My dad and I went to look at the new Stingray. Obviously, I don't have the money for that, but my dad does and has been thinking about it for a while. The first salesman made a quick assumption of us. We asked to go behind the ropes to check them out. And he said something to the extent of: "somebody else wanted to earlier, but you gotta understand that somebody who is actually going to buy a $80k doesn't want you sitting in it". He was gracious to let us look at them, but no touching. He was rude and judgemental. My dad is going to buy one (or a Camaro), but not there.

WOW! What a great 7 days of working with John Zadurski at Jeff Belzer's in Lakeville, MN!!! I couldn't have asked for better service! Sent him a text on Sunday nite, had paperwork delivered on Monday to my house in Chaska, MN and a vehicle delivered Tuesday morning. John took care of everything from finding the vehicle, financing and insurance! My family has bought 4+ vehicles from John and will in the future. He provided the best service and I am looking forward to driving a newer Tahoe. Thank you soooo much!

Sold car out from under me...offered me 4000 below book for my trade ...steer clear of the hype and prices..they give u nothing on trade..don't make mistake I did don't deal with this business

Terrible customer service! Dave Nowacki was uninterested and unwilling to show me numbers once he realized I was a little upside down on my trade because they were offering me much less than what my vehicle KBB'd for. The payment was $50 too high per month for the vehicle I was interested in and had no interest in working with me. Dave called me a "little girl" on the phone to his sales manager (I'm a 23 year old college grad). After telling the GM that his salesman drove me off the lot, I heard the most pathetic "I'm sorry". Seriously I've heard better apologizes from toddlers.

I have been a JB customer for many many years, purchases and leases. Today I returned my Sorento lease and WANTED to lease another vehicle, but wanted to trade in my son's car at the same time. Our salesman Tim Young was great, and understood what I wanted. When he came back after the Used Car Mgr looked at my son's car, I could tell he was a bit embarrassed on what he had to tell me. JB was SO FAR AWAY from what I was willing to do, it was laughable. We ended our visit immediately after I told Tim that was crazy. We are a local family, have a local family business so like to stay local. But, I can tell you after today, the likelyhood of us returning is very highly unlikely. What happened to loyalty? What happened to wanting to earn our business? Shame on you. What happened Jeff Belzers??
Ps. Like I said, Tim our salesman did a great job, that's where the "great" ended.

We walked in and were very lucky to have ran into Kyle right when entering. He helped us answer questions and really made things very clear and straight forward. We ended up being a vehicle and we will be reaching out to work with Kyle in the future as well.

Brought my car in for tire change. Noted that I would wait in the lobby, waited 5 hours. The service rep did not come into the Lobby to let me know my car was ready. I asked what happen and the rep said they had it noted on number slip and in my order that I was wait. Apparently the car was done within 2.5 hours. Not ideal service.

Matt Langebartels in sales and Jim McMahon in the business office did an outstanding job. It was the best car dealer experience that I've had in over 20 years. Thanks guys!

I had an excellent experience researching and almost buying experience with Austin Younger and the entire staff at Jeff Belzer in Lakeville. I was very much interested in making a trade on my current truck for a very competitively priced, low-miles used truck, but the timing didn t work out on my side of things. Jeff Belzer s price on the truck I was looking to buy was extremely competitive, they gave me a very fair trade-in value for my current truck. Unfortunately, it was my decision to not proceed. The entire experience with Austin was great. I would highly recommend him and the dealership as a whole and will seek them out when I m ready to make another vehicle purchase. I will also continue to have the other vehicle in my family serviced there as that staff is excellent as well.

My family and I have been buying vehicles from from Jeff Belzers for more than 25 years, I remember my father and I going to the dealership as a child. Although the dealership is much different these days, the customer service and satisfaction is still top notch. I recently traded in my 2011 Dodge ram for a 2014 Ram. part of the deal was to swap my after market wheel and tires from my trade in to my new truck. After the deal was done and several days later I came in to swap the tires and wheels and they didn't fit. I was very disappointed but the management was determined to make me happy. After exhausting all options, they still came through and purchased a brand new set of wheels and tires for me to make the deal good. Way to go the extra mile Jon, thanks!

