I made an appointment for a haircut and blow dry....

I made an appointment for a haircut and blow dry. My appointment was 9AM, at 9:18 AM the Stylist, Adam, still hadn t yet come out to get me. I asked the front desk if they were running behind the schedule. One man at the front desk heard my conversation and said that he would go and get the Stylist. However, the Stylist came out and walked me to the shampoo area.
After they shampoo, the Stylist asked me how I would like my blow dry. 2nd surprise came, because I had an appointment for a haircut and blow dry. Unfortunately he didn t know what he is doing. I would NOT recommend this Salon to any online. They are unprofessional and disorganized !
