Every time I get my oil changed they say they top off all my fluids as a courtesy but I found out the very next day that they didn t. They ve done it to me many times that s the sad part. Shouldn t lie to your customers I m done with this place won t get nothing done here again!!!!

Friendly staff, but was not impressed. My salesman told me more than once how many vehicles they sell per month, as if that's supposed to amaze me. When I received a laughable trade in quote for my vehicle, the salesman actually said something like "well if I gave you retail value for your car, I would have to sell you our car at retail value."
I went elsewhere, was treated much better and got significantly more for my trade in. With their volume of sales they definitely do not need my business.

Terrible service, we drove two vehicles over 2 hours to trade and it took us three trips before the deal was done, then we bought a 2010 Chevy in June of 2016 which turned into a lemon! it ran great and we were so happy for 6 months. In December 2016 started to have electrical trouble and we have had the truck to 4 different shops and 3 times the the Chevy dealer in are town and no one can fix it. We just got it back from a school yesterday and they replaced a computer module that is behind the radio in the dash, which is a restricted part from GM. It is still not fixed. That module runs the on-star and blue tooth, which has never worked since the day we bought it, but at the time I didn't think much of it. I am sure they knew they were selling us a lemon. We are very dissatisfied we have not drove the truck in 10 months which is terrible considering still having a payment on it!

I got my first (ever) brand new vehicle from Belzer's in Lakeville last month. Kara Little was fantastic. She knew about the truck's options and operations. She was swamped the day Jenny and I were there but still took the time to help us. Everything went smooth and she was in constant contact before, during, and after the sale. Shop around, but before you buy talk to Jeff Belzer's. I have stopped in three times and bought three new Silverado's from them. 2008 Silverado LT Extended Cab, 2011 Silverado LTZ Crew cab, and now I have a 2018 Silverado LT. Be prepared to spend some time, they will negotiate unlike most other places. Jeff Belzer's has a great selection. I didn't even know my new Silverado was available with bucket seats in the LT package.
I asked Joe Weed to keep in touch with me on finding me a good used truck within my price range and specific needs. After a short period of time he called and thought he found what I was looking for and sure enough he did. We stopped in an hour later, test drove it and put in an offer and within 1 hour we drove off with our truck.
Great service, good salesman, good deal, 100% happy and pleased. We'll be back in the future.

Bought a new Ram truck in 2018 from Belzer's. Very satisfied with the truck! Had a really nice tonneau cover (different brand) installed that came with a warranty. Worked with Jason Dahlquist who helped replace my tonneau cover that broke. The cover was under warranty and the company was dragging their feet initially and did not want to replace it. Jason kept me informed the whole time and let me know where the process was at while he and his team worked with the tonneau cover company. Eventually they sent me a new cover and Jason had me schedule a time to have the old cover removed and the new one installed without charging me (took an hour and a half...not bad). Great customer service! I will continue to use them. Thanks Jason!!!

Bob was my delivery coordinator and was great and knowledgeable about the new Gladiator I bought and if you love off roading talk to Alex in accessories as we chatted up while I waited for my turn in financing. Purchased a 2020 Gladiator Rubicon and the no haggle pricing experience is great.

I will not use this form to rant rave curse and shout about how under handed and untrustworthy car dealers can be.I just want this wrong to be righted as well as to inform the public to be very caution when purchasing a vehicle from Jeff Belzed in Lakeville. I recently purchased a used vehicle 2007 KIA Amanti,on 8/302014 from Jeff Belzer. Bob Portwood was the salesman, I wish I would not have purchased this vehicle. There have been nothing but problems, since I drove it off the lot. The driver's door does not lock, the check engine light has stayed on since the 4th day, and it will lose speed.I have to pull to the side of the road, when i'm driving, to prevent being hit by another vehicle.I contacted Mr. Portwood and was asked by Mr. Portwood "what do you mean the light is on" so now comes the well you are basically screwed speech Mr. Portwood said he would look into it and get back to me. When he did get back to me, he said, "we found extra keys to the car" he went on to say that he would send them to me, it was at this time he said this may solve the door issue. RIGHT. This problem has not stopped and if fact happens 4-5 times daily that i have to pull off the road. My job has now given me a week to find reliable transportation or I will be terminated. I just want to say Thank you Jeff Belzer for royally screwing me. I could have taken my down payment and went else where. DO WHAT'S RIGHT JEFF BELZER
I had been trying to get out of my 2016 Dodge Dart for about 2 years. I had previously worked with David Sperling but he had moved into a different position. I enjoyed working with Tom Gorman and Matt Moore. At the end of the day after trying to get into something else on Friday May 17th I brought home my 2019 Chevrolet Trax LS AWD. My wife and I recently purchased a used vehicle that was in great shape and a very reasonable price. Brandyn went out of his way to make sure the car was cleaned and serviced over the Labor Day weekend so we could test drive it early a day after a Holiday. No heavy pressure for sales or financing from any of the employees, which I appreciated. I will recommend Jeff Belzer's dealership and sales rep Brandyn Lindgren to my friends.

