Old but still great, and best place to park close the the Masjid AlHaram.

All i can I didnt expect the hotel to be so clean and beautiful but MashaAllah it's very neat and tidy with an amazing environment and good hospitality

A beautiful and luxurious hotel close to the Sacred Mosque and a never-ending palace

Very bad food.... Food smells bad and the beaf looks imported and very old.... I do not recommend anyone to try their food

This is the second time the hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

A decent hotel. The service is quick. The rooms are comfortable. The net works close to the campus.

The food is good and the representative could get an upgrade. Omg, the WIFI is very horrible and extremely slow. It will disconnection on it own. You can't even hear the adzan from the room, horrible speaker. I wouldn't recommends for hajj season. This not 5 stars hotel. If they improve there WIFI, I'll reconsider the rating until then it's 1 star.

One of my favorite hotels but it's a bit far from the Haram

Much better for the price. Location is huge plus. Pharmacy & food very nearby. Free fruits & water. Very friendly staff.

Reception is sophisticated in its attitude, attitude, restaurant quality and cleanliness

The service is good, the food is delicious, you can eat more. Clean bathrooms, available towels, soap and other toiletries.

The hotel does not deserve more than 3 stars. I do not know where the Ministry of Commerce and Tourism is, especially since it is in the purest parts of the world
The sounds are intertwined There is no isolation of the voices in the rooms and the great annoyance of the children playing and running in the corridors I could not sleep from disturbing them

Second: - (Failed - no interest in cleanliness - Lord's breakfast lasts a little yes, and no one breaks it. - And employees are not cooperative from the hour 8 lane. 12 And I call them to clean the room you do not have). I swear by God I never advise it, forever, ever.

Authentic hotel needs some new accessories and mattresses

Old , no more shuttle bus transportation service , helpful staff

Not 5 star.. Not even close. No tea or coffee making in room, No bottle water in room. Carpet in hallways frayed and have holes. Rooms are good size but staff and maintenance let's this Hotel down

Check in didn't take long. Service is good, not bad. Sometimes reception is empty, so I need to shout for someone to come out. Good location and clean rooms. If you're coming here for pilgrimage then please do, first time unrah here and I think this hotel fits all my needs.
