Outdated, a bit tacky and most of the people are not nice. A lot of "little old ladies" getting helmet-head hair-do's and squabbling with the staff and each other. The "expert" stylist cut one side of my hair noticeably shorter and my color was not done well. Most of the staff and patrons looked and acted unhappy or uptight. This place has really gone downhill the last few years so I will be going to a better salon now.