Diego was very helpful and went out his way to track down the spare keys for the used car I purchased. I never felt pressured, which is common at dealerships. It was a quick process and I am very happy with my new car!
I have dealt with many car dealerships in the past but this one is by far the worst I have ever bought a vehicle from. I purchased a used Dodge Ram 1500 in November 2015 and it is a mistake I wish I could take back. I highly doubt their inspection and service quality of their used vehicle inventory. They do not negotiate anything at all and the when I brought up any item that I wanted in part of the sale I was treated rudely. I was denied an obvious need for new tires at the time of sale and it was like pulling teeth to actually get what we were able negotiate. What I barely negotiated was an extra key fob and touch up paint at the time of sale. Forget a new set of tires for the highly worn tires that were on there. I made it to Christmas before getting a new set as driving in the snow was horrific. And when you read further, is a laugh considering how much I actually drove it before deciding to get new tires. I argued their QUALITY STANDARD of their tire life as they were in fact highly worn and all they said is they still had life and MET THEIR STANDARD. This is where I should have walked away. But I really liked the truck and thought ok fine, however I should have trusted my gut and it is a mistake I can t change now.
But it gets better. I scheduled to have the bed liner and tonneau cover installed and when they took out the plastic drop in bed liner that was in there, there was significant bed damage from the previous owner(s). I argued that I should not be liable for this damage that was not visible at the time of sale since it had a plastic drop in liner. I also didn t want a liner sprayed over a bunch of dents and bows in the bed. It looked like a 4 wheeler had plowed in to the front of the bed and the wheel wells were all dented up, plus there was other damage. I told them I wanted a new bed or to take the truck back and void the sale, or make the repairs needed to the bed. My truck sat on their lot and I drove a loaner vehicle for 3 weeks because they didn t want to repair the damage to the bed (as I stated above, I only drove 2 weeks before needing new tires). They didn t call me for 2 weeks as I was furious and didn t want the vehicle anymore. They would not reverse the transaction. So I drove their brand new 2016 Chevy Silverado loaner truck and drove over 1000 miles running errands and going to work. Finally I got them to agree with me and they filled in the dents they could with bondo and gave me a free bed liner as a result. They also pulled the bow out of the front rail, but could not do anything about the bow in the front face of the bed and there are still dents visible through the liner. Not what I had hoped for, but was kind of stuck taking it as they would not change the bed or take back the transaction. My concern now is the overall coating integrity on the bed. The outer portions of the damage, not visible and not accessible will still be damaged. I can guarantee the dents and bows in the bed caused flaking or cracks in the existing coating and is likely starting to rust. It s really nice to still have a loan on a vehicle that will start to show corrosion before it s paid off. To Be Continued Still More to Come, exceeding my limit on this review. Thank you

I was planning on returning my leased Kia Sorento and purchasing a different brand vehicle because I was less than impressed by the customer service I received at a different Kia dealership over my 3 year lease. However the staff at Jeff Belzer s Kia in Lakeville, MN totally won me over. Our sales person, Brandyn Lindgren, was so helpful in the whole process. The team was able to get us out of our Kia Sorento s lease a few months early and into the exact car we wanted for a great deal. We ran into an issue with the car before we were able to take it home but the staff was very accommodating and in the end made it right.
We drove over an hour to purchase a vehicle from this place and I would highly recommend you do the same.

I buy a truck from them 2 months ago and I go to the quick lube today and they tell me straight up they would not change the oil because they do not want to deal with taking off the skid plate. Last time I ever buy a vehicle from them.

I contacted Jeff Belzer's after seeing a used Kia that I was interested in purchasing. I set up an appointment and met with Bob Soucheray regarding test driving a vehicle. The staff was prompt and had several vehicles ready for me to drive. From that point the price was really competitive to buy a new car! There prices are better than the 4 dealerships I had previously visited and have done business with before. I ended up purchasing new for almost the price of used. Great Job Bob Soucheray!!

