Al Saraya Grand Hotel Makkah. Review

The place is close to the sanctuary but the hotel seems to be a consumer. Services below average

Thank God, this hotel is a suitable place and is quite close to the Al-Harom Mosque

Can provide better service by adding more cleaning staffs.

Good to stay near haram sherif and quick walk to reach gate no 91 fahad gate .Free wifi in all floors.

Suitable place to stay for Umrah pilgrims only 200 meters from the Grand Mosque

Worst hotel service, nobody cares about customer. Never visit again

on every visit to this hotel its always looks so crowded.....some of the employee was very cooperative, but some of them was not at all. they dont want to speak / hear english.

The Hotel just 10-15minit casual walk to Haram..LIFT GOOD SERVICE.. STAFF FRIENDLY.. STAYED IN 608..WITH ROAD FRONTAGE..

This is a 3 star hotel .... at a distance of 300-400 meters .... from the border of harm shareef Makkah.... there are many shops and malls nearby as well ... you can anything to eat even in the midnight a well....

I was stayed in this hotel when I was on umrah tour in December 2018.

The hotel is only around 300 m from Masjidilharom, making it easy to worship, Indonesian taste food is also good

Only good thing is it's distance from haram, WiFi never works, no changing of sheets throughout one week stay. Only dustbins were emptied. Very congested rooms and hotel is over crowded. Have to wait for seats in the dining. Staff only knows to speak arabic, no other languages.

I stayed at this for the past 10 days. Quite near to masjidil haram. Less than 300 meters.

For sleeping only and not recommended for children because guest can smoking inside the hotel and many of bug

The hotel is clean near masjid haram and near the mall no problem to get food

I went to visit my friend's room and opened the door, although there are some cameras but needs to tighten procedures, because it is a hotel close to the campus too, so it is a great destination for pilgrims And the Umrah

First of all customer service is absolutely appalling receptionists are so rude. We booked 3 rooms and the toilets are filthy with bugs in them. No space for suitcases, broken wardrobe only good thing about the rooms are air conditioning other than that I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst eervice. Rooms not goods. Washrooms not good.

The hotel is sufficient in terms of worship services to be cramped.

Saraya Ajyad Hotel is right for lodging for Umrah and Hajj because the place is close to the Kaaba and easily recognizes its pleasant accommodation

lots of bug in room... Nobody was there to carry baggage during check in.....
No towels in bathroom... No ventrilation....
Old model AC producing lots of sounds....
Over all Cleanliness is poor.....
Only star is for minimum distance from Masjid Al Haram....
