This is a great hotel close to the Haram in the Agyad area

The location is average but the hotel service is really pathetic.

We did not find a reservation and did not give enough information.

Everything is good except for the room cleaning services. They don't show up in days.

Things are changing a little bit. Being a regular customer, and having a booking paid for over two weeks, I had to wait embarrassingly for 35 minutes to get me a room. Worst of all there wasn't normal attendants to help you to the room. I was asked by guy on the desk to find my way.
Finally, it took another two days to get the room service to clean my room. It wasn't so from my previous experience

The parking is expensive if you are not a guest.

Furniture needs to be updated. Overall good value for money if you can get it less than SAR350

The hotel is comfortable, the lift is plenty, not so far from the Mecca Mosque, in front of the terminal

When umra has become a business and all nearby hotels to haram are doing loot and plunder, Shohada Hotel has reasonable rates even in the beginning of Ramadan. It takes a 10min walk to reach open area outside Abdul Aziz gate.
