Just completed the best lease experience with Kyle Buro on my new RAM 1500 Laramie! He and Jeff Belzer RAM took in my expiring 2017 in the most seamless sales experience I've had in 30 years. Jeff Belzer s Kia was the only dealership willing to negotiate prior to me driving the 50 plus miles to their dealership. David Sylwester made my buying experience quick and easy. Everyone at Jeff Belzer s Kia was tremendously helpful and courteous throughout the buying process. Jeff Belzer s Kia was also the only dealership that had several trim options available on the lot for me to look at. Jeff Belzer s Kia is a top notch dealership, with a large inventory, that responds quickly to any questions or concerns you might have about your purchase. This review is for their service department. I brought my Jeep in to get brakes done. There are over 80k miles on the original set. There was some squeaking so I figured it was time. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me not only do I not need brakes but I have 1/2 life still left. And because it took longer to complete the inspection, they waived the brake inspection fee. Wow! What a pleasure to see honest, ethical service. In reality if they told me I needed both front and rear axles done I would not have thought twice. Thanks guys! You have earned my future business.

I stopped in to talk to someone who I had previously exchanged a few emails with. Two of the vehicles I was interested in were listed as available. I was told one was being used by the a wife of someone who worked there. So I asked to view the one that was still there. The sales associate had issues finding it in the lot. Came back to me and told me that the one he is looking for has been sold and the other one was now being used by the CEOs wife. As I walk out to my car I notice the car that was supposed to have been sold was parked 2 cars away from where I parked, the license plate matched the pictures on the website. The next day both vehicles are listed for sale again. I was completely brushed off and not taken seriously. This company says they pride their selves with honesty, and that is very far from the truth.

Great service and great prices!!! I had been looking for a new SUV for over a month. I checked 8 dealerships in Wisconsin and a few in Minnesota. I found the best price at Jeff Belzer's. I was totally impressed with the honest service I received from sales person Donny Abboud!!
The purchase process was very organized, detailed and friendly from the purchase through the financing and orientation to my new SUV !

Had my first positive experience dealing with a car dealership in my life! From the second I walked in, to the second I left I was treated with respect. Trisha was awesome to deal with I showed up with out an appointment and she was accommodating from the go. Andy the business manager was amazing to work with. I ve never had such a good experience spending money in my life. The wife s lease is up in a year and we will 100% BUY her next car from Trisha or someone just as great at Jeff Belzer. Would avoid having any service done here the shop is to busy and lack caring and due diligence when it comes to repair or warranty issues whether it was threw GM or the accessory department. When issues due come getting ahold of the shop managers is like pulling teeth you have to make someone go get them . The lack of communication threw the departments made it like groundhog Day continuously back-and-forth from the shop With multiple appointment to get repairs and warranties done . Other issue is when my truck was in getting a high idle issues look at there tech put a dent on top of my fender and said nothing. When I notice it the service rep said she couldn t help . Every time I go there it s like a reoccurring nightmare of the same issues .

We have now purchased two vehicles at Jeff Belzer's Lakeville location and cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish the process was pleasant and every single Belzer's employee we encountered and worked with at this location went above and beyond!

We worked with Diego Acevedo as our sales rep, with Adam Engdahl stepping in to assist us when we stopped in last minute outside of Diego's schedule. Both were the nicest of gentleman, incredibly friendly, down to earth, accommodating, and truly listened to our wants and needs for what we were looking for in a vehicle that would also match our budget.

Tim Tichich was our Finance Director and made the process of financing our vehicle as painless as possible. The financing part of purchasing a new vehicle can often be incredibly stressful and overwhelming but he went to work for us, got us a great deal, and made everything very easy to understand.

Scott Haworth went over accessories with us and was super professional, knowledgeable and low-pressure and Ethan Orrey who was our Delivery Coordinator, was such a fun and pleasant person and made driving away in my Jeep even more exciting and stress free!

We will be lifetime customers! Thank you to Diego, Adam, Tim, Scott, Ethan and the rest of the Lakeville Belzer's team!

It was great when they are willing to listen to you & let you talk to someone in that department. Like Manager Shop Foreman or Owners. Cause the employees don't see the big picture when you have the proof. They want to start in with you & hate the place.
I had the talk with the shop foreman & he see what I was talking about & everything work out. The one bad part was when they change the oil pump I ask them if they could put the Bottom Bumper Guard back on. They didn't. Their excuse they didn't have time. An my truck spent the night there. Why was it so hard to put it back on. I made short video to show my friends how easy it was to do. It just snaps into place & that's all. An their excuse they didn't have time? That's why I give them a 8 & not a 10.