We loved the entire experience at Jeff Belzer's Chevrolet. A huge selection and showroom, with an open airy interior space to relax and interact. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with and I do not feel like I was sold a vehicle. I bought a new vehicle and the staff ensured I got the best deal and experience.

Didn't have what we wanted in stock. Didn't offer to try and find what we wanted.

Went to look at a car they had online. Walked around lot and inside for over an hour and received no help from anyone. Employees were sitting in the "employee only area" and would not come out to help.

Anitra and the whole crew at Jeff Belzers were great (and patient) in working with us on finding our vehicle. We are really enjoying our Sportage and are very happy we chose this dealership to work with.

They had a great deal on a Kia Soul! Mary Jo was our saleswoman and she did a great job getting us out on the road for a test drive and through all the up-front paperwork. The finance office was quick and painless and they had a great staff person introduce us and walk through all of the vehicle features. Everyone we encountered was very helpful and made the process FUN! I would definitely reach out to Mary Jo again if I was in the market for one of their vehicles!

The building and space is nice, but most sales people seem a bit sleazy. Plan for extra time as salespeople have to check everything with the manager and that seems to take a while, every time. Not the best prices either..

Got a glowing, really glowing recommendation to go to Jeff Belzer's and see Bob Soucheray for a car. Looked into the options for the vehicles I was looking for online that afternoon and went in, admittedly a little late on a Saturday (10/20). Was warmly greeted by the desk staff while I waited a moment or two for Bob. We met, I explained my new traveling situation and about the Chevy Cruze I was recommended elsewhere and he agreed that it wasn't the right vehicle for me BUT he had two options that might be the one I was looking for. We went to the Kia sales floor from the Chevy floor seamlessly and looked at the smaller of the two hybrids to consider, then looked at a White 2018 Kia Niro Hybrid. However thanks to timing I was able to get an even better deal on the 2019 model that I test drove. I then got a great offer on my 2006 Hyundai Sonata with 159k miles that really sealed the deal next to the lease terms that matched my price range. The offer for the protection on the car before and during pricing was very attractive, I got the service deal and turned down the finance deal with no pressure at all. Left with the new car after all of the features had been shown to me by Sean Hornig, who himself was very pleasant to deal with and knew the new features very well. All in all a very great customer service and overall sales experience.

Scott Cameron was very helpful. He responded to my questions and he he did not know the answer he found someone who could help. When picking up the vehicle the process was mostly painless. i am an impatient individual but the staff at Jeff Belzer's moved the process along quickly.

Drove an hour to find out my options to trade in my Jeep, knowing I have some negative equity and not the greatest credit. I decided to go here after seeing about their fresh start program. I was immediately dismissed by the salesman I worked with and was given a sales write up for a car, but that I had to call my current bank and see if they d do a new loan with me. Isn t that the dealerships job?! I was pushed to test drive one vehicle just down the street quickly then given a card and a shove out the door. I did not feel like they wanted my business whatsoever because I didn t have cash to just buy a vehicle or have an easy situation. Will not return and would not recommend going here unless you want to be treated poorly if you don t have perfect credit and unlimited monthly budget.

100% happy with my salesperson, Dan Chapman. He was very thorough and eager to make sure I was completely satisfied. Could not be happier with Dan and Jeff Belzer s Chevy.

Unfortunately had to change my 5 stars down to 2. After returning a lease staff would not return phone calls and avoided question about some additional charges. So I decided to purchase a vehicle from Mauer Chevrolet even tho they were alittle more in price staff was excellent.

I would highly recommend Dan Chapman! He was so great to work with. We stopped out to look at the new Blazer on Friday and didn t realize that the dealership was about to close. Dan said he could show us one in the morning if we could come back. He asked what options I wanted, and we we returned the next morning, he had one pulled out waiting for me. It was perfect! I am so happy with my purchase, and the time that Dan and the whole team at Jeff Belzer s spent with us!

