I was quoted a price online and achanged my schedule to be able to go look at the used vehicle. Once I got there the sales manager told me he wouldn't sell it to me for price I was given. All in an email chain from the dealership. Shady

Excellent! John Peera was very helpful! It was my first time buying my own car and he knew exactly what to say, answered all my questions and was a super nice man! We had an unusual problem. It seems that squirrels had gotten into the engine compartment and destroyed the insulation on the underside of the hood and on the firewall. We were going out of town in a few days. We took the Buick Enclave to Al
Serra. They quickly ordered the parts and the repair was made in only a few days.

I had to have my motor replaced due to water indigestion. Gave them plugs starter oil and oil filter. Oil filter was not used found out my crossover pipe was broke somehow my fault when there was no leak or hole when i have it to them. 2 months later motor died for a 2nd time so they replaced the motor now the brand new starter is not on the motor and it's having start up issues. Alserra claims its my fault they also trell me my catalytic converters are now toast caused by me according to al serra. Took it back for a rattle a 3rd time now a.c. pumps toast. I will never suggest anyone come here after the horrible experience I've had with them. 3 visits in and 4 new problems found. Al serra claims these issues broke because of me. I had no catalytic converter codes till the 2nd motor swap. Don't deal with these people trying to give mechanically inclined people the runaround and act like everything that happens in they're care of your vehicle is somehow your issue. Please take this into consideration the next time you think about coming here.

John Peera at Al Serra is excellent! He turned the chore of trying to find a new car in a small amount of time so fun and easy. He was extremely helpful and was always available when I had questions. Definitely will be referring him and the Al Serra Auto Plaza in Grand Blanc!

Bought a 2016 used certified Corvette to find out it had 12k worth of damage that was fixed in the Al serra bodyshop and sold to me with a clean autocheck report at full market price. Talked with owner who admitted this was in fact true but did nothing to rectify the situation. I would go elsewhere for a vehicle

I purchased a Certified VW back in March, just wanted to share that I had a very good experience with the VW store. I was treated with respect and the sales person and sales manager took care of any issues that I had.

Subaru dealership has been under renovations for over 6 months. The Service Righter's assistant was extremely unprofessional. If I didn't have a service contract I would use a different Subaru Service facility. I expected better service from Al Serra and Subaru.

BEWARE OF VEHICLE PRICES ON THEIR WEBSITE

I went to look at a vehicle last week that was listed for $38,500 as their "Internet Price." Drove two hours to see the vehicle, tried to make a deal, but could only get the price to $41,500 after negotiating. When asked why I couldn't get the price listed on their website, salesmen told me that it was because I exhausted all the rebates and would need to have a current lease in the household, have a GM credit card, and on and on to get to that price. To say that this was deceptive would be an understatement. When I asked him why I couldn't get the price that was LISTED ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE, he said it was a sales game that "everyone plays." I have near perfect credit, a GM discount, and was going to put $12,000 down, and could only get them down to $3,000 more than the list price.

Despite all of this, the sales person was nice (although complicit in the pricing scheme), dealership was clean, and staff were nice.

I went to Al Serra yesterday, after visiting Hank Graff Chevrolet and Patsy Lou and seeing cars I wasn't interested in, out of my price range, and having what I wanted in a car ignored. John Peera at Al Serra made my experience a very pleasant one! He made me feel like family and helped me search for options and helped me through the process of buying my new 2015 Chevy Cruze, the team there is nice and welcoming and talked to me about my car instead of telling my parents about my car and leaving me clueless in what I am paying for and signing on. I will definitely recommend going here for buying cars, you aren't forced into anything and are free to shop around on options, when it comes to my next car I will be coming back and seeing John.

Tried to sell me a demo pick up with 5,000 miles driven by all the employees for full price . Yes 5,000 miles which is supposed to be considered used. Worst customer service I've ever Dealt with.

Awful employees and Overpriced service, had my truck for two weeks, The service dept never answers the phone or returns messages, they overcharged me for every little detail, I wouldn t buy a car here or get my car serviced here ever again. Two thumbs down!

Made a appointment to get work done on car. Waited two hours for repair, then they came and told me part doesn't fit and ask to keep car over night. I was giving a loaner car while they had my car. Just think they forgot to order part, and was scrambling the 1st day to get the part there and couldn't. For the most part everything was great, except for some small issues with customer service.

The customer waiting room is dirty. I came in at 4:10pm, admittedly late in the day. But, no excuses, the floor and 3 available chairs were littered with popcorn. Someone should monitor the area.

I was fortunate to work with Kevin and did everything online so I didn't meet him until the day I went to look at the truck. Kevin actually pushed back the date I was supposed to look at the vehicle because it didn't meet his standards of expectation and he knew I was driving over an hour to come look at the truck. They took a week to fix some things to make it Al Serra acceptable and I was amazed at how hard they worked to make a used car meet my standards. To top it off they actually gave me more for my trade when I got there because it was so clean. I buy a car a year and usually head out of state but will always make sure to reach out to Al Serra before I make my next move as the service was top notch and it was truly haggle free.

I've dealt with Al Serra for years. Went in to trade in my van and ended up trading in my jeep instead and driving away in two newer cars with low miles and lower payment. Could not ask for a better salesman in Travis Jones. If you want someone to give you an honest opinion and work their tail off to get you what you need, ask for Travis. Topnotch!!! Not really satisfied with some of there departments. I bought a brand new truck there a year ago. There was a dent in the bumper they would not replace it. I understand I came to them later then I should have, but I did not know it was done there. When I give them picture proof they said they couldn't do anything.

Went "looking" online on a Thursday night, holiday weekend no less, received an email from Bob Johnson later that same night! Friday morning talked with Bob, filled out an application. Within half an hour everything was approved! Came in after 4:00 pm and by 4:45 I was driving off the lot with my new 2015 GMC Yukon! It was the easiest vechile transaction I have ever done! Sales and service need to communicate/coordinate better. Several unnecessary trips from 45 minutes away to handle minor issues. Bigger isn't always better.

Awful experience. Rob Colins is the worst car salesman I have ever met. Not only did he lie to me and my wife, but he also lied to dort federal credit union, saying that our home mortgage was half of what we actually paid. Steer clear of Rob Colins!!

I was impressed with amount I received for my trade in and my salesman Gregg Winnie did an awesome job getting me into my new Chevy Trax also the service dept was outstanding with a minor repair I had done.

Bought a car last year and recently found out that the spare tire didn't fit the car when it was needed during a flat tire incident, and had to drive on it risking lives.

Called the dealership and they wouldn't do anything about it. No replacing the tire which was their fault for putting the wrong type of tire in the car before it was purchased.

Matt Smith was great. He helped bring it all together, turn in one lease and get another. He made it as smooth and quick as possible.

Chris is incredible. He went above and beyond in his care of and communication to me. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him.