Just this January, with only 16,000 miles on my vehicle since purchase, I was the lucky owner of a vehicle that needed new rear brakes and rotors. My brakes on the front side were very good still as they changed or maybe the previous owner changed the front brakes (I don t know for sure). Again they claimed that their standard of was met at their inspection, but rear brakes with only 16,000 miles is very low mileage before needing new brakes. They were again likely the original brakes and at the time of sale should have been replaced, but it again MET THEIR STANDARD OF QUALITY. I again argued this with the service technicians but they can t really do anything on their end, it was a sales issue. Well they contacted the used sales manager and they told me no and they wouldn t even come down to meet with me to discuss the brakes. I also called multiple times and left a message with the used cars sales manager and GUESS WHAT!!??....I have not received a call back about my issue and complaint about my brakes and rotors. Again poor customer service.

So anyone who wants to go through all of this B.S., not get a good quality customer service feeling, a feeling of being rushed and pushed into a sale to meet a quota, purchase a used vehicle that I would highly question their inspection and repairs before leaving a lot, then Belzer s should be your place. I for one will not be taking my truck there for any future service and I will not be making anymore purchases from their lot. All of my family and friends will be avoiding any dealings with this company as well. Please note that I took the high road on this review and kept is Rated PG. I could have easily made this Rated R for the crap I have endured.

Bought a new ***2019 Ram Laramie*** from Kyle Buro down at Belzer's Lakeville, MN Great sales rep service from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Casey Kleis in Finance was super easy to work with and very personable as well. Got me in and out very quickly on a Monday AM.

If purchasing from Belzer I would suggest heading over early in the AM around Open time during the week as the process goes much quicker. Bought on a Saturday in the past and you can end up sitting for a while.

Very disappointed. We were returning customers, have many friends and family who have purchased vehicles at Belzer's because of good experiences in the past. After some talking, the Ram manager and our salesperson made us an offer on a specific vehicle, specific msrp, vin, everything. We weren't prepared to spend that much on a vehicle, but determined they were really helping us out and did decide on a price that worked for us. We were on our way from Rochester to sign the paperwork when they decided they could no longer make that deal due to an "error" on their end. I just don't understand how a manager can approve that deal in the morning then decide to take it back when you're literally on your way to purchase it. I feel they should "make it right" and honor their word. Ridiculous and disappointing. Previously would've given 5 stars, but not anymore.

I'm driving from Waconia to Lakeville, I get there at 10am for Brandyn to tell me its not available. Didn't apologize, actually tried to talk me into buying something else. Will update if they make this right. Went in today to see about them buying out my lease to get a truck. They called me about this. Went in and told the salesman we didnt want to waste any time and wanted the evaluation on my current car 1st. If there was too much rollover we would just wait out the lease. He came back and told us it would only be $500. Perfect. Picked out the truck I wanted started signing stuff. When he went to send off the purchase agreement he came back and told us he was given the wrong quote and it was for an identical vehicle being traded in with less miles and further into their lease. Our price increased $1900. We got up and left. Called Gary Lange to voice my concerns about THEIR mistake and was basicly told they couldn't do anything and that they would lose $2300 if they kept the old price. Between my wife and myself we have bought or leased 3 vehicles from belzers and do not believe there will be a fourth. We wasted 3hrs just to be told what we asked for right away.

I purchased my first car from Belzer's in 1996 and I have purchased 11 more since then. They used to be a place you could count on to find a way to get you a good deal. After my experience buying a car last September and trying to buy another car in February, I no longer feel that way.

Their tactics seemed like typical high pressure sales and they have not honored some of the warranty items I had been convinced were covered by an add on I purchased. When it was time for service and for follow up questions I left multiple voice messages and could not get a call back... I eventually had to ask for a customer service ma just to get a serv appointment.

Maybe they are no worse than other dealerships? I don't know. But certainly no longer worth the drive to Lakeville if other dealerships are closer.

Eric made the process as hassle-free as possible and did a great job of making sure I had all the information I needed on my new car. There was no pushing, no trying to steer my decision a certain way, just giving me options based on my needs and letting me make the call.

On the back end, Sean did a great job of laying out the specifics of how financing would work, and guaranteed I had a clear picture of the road going forward.

Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

this place has let me down mutiple times, 2019 HD weather front recall, they didnt take the time to check and see if the one supplied with my truck fit, orderded a new one i returned when it arrived, part of the recall was to check and see if the supplied one fit,,, well mine did, wasted trip. i was in there yesterday, 2 open recalls on my new truck one is still weather front, they didnt clear it, the other is for block heater, the tech told me chevy doesnt think you need a block heater so you can ignore the recall if you like, did some research last night and it turns out they can cause a fire if not replaced, wth is going on there get your sh@t together, act like you care, look it up and check, get off your personal phone and do your job!!!!!!!

