Al Saraya Eman is good hotel, too close to Haram, good serve for material food. For improvement, plesae extend the bath room

Average mekkah hotel. Can improve lift buttons. And housekeeping service need to improve more too

Lacks cleanliness. Cats freely roam inside restaurent at B. Standard 2 bed room gets converted to 4 & 5 beds to fleece hajees. Closeness to Harram is the only 3 star hotel ??? It is a low budget hotel, suitable for short stay.

We like the food menu that always serves local specialties in Indonesia is great

Me & my wife unfortunately had to stay in this hell from 5th June-10th June '18 during our last Umrah trip in Mekka & our experience was terrible! Rooms are too narrow, Bathroom's Basin was defective, Flash was not working, Bed smell was coming out all along & there were Zero speed of the Wi-Fi.... We shall urge you all never, never consider to choose this so called Hotel in Mekka! It's just a Hell!!!! (it's a Two Star Ranked Hotel)

Very happy with the closer to the haram, the road to the hotel is not up. So not tired of going back and forth to the mosque.
a place to rest comfortable enough for us to perform worship ..

The rooms need cleaner than the present
But the hotel is generally good and God reward you good

Bad hotel.
Especially lack of hygiene.

The hotel is average, not very clean toilets, very unfriendly stuff, bad restaurant. I don't suggest it.

There is no eating there
I think animals themselves don't eat their food
Their rooms albeit very warm
Showers are not good

The place right in front of the house of the Saudi Arabian king, around the hotel, there are many Arabian specialties and many Indonesian cuisines. The taste is close, if you get bored, there is a shop selling Pop noodles from Indonesia plus hot water for sale It is quite close to approximately 300 meters so if you want to go back and forth with health conditions that are quite fit we can go back to prayer to the Grand Mosque without significant obstacles, enjoy Umrah services ...

Its location is excellent and close to the Holy Mosque

Only thing good about it was that it was 450 meters away from Haram, otherwise everything else was lousy, the rooms the bathrooms all dirty and needed a good renovation. there was no wifi in rooms and the lobby wifi hardly worked.

I did not stay at the hotel but used the parking to park my car while was doing Umrah.
The parking is very narrow and you will struggle while you are parking your car, also it is not clean and you well smell a find bad smell inside.
The price was too much 25 SAR per hour.
The only advantage is that it is very near to the Haram.

The room was quite comfortable ... the bathroom was also clean not far from the Grand Mosque

Hotel during 2016 last pilgrimage. A 3-star hotel, but it's pretty good, and the food is also good because it's adjusted to our tongue, Indonesian citizens ...

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable

The defect that exists is the cost of the car park is 25 riyals per hour, whether you are a guest in the hotel or not, and the elevator is disabled from the ground floor of the hotel for parking. If you have many things, it will be a problem for you.

Close to the Holy Mosque. Behind the Saudi royal palace where the king received his invited guests.

Quite close to a shopping center and 500 meters to the Grand Mosque, many people are Indonesian and Malaysian

Very small room, poor connection of wifi.. taking long time for using lift

Very close to Mosjidul Haram. At most 300 meters away.
Rooms are too small and very crowded. No room service and rooms are very dirty.

The hotel as 3 star hotel is fine
It is near to el Haram which is a hugh advantage for any one who comes to Mecca
The hotel is upgrading a lot of rooms but still there are a lot of rooms which need upgrading

Very bad service. Receptionists are not friendly like they don't need guests. The bedroom was dirty and dark, the drains in the bathroom were clogged so the water was stagnant, there were lots of cockroaches everywhere, trash / used items from previous guests were not cleaned. The advantages: the taste of typical Indonesian cuisine due to the Indonesian people and the distance to the Grand Mosque about 250 mtr.

The former guest sheets and blankets were not replaced before ... dirty everywhere like a warehouse. Smelling like a warehouse

The hotel is Macha Allah, may God bless him and grant him clean, and there are two restaurants, 5 diners and a large lobby

When the pilgrims from Indonesia visited the pilgrimage, there was one room that had not been cleared.

Far from the Haram Yibilah walk is not useful to me with older people

Excellent but the Egyptian worker psychic amid the Sudanese is wonderful.

The location of the hotel is good walking of 3to 5 minutes to haram.neat n clean place.the front side rooms were more good as compared to the backside rooms thrs no window in d backside rooms.its quite peaceful place.food n all was arranged by our group so i dont think hotel provides food or water.overall nice experience.

Everything is fine especially for indonesian jamaah

But, the food is really good

The only advantage is close to al haram. Room is small for 3 people. Have to ask room boy to clean and change towel and sheets. Air condition need to have regular service as the air blown smeels fungi and no switch to set the air flow. Food in general not too tasty as we came from SE Asia where food is reach of ingredients. However resto staffs are friendly and helpfull.