I don't have greatest credit they said they had special financing and so I went in and they had all the information. I had 1000 cash down and to start off I was ignored when I got there, than I went up t the receptionist and she had a guy take me to who I was going to see this guy walked me about 10 feet pointed to 3 guys said that's they guy you need and walked away no clue who was who. than I said you know what whatever. I was walking out and I decided I wanted to talk to a manager and I ran into a lady named Kelly I believe. She talked me into staying and we did all the paper work and everything test drove a car I had no chance of owning and spent 3 hours doing a dance so the finance jerk could come over and tell me the only thing he can put me in is this rusty dodge caravan not even worth the 1000 I had for down payment. than I said I was done.. Kelly told me com up with even more down. wow really if I had 2000 cash down maybe they could get me into another rust bucket so 2 weeks ago another manager called from there to ask about my experience there and said he was going to work on seeing what he could do for us.. and he never called back or did anything. I understand because of normal reason my credit isn't the greatest but my house is paid off I have no bills and me and my husband bring in good paying jobs. If I would have pulled up in fancy car wearing fancy clothes I wouldn't have been ignored. I proved my point I went there yesterday in my sister car and dressed up after a meeting and was basically bombarded by salesman. very sad. The sad part is I work for a firm who does secret shoppers and though this wasn't a firm we shop, they were very intrigued with the findings.. I was so disappointed by the shear lack of common respect for people.. Family oriented as long as your family is wealthy. Sorry bad is an understatement.
Sales experience was great, salesman Grant Anderson was the best car salesman I have ever had. The day of the sale (leased a new RAM Laramie, great truck!) This would have been 5 stars for everything, but...its been over two weeks, I have not received my tonneau cover or any updates (Careful, I ordered it the same day and expected it to be installed for the price, but no. They will send it to me to do myself?) Also, I was to receive a $50 Amazon card for test driving, from an email they sent to me...Havent received that either. No manager will address the issues. I keep getting replies (Thanks to my salesman Grant, the only one I have heard from) saying they will "look into it"...Sales A+. Selection A+. Ease of Deal A+. Grant Anderson A++. Accessories, follow through/after the sale customer care...FAIL

Quick, Efficient, no pressure environment. David was timely with responses, didn't waste any time and made the process simple and easy. Everyone that I worked with from sales, finance and delivery was extremely friendly and no pressure. I had bought a car from Jeff Belzer's in 2010 and went back in mid 2017 to purchase one, which didn't go well. This time they had the car I wanted so I thought I would give it another try and was a completely different experience, I would say this dealership has drastically improved in just a few years! Keep it up! I would now go back here in the future as a first option before looking elsewhere.

Over the past few weeks, I've been searching for new cars online and visited many Twin Cities car dealerships to buy a new SUV for my family. After looking at many different makes and models, I was able to develop a short-but-firm list of must haves. Dan and Matt at Jeff Belzer's were able to find a new Chevy Traverse that met all of my needs. While my son was most excited about all of the cup holders, I'm really happy that I finally have a new and much safer car to drive my family around town.

Talk about teamwork! I had purchased a vehicle one year ago that turned out to be dissatisfying to say the least. I went back to Jeff Belzer in Lakeville where I purchased the truck from and explained that I needed a new vehicle. Brandyn who was my sales person for my original vehicle jumped right in and started asking the right questions. He gave me suggestions as to how to alleviate the problem and then everything went lightning fast. They took my vehicle, found me another vehicle and had me out of the dealership within 4 hours. There are other problems that I caused making it very difficult for them to get what I wanted but the team at Belzer Lakeville (Brandyn Lindgren, Sean Guffey and Tim Tichich ) went way above and beyond their duty to accommodate me. Now I am sitting in a fantastic dream truck. Thank you for your service and understanding.
Started off alright, got a robo email from a request I made online. Next day a filled out a credit app and couldn't get the sales guy to get back to me by email, text or phone. I stopped by in person was helped by 2 sales people to show me the truck. Went well after we had to Jumpstart the truck. Had 2 months of paystubs with for proof.
The next day the finance manager wanted paystubs from every contractor I worked for. I called each payroll and they were able to email Later in the evening he wanted my start dates for every job I had in 2018. I provided that as well. Next day he contacts me saying that the finance company wanted my W2's.
I called him out on his BS and contacted the finance company myself. They were able to pull me up and stated that Jeff Belzer of New Prague made an inquiry but never submitted a contract to them, so they were not the ones requesting my POI or the W2's.
All I was getting from the financial department was disrespect and roadblocks. I will definitely not give them business and will go out of my way to tell others of how I was treated by them.

In an effort to be fair - We purchased a vehicle from Jeff Belzers and feel it is a good vehicle for a fair price. However their staff was far less impressive. We were looking for a used suburban which is very hard to find and they sell very quickly. We found one online and went to the dealership to check it out. It was sleeting pretty heavily so we parked in front and my husband went in to find a salesperson and was greeted by 3 salesmen at the door holding it open for him. I took a bit longer because I got our 1 year old out of the car seat. I m obviously very pregnant and wrangling a toddler under a blanket and walk to the door only to have the same salesmen stand there and watch me struggling to get the door open in the sleet. When I get in - as I walk past they say nothing. I was appalled - I don t care who you are, if you see anyone carrying a child in poor weather and can get the door for them you should. From there on out it was very evident that I was not the person they were selling to. Every salesperson, or other staff introduced themselves to me but spoke primarily to my husband, they would answer my questions, but that was about it. We were very clear that this was going to be MY primary vehicle and yet all paperwork was placed directly in front of him, and explained to him. When my husband would turn paperwork for me to see or sign first, the staff would turn it back to him. I was more than irritated. If the vehicle we were looking for was easier to find - I wouldn t have stuck around for more than 5 min. the way I was treated. This experience has definitely affected my ability to initially enjoy our new vehicle. I would recommend them for their vehicles, but definitely not for their staff.

