Bad service. My photo album was lost during shipme...

Bad service. My photo album was lost during shipment, so it had to be resent. I finally had to call twice at the back before I had clarity whether the book was sent or not. When calling the second time I was told that the book was already made and sent. However, I then received an e-mail that the book was delayed in production and therefore had a 2-day delay (which does not correspond with the information provided by customer service). The book finally arrived on November 12 (instead of October 25). The quality is good, therefore 2 stars. I had sent an email to the head office because I was not satisfied and as a 'compensation' I get a 30% discount, which is, however, also normally available in the webshop.
