The experience at the beginning was very good when receiving the vehicle, then to talk about the diagnosis from the consultant it was not the best, since when I told him to explain each finding, he told me things that made no sense or logic to the finding, I asked him to communicate with the mechanical Supervisor who diagnosed the bus and thank God Rafael could explain to me and issued a service of Excellence! Clear and effective communication, excellent customer service by the Mechanics Supervisor. Recommendation, if you are an advisor in any industry you should know what you are going to communicate to the customer or at least communicate with the mechanic of the vehicle so that they can explain the necessary scope of work well and not call to want to sell you a service that not even if you want known. I understand that Alberic Service must have a training program for advisory personnel and it would be phenomenal and positive to increase their sales, because people who know at least the basics are going to challenge the information. In this way they deceive people who do not possess the basic knowledge.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Do NOT use this dealership!!! I left my vehicle in their service department to check my A/C system, and I rented a car there to use meanwhile. They said it would take a couple of days. After driving a rental car for a week, they have not even looked at my vehicle, and could not even tell me when they would. I picked up my vehicle and had to take it somewhere else for service. I will never return to this dealership for ANY reason, and would NOT recommend them to anyone!

The absolute worst experience I've ever had for a car repair. The power steering stopped working in my Jeep Wrangler so I took it to get repaired. They said the whole system needed to be replaced, pump, gearbox, and ball joints, highly unlikely that all units went bad on a vehicle that has 46,000 miles when each unit is usually good for 100,000 miles but different topic for a different day. My complaint is solely on the time it took.
Bring the Jeep in on January 16th first thing in the morning. Was told the diagnostic takes 24hrs, after no reply for 24 hours I call and they still haven't gotten to it. Not a big deal, they get back to me a few hours later and tell me the aforementioned parts need to be replaced, one of which will take 6-8 days. That's fine, I get it, we are on an island.
Fast forward to Friday, January 31st; I was told the part came in but the Jeep won't be ready till Monday, February 3rd. Still not done Monday, or Tuesday. Hear back Wednesday saying they are still working on it and it will be done Thursday, February 6th. Still not done Thursday...Hear back Friday saying they are still working on it and it will be done Monday February 10th. No word on Monday until I reach out and I get the same answer, still not done, will be ready tomorrow morning. So Tuesday morning comes and I hear nothing, Tuesday afternoon I reach out and FINALLY it's done. Essentially it took 6 1/2 days to fix, in that same time you can rebuild a transmission, which takes 3 days, I know because a guy at work got that done in the timeframe.
P.s. This picture was sent to me and it shows me mechanic 101 basics being disregard. The brake calipers are hanging with no support putting extra stress on the brake lines which can do unnecessary damage. I know how to work a wrench and I've changed my breaks before and I know this is a BIG NO NO.

Brief synopsis: I was was told three different times my vehicle would be done over the course of 6 1/2 days.

Excellent service and great knowledge of the business

Horrible service department. Tried to get brake change, they wanted me to leave a deposit to order the brakes which they didn't have in stock for a popular car.

Took car twice to get inside lights fixed under warranty both times wasn't fixed!

Do not buy from them, the service experience will be atrocious. I have bought 4 cars from this dealership. If you are paying a dollar over the sticker price after Puerto Rico import tax, you are being ripped off.

Apparently everyone here is too lazy to actually sell cars.. I've called, filled out the contact form, and emailed the sales rep twice to try and buy a jeep. No response at all. Not sure how this place is even in business.

We bought a used Jeep Wrangler. Excelent deal, excelent service. This is the third car we buy at Atberic because we are always satisfied!

Horrible service. Have to constantly call to check on status of vehicle while having repairs done. They will put you on hold for over 10 minutes on the phone trying to find out information they should already know when they're calling you on an update. They will try and charge you first for service instead of finding out if it is covered under warranty. They will not work on cars on saturdays so don't bother dropping car off on the weekend.
