffet. The breakfast room in the village is dingy and maintenance-free. The facility is beautiful but poorly managed. Wouldn't go there again and wouldn't recommend it to a friend either. I forgot, they charge 2 euros for a bottle of water because it is excluded from the vaucer.

looking for a last minute night for 2 adults, a child and a dog, they gave us availability for 200 a night with dinner and breakfast. DEFECTS: the price x old style maltenuto apartment, buffet dinner with some dishes of the day of medium quality. MUSIC with animation .... until late: 01 am ca. for me is a big drawback. Me and my family spent the first 15 days of July in this village, and as every thing and place, there are some positive aspects and other negative, I will try to remain impartial and say just the facts:
-apartment 508 (residence formula) non-working refrigerator, minimum union cutlery, very unpleasant smell of rotten furniture in the kitchen, for the first two was remedied by placing a new fridge in front of the double bed and giving us some fork and knife, I asked a kitchen knife (to cut the watermelon, for example), but I think he got lost along the way, because he never arrived; due to the unpleasant smell it was not possible to do anything but keep the kitchen window open.
The small apartment lacks a chest of drawers, but it has a wardrobe and a piece of furniture for all uses, where you can store things, the mattress on the right of the bedroom (having the bed in front of it) hangs towards the center, and I returned home with the mal back at the end; Instead the bathroom, there is a nice shower, and the water does not fail, the fixtures are new and efficient, the presence of the air conditioner makes the difference, the only shovels to the ceiling would not be able to refresh the environment.
The village itself is nice, very well maintained, clean and tidy, you have the option to park in front of the house and is convenient when you shop, the same is true for the beach, to the pool, there are them of nice big beds and comfortable and more than that, I was struck by the fact that, at the beach, there is the umbrella assignment throughout your stay, in all the villages where I was a guest, this does not happen and in the morning you had to make lift up to get a decent seat, but relax here, really good!
One thing I found very positive is the washing machine and the dryer (3.5 euros each, per wash), the detergent and fabric softener are not provided; you just have to be careful that there are no drops in water pressure, otherwise they get blocked.
A special word I want to spend on entertainment, although I personally have not participated in any activities, the kids, everyone, are very good, and they give 100% in everything, even the nice evenings with the shows.
