Had great customer service at the Dodge Dealer. I was very disappointed by the service offered to me at the Chevy Dealer. They did not take me seriously when I went to look at purchasing a new vehicle.
Working with Bob Burke for the fourth time in a little more then a year was still a great and professional experience. I would highly recommend contacting him for your next vehicle.
Brought car in for remote starter installation. That service was excellent. Was given a loner to drive while tthey did this.
Also asked about some marks on ceiling fabric that were there when we purchased the vehicle. The service employee basically told me to clean it myself! Didn't offer to get the appropriate service person to look at it or make arrangements to clean it for me. Was told when I picked up my vehicle that I could make another separate appt to have it cleaned. Disappointed in this experience, after buying a high dollar vehicle.
I bought a pickup years ago from Jeff Belzer so when my son wanted to buy a truck I suggested looking there. My son and I went to purchase a truck yesterday. We were quite clear from the start on what we needed for financing, and Aaron, the salesperson, assured us multiple times that it was do-able. When we finally were able to talk with the finance manager, (Jamie?) it was a classic bait-and-switch. We wasted the WHOLE day when they could have informed us in 3 minutes that they could not make the deal we were looking for, even after assuring us multiple times that they could. Jeff Belzer was in the house, but he evidently knows how the game is played. Would not recommend this dealership. Would give give no stars if I could.

A great offer was made for the exact vehicle I wanted so I drove 3.5 hours (one-way) only to find out they didn't have the vehicle and instead they tried to trick me into buying other, similar vehicles. It's even still listed on their website. Stay away from these shady folks.
Arrived to discuss the possibilities of maybe moving out of a vehicle we didn't want and into something we'd be a little more happy with. Sat down with Mike Abri and reviewed what we had vs what was available and the next thing we know, we've traded both of our old vehicles in and have driven off the lot with 2 new vehicles! Huge kudos to Mike and the team for allowing us the time we needed to discuss and make the final decisions that were ultimately right for us and not just rushing us in and through the process and into another vehicle we'd end up hating as soon as we drove it off the lot. When my daughter make the appointment for the diagnosis on the car they tell her that price gone a be 100 .and at the end of the app they charge 169 .bad communication and misunderstood they said!!!.just because she is young .and don't like to argue !!!!Nothing we can do about after she paid!!! Is just no right!!!
This is the 4th vehicle I've bought or leased from Jeff Belzer's. I have always been very pleased with the service I received. This time I had the privilege of working with Jacob Schlee. He did everything in his power to make sure we had a positive experience. I highly recommend him if you are in the search for a new or used vehicle.

It really depends on who you work with regards to your experience. We had Griffin (we were informed about a week after buying the car he no longer worked in sales) was incredible (having worked in sales, I did not see any overt high pressure sales). We had already looked at another lot so my spouse had a car in mind. He showed us the car my spouse was interested in and took it for a test drive the car (with him in the car) almost bought that one but found while waiting for paperwork that it had no cruise control. He immediately found the same make a year earlier with cruise control. There were no hassles. The price was about the same for this new one as the used one we almost bought and being new it had a great warranty package. Even the finance person (closer) and the one selling some accessories did not use any high pressure sales technique. They also had a person go over all the features of the car which took a little while but my spouse said it was worth it. It is a little drive from the twin cities but worth it for us.
A great company to work with. They made leasing a new vehicle simple and painless. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and quick to find answers to any questions you have.

My wife's lease on her Kia was coming up and she liked her car, however she was in the market for a 4 wheel or all wheel drive vehicle. I spoke with Joby about the new Kia Stinger after seeing a large selection online. After exchanging a coupe of emails I called Joby asking him how long he would be at the dealership that night. He was going to be there until around 8 so my wife and I went out to Lakeville. She test drove the all wheel drive GT in a snow storm and liked it immensely. I was very excited to shop today and the gentleman that was helping us today couldn't care less about us. Pushy and rude, try to say something and get interrupted, put in an offer and was even more rude. Won't say the sales person's name but really? I was ready to buy a truck today but I won't give business to a jerk.

