The sales person, Jim Dallas, was extremely friendly and helpful. The Al Serra dealership is very well equipped to handle all of your car buying needs.

Never again. We had such a horrendous experience with Al Serra and their salesperson, Ian, that we will never go back again. Stop contacting us regarding any specials or deals. We are NOT interested. We had an appointment to view a vehicle. We even had it set up 3 days prior and confirmed the availability of it. When we got there, we were told that the 'special' was over and the price went up $3,000. Then, when we wanted to take it for a test drive, we were informed that 'it had just been sold'. Bull! We went to another dealership and got our SUV from them. We'll never use Al Serra again and will definitely tell our friends and family NOT to shop there.

Purchased two used car in two months from Al Serra. Customer service was awesome. I am sure all of the salepeople are great, but Jason F. was the salesperson who helped me with both purchases. I will see him again for my next purchase.

You "connect" with a salesman, only to have that email intercepted by someone else that insists on you coming in to the dealership to get the information you want. This Guest Services Team won't do a thing but ask questions until I agree to an appointment. I live an hour away and was hoping to get a ball park price. I've gotten one from other dealerships. I bought trucks from Al Serra many years ago, I guess it's not the same place anymore. Oh well, many more dealerships to choose from.

Buyer beware - I do NOT recommend buying a used vehicle here. Obviously used cars are "as is" and need a bit of work - but to knowingly allow an UNSAFE vehicle out on the road is unacceptable! I don't know how they get away with it! After salesman said he took care of our concerns, he conveniently left early the day of purchase and handed our paperwork off to another salesperson. My fault for trusting a large supposedly reputable dealer - but shame on them for putting my family in danger!

Called ahead for service to have car ready to catch flight. Was assured it would be. Waited 25 minutes till they brought car and not washed either. Every time this is an issue. The worst service. Will be buying vehicles elsewhere from here on out! Two tommorrow actually !

These people call themselves mechanics when all they do is guess at a solution instead of actually diagnosing the problem. After spending hundreds of dollars "fixing" my Jeep and replacing parts that weren't even messed up, they still had no idea what they were doing. I honestly believe that there is not one certified mechanic in that building. I will never go back to them and I highly suggest that you never do as well.

Greg listened well to my request for a used SUV in a certain price range. He efficiently set up tests drives for the 6 or so Equinox s I wanted to try. He made my car shopping experience a pleasure.

I found myself needing a vehicle right away. Mike Henderson and Bryan Pullen made this happen for me. Words cannot express how grateful I am to the both of them for making this a reality. I love my beautiful new-to-me vehicle and will continue to go to Al Serra for all of my auto needs. Seriously a fan for life.

Very good service. Kris Helms went above and beyond in finding the vehicle we were looking for. He was patient and actually allowed us to test drive several new vehicles to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end, he actually found the vehicle we wanted over 200 miles away. Nice place the ride home from their shop to wait for my car to be worked on was nice. The work was faster then I thought it would be my car was clean and neat when I picked it up.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. My fiance bought a truck while he was living out of state. He needed them to store the truck for 10 days and they did. The cars move fast, so if you find something, you have to act quick. But with their great prices, it's understandable.

I heard Cruz was selling cars at Al Serra, I also heard he was really good at making the customer happy, so I went to Al Serra looking for a nice Cadillac. Cruz Pettigrew went out of his way to get me a deal which was more then I could every imagine. I will return for future vehicles at Al Serra and I hope Cruz will be there. The experience was more than great!!!

I've purchased 3 vehicles from here and this dealership has been fantastic. I was here today for a oil change. My service guy was named James. He was terrific, pleasant and informative. This dealership is a 10.

Working with Mark was great, even during the complicated times of COVID19 he made sure to do whatever he could to get me into the right vehicle!

We buy all of our vehicles at Al Serra as well as have them serviced there. We have for several years now. We have always had a great experience. However, this last time ruined all of that. I took our Chrysler Town and Country in for repairs around Thanksgiving because it was making a grinding noise. They determined that it was the climate control compressor that was causing the sound and they replaced it. After driving the van for a few weeks we took it back in because it was still making the noise. However not as frequent, it was still doing it. We dropped it off on December 20th at 9:00 am. After it was finished in the repair shop, it was to be sent to the body shop to have some repairs done that were caused by someone in a parking lot. Everything was set up and we were told that they would take care of getting it to it's next appointment. On the following Monday morning, I called the body shop just to make sure that it had gotten there. It had not, so I called the repair shop to see why. They said that the tech could not identify where the sound was coming from and needed more time. Ok, fine. I will make a long story short and say that nearly 10 days later our vehicle still had not gone to the body shop nor had it been repaired. We also had 0 updates from the shop during this time. Everything I found out, I had to call and ask for. Finally, I insisted that it just go to the body shop without being repaired. It has now been in the body shop for well over a week and I am being told that it still won't be done for possibly another week. After being told it would be done today. OUR VAN IS STILL THERE! Twenty one days they have had our vehicle and I have been using a rental which my insurance only partially covers. It will be nearly a month by the time we get it back and I will owe over $140 dollars out of pocket for this rental that was only supposed to be a few days and cost me around $15. This is just unacceptable.

I'm going to add a few stars back because even though the service was not great at all this time, they did make it right, without me asking, and paid the difference for the rental. I believe this is largely due to an employee named Nick DeKelaita, who brought light to the issue and shared it with management. So, thanks Nick, I will continue to be an Al Serra customer because of you! I do feel like in the end, they did the right thing!

