The service department is very disorganized. I took my vehicle to change the bulbs and a sensor and it takes more than a month. It took 2 weeks to diagnose and provide an estimate, and it has been three weeks since the repair was approved. My vehicle has not been returned to me yet. They said that the guarantee did not answer them and the answer was in their email. They don't answer the phone, or emails, or text messages. If you have the option, take your vehicle to any other service workshop. If it is by guarantee, I would deal with Auto Grupo 65. I have not used them but they cannot be worse than Alberic