The service department had my SUV for almost 4 weeks. Needing a new transmission that was covered under CNA warranty, it was some troubling conversations with the service department and representatives from CNA than presented miss leading information. The process needs to be more transparent and work completed in a timely manner.

We walked into the showroom, looked over a Sportage closely, then a Sorento, then another Sportage, then another Sorento at the other end of the showroom. Three sales people were talking and joking by a terminal. Another agent was on the phone. Another was standing by the service desk. Another was staring at a computer screen. A guy sitting at a desk in an office was glued to his smartphone and never looked up. After 15 minutes in the showroom nobody had approached or even greeted us so we left.
I came up with a GM factory warranty repair and went to Belzer's because they are a local Lakeville GM dealer. I always go local when I can. Belzer's refused to service my truck because it originated in Canada. What!? YOU ARE A GM DEALER! Shame on you Jeff Belzer! Never had a chance to go there, but now I never will. My repairs will always go to reliable, respectful, and honest Lakeville Tire & Auto now.

My husband and I went in to look at a car we had seen online (a 2018 Chevy Sonic LS). Our salesman (Donny) told us that vehicle wasn t on the lot yet and pointed out that the LS didn t come with cruise control which was something specific we wanted. Instead of trying to sell us a completely different kind of car he did point out the plus side to going with the 2018 Chevy Sonic LT. I had my husband test drive it because I already knew I wanted it and he really liked it so we continued on to financing. Throughout this process I was very anxious because although I had a pre-qualification letter from a lender I don t have the best credit and was worried that a new car just wouldn t work out financially for us. Donny took great care in easing my nerves and getting me excited for the celebration of driving off the lot in a new car. The financing worked in our favor and we purchased. I m in love with my new car and I loved the service and attention we got at Jeff Belzers especially when we didn t sign the paperwork until after 6PM and they closed at 5:30PM. We never felt rushed, we never felt pressured, we felt like we were taken care of and because of that my next vehicle will be purchased at Jeff Belzers as well!
Drove 3 hours to get my Kia and it was worth it. I had Marc Guerrero as my consultant and he was fantastic. He didn't try to sell me anything. He asked me what I wanted and we went through the options of what I was looking for and he got me in the vehicle I wanted. There was no pushing for the more expensive option or trying to get me into another vehicle or any of that. He cared about me and didn't push anything on me, which is how it should be. He did a fantastic job and I will definitely be contacting him when I go back. Marc proved what this dealership is about. They are not trying to sell you anything. They just want to put you in the vehicle of your choosing. Plain and simple. I would definitely recommend coming to Jeff Belzer's for your vehicle needs. Fantastic people! Fantastic Dealership!
I recently purchased a a Chevy traverse from Jeff Belzers, and we dealt with Brandyn Lindgren for our salesmen. The overall experience was phenomenal. Brandyn was an expert and had answers to all our questions and solutions to all of our problems. We will only buy our cars from Brandyn in the future. Great experience, and great dealership.
I've been bringing both of my vehicles here for service since we moved to the area. I've always been so impressed with their service department! Even something as simple as an oil change can be a headache at other dealerships, but not here. From their runners to their service advisors, everyone has always been super polite, professional, and efficient! I've never been so impressed with a dealership!
I just purchased my third vehicle from Jeff Belzer's and it is by far the best dealership I've ever worked with! This is the second car I've bought from "Boston" Mike Sidhom and he has made both purchases a great experience. I'm a very picky buyer and he went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I wanted.
I tried very hard to make a deal on a new vehicle. The price of the new one was clear to see, but after two days of trying to get a trade in value from the salesperson (I'm guessing he was unable to get the information from management) I called and asked for a new car manager, three calls later I was put in touch with John. John was a pompous jerk. He gave me a trade in value $3.500 below what I got from another dealer (new vehicle price was comparable). When I said it was worth more than that, he asked me what I thought it was worth. I gave him a price and he said, drive down here and we'll roll the dice, if I'm higher you take my bid, if you're higher I'll give you what you want...
My trade was a 2015 Chev with 27,000 miles, still under warranty, always serviced at the dealer, no damage whatsoever at any time, it was in perfect condition!

Anyway, I drove to Friendly Chev that same afternoon, walked out with a new truck, a fair trade in value for my car ($3.500 more) and could not be happier!
