The location is excellent and the service is mediocre

Used this location in 2017 during hajj. Experience was great.

Among the finest hotels in Mecca. May God please in another Umrah sooner rather than later.

The First Martyrs Hotel is the sweetest of memories 10 years ago in this wonderful hotel

Even though it's quite old, the food served tastes typical of Indonesian bingits.

Can treat missing hometown.

The size of the room is spacious and clean, it just feels like sometimes ... the room door is banged on the offer for roomservice

Anyway ... unfortunately the distance to the Grand Mosque is a bit far, so you need extra power.

Its a very nice place to be in Mekkah. Its only around 300 meters from Masjidil Haram. The only complain is the air conditioner temperature is too cold

It s definitely not 5 star hotel. I can say it s around 3 star. Internet connection is very bad. Air conditioner dorsn t work in the lobby. You cannot hear Azan clearly to pray. Their speakers are not good. It s not good for Hajj season, bur employees are kind and helpful!

Bed bugs. Room cleaning service not good.. good big mess room.but generally ok compared to other hotels

Approximately 800 metres from Masjid al Haram, but a well maintained property and courteous staff.

Close gorgeous and simple services to be distinguished

If there is a steamy 5 star swimming pool and if it is a stellar star

The oldest five star hotel in the neighborhood of Agadiad and very beautiful do not miss the buffet that is located inside him and the workers are always under service

Nice big hotel with excellent service.rooms were nice and clean and the staff very helpful.only about 7 minutes from harram. Would book again.

The star alone is expensive enough, the room is small, the parking is paid on it, and the breakfast is not recommended. I would recommend it without breakfast if possible

Well around 800m from the HARAM. Big lobby so many lifts rooms are okay but bit small for family i think.