Granted, I am an instant buyer(personal problems), but I still had a great experience at Jeff Belzer's. I especially liked the huge inventory and the professional help by Donny Abboud and Michael Gittins in finance.

From beginning to end the process of buying my new vehicle was great. Paul was very easy to work with and he helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

The $1000 trade in "bonus" is a scam. They offer $1000 less on your trade in to even it out, and it still won't meet kbb value. Will not return, stick to a place without the gimmick.

My salesman, John Majchrzak was extremely helpful and present throughout the buying process! Rachael in financing was wonderful as well! (Ended up purchasing a van and a Jeep Grand Cherokee)

Only thing I have positive to say is the Salesman Casey I worked with was amazing. He did everything in his power to keep me patient and happy in a crappy situation. I ordered a 2016 Ram from the New Prague location. I drove an hour to Lakeville to purchase said vehicle. When I arrived i found out the truck was jump started backwards by a salesman. Needless to say there is a very large Red cover to mark the Positive terminal on the battery. Waited the first hour for them to replace a few fuses and battery and drive it to Lakeville. I am an ASE Mechanic and was in uniform when I came to this dealership. They offered to bring me into the service area to take a look at this ram. Interior lights and radio were inoperable. They said the fuses are all replaced and i would need additional work. I opened the fuse box and immediately smelled the burned wires and found multiple fuses burned. I obviously declined taking delivery of this vehicle because of headaches of wiring down the road and fear of being stranded. I was forced to settle with a truck of lesser value for the same price as the damaged truck. I asked the accessory salesman if there's anything he could do help on cost of accessories to try and make this truck the same as the damaged one. " sound---- Crickets". As I waited 5 hours two of my buddies called me who purchased a Ram from DOB and they made a very very small mistake and gave him running boards at zero cost. Jeff Belzers does nothing. They laugh.

I had been researching and looking to upgrade my car to an SUV. I found one online and inquired on it. I was contacted really quickly and set up an appointment to test drive that same day. I was introduced to a wonderful salesman named, Bob Burke. He was very knowledgeable and really fun to work with, especially because I was nervous going in. Financing went rather quickly. A lot faster than my previous purchases. I would highly recommend asking for Bob. You won t be disappointed!!

I was very pleased with the overall buying experience. Since I live over 300 miles away most of our interaction was done by phone yet when I arrived to the dealership to take delivery of the vehicle everything was prepared and ready to go. Very smooth operation.

Horrible place to get any type of car.... I went get a Chevy Malibu 2015 was told it had a bunch of features that it didn't and now on top of that... They going to do warrantee work on my car and never got back me.... They did only after I called them a bunch of times....

They really don't care about there customers at all I shouldn't need jump through hoops to get my car looked at...

In short never ever buy a car here

After going to dealerships in our area we were sick and tired of the high pressure lots of calls higher prices. So we decided to stop in we are so happy that we did we had great customer service no-nonsense pricing and a beautiful truck to boot. Are salesperson Bob S was top-notch. Would recommend anyone to stop in for their next vehicle purchase you will not be disappointed way to go guys!

I had a fantastic experience with Jason W. at Jeff Belzer's. I found the perfect car for me and he was super helpful during the entire process.

The salesman, Eric, was knowledgeable and patient. I went there wanting to test drive several vehicles. I showed up without an appointment, as I didn't even realize it was required. Eric proceeded to help me anyway, and took the time to talk me through each vehicle. My only complaint was the length of time it took to complete the buying process once I made my decision.

As usual, my experience getting an oil change was very positive. Everyone is very friendly and usually call me by my first name. They are very efficient and always check to make sure the car is safe - brakes, tires, etc. If there is a problem, they are not pushy about getting it repaired. The customer makes the decision on what to do. In all my years as a customer, things have always been this way. They do a nice job!