DO NOT GO HERE! I brought my vehicle in because I believed it needed some minor transmission work. I left it on a Thursday and did not get it back until the following Friday. The work was truly minor, all they did was replace my transmission oil pan, filter, and fluid which at most places would cost in the range of $150-$250. The day before they returned my vehicle to me they called me to explain that they broke my pan bolts so I would have to pay an additional $24.75 for their mistake. Eight days and $652.66 later this nightmare was over. Avoid this place at all costs.

Told us one price for the job but then when we went to pay it was lower. Said it was not as bad as they thought. Thanks for great service

Adam does a good job at Cadillac service dept. Has to juggle a lot of balls in the air, and maintains friendly, professional attitude.

Have bought my last 5 vehicles from Al Serra. Every time a massive screw up. Had my Corvette in over 7 times for issues they could not resolve until I gave them the post from the C 5 registry. Finally admitted they didn't have a clue. Now my wife needs a replacement part, ordered the part and now they claim was never ordered. Same old story. If this does not get resolved within the 5 days they now claim they need for a part already ordered will be the last time. Put 60 miles on my Vette over night claiming they had to road test it. GPS show otherwise.

This is the third vehicle we have bought from Travis Jones. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a positive pre-owned vehicle purchasing experience. Excellent customer service! I have sent my Mother and Sister-in-law to him as well. He will always be our guy! Purchasing from Al Serra is always hassle free and quick.

Took my vehicle in for service they accommodated me very well they fixed the problem on my vehicle that I had just purchased from cliff anschuetz in Alpena who refused to take the time and look up a part that could be replaced on my vehicle free of charge as a special type of warranty drop my vehicle off at Anschutz they never even took it in the garage to look at it left it there overnight and give me an estimate on what I said on only three of the 20 things that are wrong with it when I purchased it that I called the salesman on and promise they fix or take a look at al serra will now get my business they went above and beyond also gave me a brand new loner and work with me on my schedule to pick up the vehicle

Jim Dallas was a perfect salesman. Needed a car because my nephew had totaled my vehicle and was seriously injured. Jim we kind consider and want to be sure I was thinking about the decision I was making. He made my purchase so smooth. I would recommend purchasing a used vehicle from Al Seria and particularly Jim Dallas any time you are considering a used vehicle.

Al Serra is staffed with very friendly sales people, who do not try to pressure you at all. While there is not a lot of haggling, it is mostly because cars are priced at a fair market value. The corporation structure is setup in a way that is friendly to consumers, because sales people do not make a percent of profit. All around, I would recommend to anyone.

My experience with buying a car from Kevin Yzquierdo was outstanding. The personal service I received was fantastic, Kevin patiently waited for me to get all of my paperwork completed which caused him to stay longer at work he never made me feel like I was imposing. I will definitely refer others.

They had a Dodge Durango that matched all the criteria I was looking for but it sold before I could get there. Chris Salter immediately had their buyer find exactly what I wanted from another state and got it there within days. He was well prepared for our visit, test drive, and financing options. Bought a GMC 4WD Envoy from Al Serra. Received great customer service from Don Zimmerman who is one of the sales people. Very happy with my purchase so far, I feel like I got a good deal on my used Envoy and the transaction was explained thoroughly and done smoothly. Prior to purchase at this location I did lots of research and went to several dealers around the Flint area. Decided to go with Al Serra because of the quality of their customer service and the variety of vehicles that were available within my budget range.

On a recently extremely cold morning my Cadillac showed info messages on the I/P stating the Stability Control, Traction Control were inoperative as well as the ABS and BRAKE telltales lit up. I was 1 mile from Al Serra so decided to just drop in without an appointment, assuming I would have to leave the vehicle. My service consultant, Chandra Landon, was just great. She got my vehicle right in to be looked at while I waited in the showroom. Nels Abraham almost always works on my vehicles as we have known each other for years now. Nels found me in the showroom and he determined that the problem was probably due to extreme temps and for me to watch the vehicle for a week to determine if we needed to replace a solenoid part that was setting off a code. Well my vehicle as not had this issue since then. A tip of the cap from me to Chandra and Nels for their great service work. I have never been let down by this team at Al Serra Cadillac Service. Thank you again!

Horrible, horrible experience. Scheduled a Wednesday drop off with a 7:45am appt Thursday with the next available technician...per the appointment woman. Scheduled a rental car at Enterprise because Al Serra can't guarantee or hold cars (understandable I suppose). Got there wednesday evening to be told the appointment woman was wrong and it could possibly be Friday or Monday before my car is seen. Some cars have sat there a MONTH and haven't even been seen yet. Left my vehicle because it could be maybe seen Friday. After being told it hadn't been looked at decided I would pick it up and go elsewhere until all of a sudden a loaner could be held for me? My car sat for a full week and a half before it was even looked at. At that point the cost of what needed to be done was $450 which made no sense when I have a warranty with $100 deductible. Had my father call and the price dropped down to $280 because of deductible, diagnostic fee, and miscellaneous parts not covered. Fine and well until I go to pick up it up (after repairs taking another additional week) and the price is back up to $499?!?! This place is a hot, hot mess. First of all, be honest when scheduling appointments and don't tell someone their car will be looked at when brought in and secondly stop trying to screw people on cost. Not sure if I was being taken advantage of because I'm a woman or if this is normal customer service, but this place is absolutely HORRIBLE!