If we could give a negative amount of stars, we would. We had set up a 7:30 appointment, the sales person was with a walk in when we arrived and tried to go back and forth between the two of us. This resulted in us waiting over 20 minutes at a time with no one to speak with. The lounge was a disaster, newspaper all over the floors, empty cups, garbage on the floor. I saw at least half a dozen people that worked there walk through the lounge without tidying up. It felt dirty and disgusting. We had in writing that our payment would be one dollar amount, and when we got there they "could not get the payment that low". Because the manager that told us that was not there to help figure it out. We were told to come back another day while he was there. It was a waste of an over one hour drive, two hours of waiting, and one hour home. (This is because this specific dealer had the specific truck we were looking for). Terrible customer service, terrible communication, and do not hold to their word even if it is in writing. I would not advise this dealer to anyone. The entire experience was beyond bad. Of course they would not care to make it right as they most likely do enough business anyways and we are just another number on the sales log. That they lost.

This Dealership had one car that I was interested. I email the sales person that reply the e-mail quickly.
I said that I was going to drive 40 minutes to see the car and if was not available to let me know before.

Once I arrived and wait for 30 minutes the sales person show up to let me know that the car was sold. I left the store and 20 minutes later the sales person call to let me know that the car was available.

After driving almost 100 miles the see the car they ask if I want to go back.

This place is very unorganized.

I bought my 2017 Ram Diesel from Bill Kelly in March of 2017 for my farm operation. Belzer Ram had a huge selection and wide price range. Bill was pleasant to deal with and did not pressure me at all. The buying experience was pleasant and if for only that reason I would buy from them again. However when it comes to service it has become obvious that their sales volume way overwhelmed their tiny service department. I just called to get my truck in for two recalls and was told it would be the end of August before I could get it in. When I bought this truck I told Bill I had a great Chevy dealer in my town but they couldn't get my Chevy diesel a company truck in for oil changes without a five day wait. That truck is my every day driver for my construction business and can't be left at the shop for an all day appointment for an oil change so I thought this bigger dealer could do better. Their service area is just as big as Belzer's and services only one make vs. three makes at Belzer's. If the Ram someday replaces my Chevy as my daily driver how can I count on Jeff Belzer's service department if it takes 30 days to get it in for service. Needles to say I will not make this mistake again. David Westberg

Brandyn Lindgren, our Sales Consultant, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to what was important to us and more than delivered. Custom Finance Manager, Tim Naasz, made the finance process quick and easy. Our Delivery Coordinator, Kris Schmidt, made sure we knew how to use all the great features of our new vehicle before we left the dealership. All-in-all, a great team. Highly recommended. After our initial short visit on the lot with salesman Jeff Shadrick but then being able to wander the lot alone and get time to look for 'the vehicle' without any pressure was refreshing...settled on one and went to look up Jeff inside....after almost completing our part of the process I mentioned one other truck I had seen go by and thought was sold...he checked, it wasn't, and we started over with no complaints.. Everyone was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable at their position...should mention Steffen Pederson as the 'tech guy' explaining and setting up functions of new ride..be up to speed on real costs for some of the extra's offered...it is their job to try and sell and ours to know if it's really a good deal, but that is just a reality of the business...overall ended up very satisfied with purchase price and cost of extra warranties purchased...I would recommend them to others...so thanks to your team.

I drove 3 hrs down with my boyfriend to buy 2 brand new trucks we spent 10 min at dealership and left without buying anything. Sales man failed to mention when he emailed to confirm my appt yesterday that one of the trucks we were going down to test drive had sold and the other truck was being driven by a manager but had been promised to be detailed and on the lot. They were not willing to negotiate or talk prices with trade in at all. Very unpleasant experience.

I've been here several times to look at cars, ended up buying two new 2018's earlier this year elsewhere - none of their brands. Just got a car allowance to purchase a work vehicle, stopped by made an appointment for Saturday - the place is pure chaos. They called me Saturday to remind me of my appointment. I arrive on time - took 15 minutes to track down the sales person. The car was to be ready for a test drive - he disappeared for 40 minutes while we sat at his desk. Drove the car, came back - salesperson no where to be found - other couple sitting at his desk likely repeating our experience. I've purchased over 40 cars in my life - by far the most chaotic dealership I've ever been to. They could use an operations person to manage the mess. Won't ever go back.

Very pleased with salesman Casey Kleis and the coordination of services in the trade in of our old car and the selection and prep of our new 2017 which was ready within the very limited window of time we had available.

Came in to test drive some used vehicles. Felt pressured during the entire process. We understand that Belzer's was busy that day but got the feeling we were taking too much of Mary Jo's time. Once she found a possible fit, she commented that "we would be stupid to pass this up"! Did not care for her derogatory customer service treatment! We did purchase the vehicle but feel railroaded and belittled into the deal. Didn't get all our questions and concerns answered like why would a 2016 vehicle not be certified by Belzer's? She told us she would have us come back with the vehicle on Monday to go over all the features. Called and put us off and haven't heard from her yet. The detailing of the vehicle was VERY poorly done! Would like them to send it through again to clean it, not just give it a car wash.