Bought a certified pre owned Silverado from them on Jan 30 by Friday the sensors were out of whack the rear running light was out. And the rear right tire had blew out. Took it back to them and they want me to pay for the tire after they advertised brand new tires on it and their over 100 point certified check would be less than one star if possible. Truck has less than 50,000 miles on it

Recently purchased a 2019 Dodge Challenger. We notified them using Autotrader and the purchase process went smoothly. Very aggressive and low pricing for a new car made them an easy choice online. I would highly recommend Bob Burke to work with. He was knowledgeable of the process of purchasing a car online and helpful making the pick up and paperwork day go quickly. Moving from person to person while at the dealership for pick up day was very organized with very little waiting. Very clean dealership with a very nice garage area to look over the car after prep and easy to exit and enter from for the test drive.

Bought a new Grand Caravan last weekend. Checked several dealers, and they had the best deal around. Sales guy Marc G put in the work to find the one with the features and colors wanted. All went well.

I brought my 2012 Equinox in for an oil consumption test and at the 2000 mile check it was confirmed I needed a engine makeover. The Evan and the staff made this process completely painless. They were efficient during check in and set me up with a beautiful loaner car. The customer service was top notch. I had my car back within the week.

I came through for a 45,000 mile service and feel as if I dealt with a bunch of jiffy lube techs.

My sales person was John Meyer and let me tell you, he made this car buying experience so much fun! First time I went to a dealership, not Jeff Belzer's, I left crying because the sales person was so unwelcoming and pushy. I thought that's how it would be every time until I met with John. This was probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. I ended up walking out with a car I thought would never interest me but John was so helpful in making sure I would get exactly what I wanted. I highly, HIGHLY recommend shopping at Jeff Belzer's and HIGHLY suggest having John Meyer as your sales rep, you won't find anyone better!

This is my third car from Belzer's and they always treat me well. My first time working with Marc Guerrero, and he kept the standard high. Friendly and took good care of me.

GREAT experience in my first visit at Belzer. I was dealing with Trisha LeMieux on the sales side and Michael Disset in the finance side. Both were very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I didn t plan on walking away with a new Traverse Friday evening but I did. Great experience and I will definitely be back at Belzer in the future.

Fantastic service and great cars. So glad I got my new vehicle from them. They took great care of us and didn't bat an eye when I had to nurse our 8 week old baby three times while we were there (for about 4 hours). Wonderful lobby area in the Chevy section for kids to hang out and watch TV.

I came in to purchase my lease after three years. I also purchased new tires and had them installed that day. From sales, service, and finance, everything went smooth and the process was quick.

Both of my parents got their cars here and were treated great. I brought my car here to trade, Trisha was excellent in finding me a pretty awesome truck and Jamie scored me a pretty sweet deal. Definitely will come back next time around.

Paperwork took awhile, but it always does no matter the dealership, but they had a nice waiting area to be comfortable in while waiting. Did not feel pressured into buying all the "extras". Friendly staff!

I spoke with Creed about a specific used vehicle that I was looking for. He had me come down and take a look at a couple. It was a very busy day that day at the dealership. We were creeds last customers that day but he made us feel like we were his first. He heard me when I told him what i was looking for and got me into the perfect vehicle. Recently bought a jeep at the Lakeville location from Michael Voss. The entire experience was great. I did not go in there looking for the vehicle I bought but Michael suggested it and mentioned his personal experience with the vehicle and right when we got in the jeep, we fell in love and ultimately purchased. The service was great, everyone we worked with there were very helpful and friendly. I will be coming back when I m on the market for a new vehicle again! I would recommend this place to anyone within an eye sight s range of this review! I drove 8 hours, round drive, and even stayed at a resort in the cities, because of the weather, and still saved a couple thousand dollars on my 2020 Kia Forte, compared the Kia dealership in my hometown. This is an amazing dealership, along with an even more amazing staff. I personally worked with this amazing sales consultant, Trisha LeMieux, and she was wonderful at giving me a step-by-step lay out of the whole entire process. Again, I would recommend this dealership to anyone, especially in the Midwest area!
