Had an appointment with hair stylist who on the day of (about 40 minutes before my appointment) canceled as I was on my way to the salon (which I live far from). Aside from the fact that I was contacted so last minute before my scheduled appointment I decided to get my hair done with a different hair stylist and wanted a balayage... Which did not turn out right... Very disappointing.
