Update 4/10/2018: Moving down from two stars to one. I have serious doubts about customer service at Alberic, serious about the interest in helping the customer ... Well: Another day, another bad time at Alberic Colon ... this time the car's A / C was damaged. Under warranty, Ok. I take it, and ask them to tell me how much it costs to change the transmission oil at one time. Mrs. Brenda Torres was Service "Advisor", (Ja "advisor" my eye). In short, I admire Mrs. Torres's commitment to incompetence. Zero apologies, Zero empathy. No: good morning, no "thank you", nothing. As if I'm asking you for a favor. Not only do I not buy GM again, I don't buy American car again.

Same as the other PR dealers. Slow service, they don't call you when the "unit" (as they call it) is ready. Chauffeur service is hourly, and if you're having lunch it's Uber with you. The "unit" is taken to a place out of the sight of customers. I sometimes wonder what they hide . Outside, dirty. Inside, dirty but with a clean dog (to cheer up the public while they wait for hours, it will be). Anyways, is this or is it Benitez (meh) or Caribbean Auto (I prefer to take it to a junker before taking it to Caribbean), or Cabrera that is on the other side of the world. We are jo .

Charlie is my service advisor and from the first time my mother and I went to the service center with the Compass he has helped us 100%. The bus has been on two occasions for two different problems although it is a new bus and almost no miles and both the mechanics and the supervisor have been diligent in helping me. He has always been very kind and willing to help.

They sell me a new zero mile Spark. The car has a scratch on the bonnet paint at the time of the purchase and the seller promises (guarantees) that they (the dealer) will fix it. I bought it on December 9th. 2017, today is January 30, 2019 and after countless calls and text msjs to the seller I never quote for the arrangement ... what do you think? NO.CONFIN. The experience is individual but from individual to individual they already have to have many dissatisfied "ex-clients". The dealer forgets that the customer always has to, at some point, buy another car.

The service department is very disorganized. I took my vehicle to change the bulbs and a sensor and it takes more than a month. It took 2 weeks to diagnose and provide an estimate, and it has been three weeks since the repair was approved. My vehicle has not been returned to me yet. They said that the guarantee did not answer them and the answer was in their email. They don't answer the phone, or emails, or text messages. If you have the option, take your vehicle to any other service workshop. If it is by guarantee, I would deal with Auto Grupo 65. I have not used them but they cannot be worse than Alberic

About a week later I decided to accept the low offer and when I came back they changed the offer the day before moving off the island. Went to Auto Grupo Chrysler Pre-Owned in Carolina who gave me a better deal and hassle free. Nice people there.

Terrible service! Extreme lack of systems / proces...

Terrible service! Extreme lack of systems / processes. I think the rep is not the problem. The owners / executives just don't care.
Eight days after leaving our vehicle they still hadn't repaired it. During that period of time communication was extremely difficult, they don't answer the phones, or they leave you waiting. In the days that we got a reply, the status of the vehicle was not known. After eight days they told us that the problem we described was not found. We decided to search for the vehicle. After waiting a long time they informed us that the gas pump was bad. Our intention was to take the unit, however the manager adjusted the price for us and promised to complete the work by the next day. The unit was ready the next day as scheduled but we had to wait more than two hours for it to be charged and delivered. And to finish with a flourish they included additional cost that they had not included in the quote. Inconceivable bad service !!!
I don't know where all these 5 star reviews come from ... for my part I would give them ZERO stars if I could.