My experience at Jeff Belzer s was a mixed at best. I went down because they had a truck with the options I was looking to purchase when looking at the specification and window sticker listed on their website. I found out when I arrived the vehicle was equipped with optional 20 wheels (+$500) and it was listed under the extra options tab on a submenu tab. I was disappointed with the explanation but was informed they may be able to do something for me later in the buying process.

Now to figuring out how to have the standard wheels on the vehicle instead of the optional 20 . The back and forth with the parts department took an hour with the message being such If I wanted to sell my wheels and tires to Jeff Belzer s I could get a $1000 (since they were 20 , it would have been $750 if they were 18 ). Then I could buy the standard size wheels and tires which would cost over $2,500 with tax. For those following along it would cost and extra $2,000 to have the REGULAR wheels and tires on the vehicle. [+$500 for the optional wheels/tires in the first place -$1,000 for selling the 20 wheels/tires to Jeff Belzer s +$2,500 for the regular 18 wheels /tire = +$2,000] I found out from the parts department that this is a standard offer for any vehicle so the may be able to do something later is just a standard line. I declined the offer to spend the extra $2,000.

Now we get to the good part! As the paperwork is being started, I am told I need to sign a document telling me I understand the vehicle I just agreed to purchase had HAIL DAMAGE!!!! WHAT?!?! How did this never get mentioned before now? How was this not declared when I called the dealership earlier that morning asking detailed questions on this specific and another vehicle citing their VINs? This got my blood boiling! I was informed all damage was repaired and it would not show up on any Carfax report in the future.

I should have left then and there for spending 4 hours trying to put a deal together and then have this bomb dropped as the sales paperwork is being finalized.

To this point I had been leaving out the salespersons name, but this section is dedicated to him, Bob Burke. I was now told that after the sale I was to receive a questionnaire from the dealership and from Chevrolet to rate my experience from my sales associate. I was told explicitly that if I was give negative feedback that it would affect his performance evaluation and him financially. It would be greatly appreciated that If I was to consider giving negative feedback to just not give any feedback at all . This phase was mentioned 2 more times on the way to the finance office. I am just here to tell you all that when you try to pull a fast one and then tell me not to give you negative feedback that is not how the system works.

In the finance office the extra $1000 off for my trade was missing. I was then informed that the offer for my trade already had the $1000 added to it. This would make my trade even less then the KBB instant offer or equivalent Carmax offer. Bob Burke does it again withholds the truth of the sales until you sign on the line.

After everything was agreed upon and a sale was done, I was told if I was give negative feedback that it would affect his performance evaluation and him financially. It would be greatly appreciated that If I was to consider giving negative feedback to just not give any feedback at all 3 more times before I left the dealership.

Summary:
#1 Don t work with Bob Burke! He withholds critical information regarding the vehicle you are there to purchase and if applicable the pricing of your vehicle for trade.
#2 Sell your vehicle else ware because the as low as price for the extra $1000 for your trade in is identical to the lowest trade in offer you can get at any other place.
#3 Don t work with Bob Burke! It is so important I have to say it twice!

Everytime we have purchased a car with Belzer's it is a great experience. We have knowledgeable sales people, things are finished quickly, and we feel we get a fair deal. Unfortunately, this does not hold up in the service department. We make appointments to have work done on our vehicles, and it can literally take weeks, and both times I have had a Durango in, they don't seem to know how to fix it. I have had my current Durango in for a navigation issue for over a week. They have had it sitting in the shop torn completely up. We warned them we needed the vehicle to go on vacation. Today, I have been told I can have my vehicle back. It will be put back together, but not fixed. They still don't know when they will get it fixed. Now my family gets to go on vacation without the most needed equipment (navigation) which is one of the reasons we purchased the vehicle. I get the fact I can look at a map, and use other technology, but that is beside the point. We purchased this vehicle for the technology and what we wanted. Service department is very disappointing.

I would say it was right about average and what you would expect from a car buying experience whereas I have had some experiences where I have left the dealership feeling great about everything.

I have purchased 2 brand new vehicles at Belzers, a 2011 Traverse and a 2015 equinox. The sales and service were great. However, my 2011 Traverse had a defect with the camera equipped rear view mirror and the radio won't shut off when I turn the car off and get out of the vehicle. To my surprise and idisappointment, both defects are not covered even though I purchased an extended warranty. They told me I would have to pay to have these problems fixed. The car doesn't even have 40,000 miles on it...not a pleased customer
