this place deserve no stars. this have to be the worst times of my life, this people basically took my money, the car sold to me was in the worst condition. bunch of liers and would not give back my money. gg 2k downpayment.

Today wait 3.5 hours for an oil and filter. Disappointed. I've been 10 years and lately they take a long time to change oil and filter.

My car has been with them for TWO MONTHS due to a factory defect !!!! They do not give me any type of service or status of my car. After they sold me the six-year warranty, when I bought the unit. NO ONE has provided customer service to me, not the salesperson, not the manager, not anyone I contact. Nor do they offer me alternatives. It is the WORST customer service I have ever received in my life, there is no interest or service culture.

Do not step on this place !!!

They wanted to sell me a Compass 2018 used by a new one. I had self-express and dash screws in the seat. And I asked if it was new and the bandage told me yes. I told him about the express car and he told me that they most likely bought it and delivered it but that it was new. I showed him the screws and he became crazy and I taught him that it was 2018, he did not know what to say ... Do not buy here that they are not honest

If I could put negative 5 stars I would. disgraceful customer service. No organization or management ability. Ordered and paid for parts with the promise that it would be there in 3 days.... 13 days later still no parts and will not refund the money. Had to get the car fix at Sear next to Plaza Las Americas.... which by the way is way cheaper and had outstanding customer service. Stay away from Alberic Colon General Motors, any other shop on island is better.

Called this morning to get a quote on an auto part, was left on hold for about five to ten minutes and then accidentally hung up on. I called back as soon as call was dropped but my phone call went unanswered on three separate attempts. It was like the receptionist was forwarding my call to an extension that would not pick up the call. They must not have the personnel to professionally support a customer or at least a voice mail where I can leave a message to get my call returned. I guess I will try one of the local competitors to see if they can assist me instead.

Serious people in business, Valentin from the Bayamon dealer is very special.

They must do everything in writing in repair estimates, I had the experience that they told me a price for the work of repairing the transmission of my vehicle and the price almost tripled once I had no option since it was unarmed and they would charge me to install. They pointed out to me that supposedly there were so many hours of work. In the end my vehicle worked well but the warranty was also misunderstood.