I contacted Belzer's about a vehicle I found online and went to the dealer after work. I walked around the lot and in the showrooms for 45 minutes, trying to get someone's attention. I had several people who appeared to be employees walk right past me or sit on their duffs drinking water, but not once was I approached by anyone. I tried flagging someone down but I couldn't get anyone to even acknowledge that I was there.
I have money and I knew what I wanted. However, this isn't a grocery store. I can't just take a set of keys off the shelf and help myself. Car dealers complain that they don't have enough customers. Well, I was there tonight. Where were you?

Wow, is all I can say about my new 2020 KIA Sorento SX purchase from Belzer's. New car sales Jacob Schlee was phenomenal! I referenced over 8+ KIA dealerships from Appleton, Milwaukee, Iowa, Rochester, and the other Twin Cities dealerships and this place beat them all. I live in western Wisconsin and have purchased other new vehicles but not at Belzer's and this was by far the best service on the sales, finance, and dealership level. I told Jacob what rig I wanted and how I wanted to pick up the new ride, he quoted me a great price, no one could beat it. We met at 1pm on a Friday, he had my rig ready and finance had all the paper work ready for signing. One hour later after a bag of popcorn we were on the road headed home. I don't usually do reviews but I'm truthful in saying this was worth the time to let you know our wonderful new car transaction and the money I saved, along with the great service!

Called today as i was looking at similar eco diesels at other dealers. I knew what they had offered and called and got ahold of Donnie in sales. I said hi my name is ... I have a lease that is about up and before I make the drive I would like to make sure we are on the same page about payment and car. Explained what i wanted and what I was looking for. He said it was impossible to get me where I wanted without really even doing anything or hearing about my vehicle. I hung up and bought a truck with exact same options with the payment i had questioned Donnie about 2 hours later at a different dealer. This marks the 3rd vehicle we have attempted to purchase and ended up walking out and getting it at another dealer.
It s buying a car... so it can only be so great. Here s my story.
I came in with little expectation of buying that day. My husband has gotten 4 cars here, and my father-in-law has gotten 2. I was excited! Prior to coming in I was speaking with a gentleman about my needs. I told them what my credit and my budget was. Once I got there, I was talked into trying a Kia. Sure! Why not! I loved it. And after discussing the car I test drove vs some others I was considering, this one had the price point and room I needed. I decided to work with finance and see how I could make it work.

It took forever to get into finance. I hear this is normal. The guy takes me back and finance guy tells me the numbers. They are way out of my budget. Like take my breath away far off. He told me my rate, and my jaw dropped. The guy then began to throw in my face how I settled debts, and actually counted the cards I settled right there. And my stomach sank. Slap in the face. I said I should have had my husband sign instead (my settlement was prior to marriage and all in my name). He said that wouldn t make a difference, he d get the same rate. Rates are high. So did you just love the fact you could throw my past in my face? Did you think I had forgotten about it or something? Since it had no bearing on the rate I got, seems to me you could have bit your tongue.
We all have a past, buddy... I m not ashamed that I cleaned mine up. I am over joyed (was... anyways) to be sitting in this chair trying to buy my first new car ever. Something I never dreamed possible 3 years ago.
As we were trying to get to a point I could afford this transaction, he was throwing more stuff at me to buy, racking up my bill even more, then started throwing papers my way to sign that said decline on them. He didn t explain anything. Just told me to sign. I asked him what this was, he said stuff you should have but can t afford. I was going to explain it to you but there s no point. I was in tears. They were refusing to pay off my car (if you ask them they d say they were paying it off. I m a math major. I know you giving me $8k doesn t pay off $8,933. I also gave them brand new $600 tires, and a car with under 16k miles, in perfect shape...) He tried to tell me the rest of the car was being paid for by the taxes I was saving by trading it in. No. For one, you just said the taxes were $500... not $933. Eitherway, I can t pay a bill or put more money down with virtually saved money. I called my husband (he had to leave to get the kids, we d been there over 6hrs already). He said to leave the deal and not worry about it. The finance guy heard him and picked my papers up and threw them behind him. He said he had people waiting and he raced out of the room. Wow. It s like you really don t want me as a customer. I was calm the whole time. I just needed him to work the numbers so I could get the car. There were so many ways that we could wiggle things... So I left in tears. I was not worth the finance guys time, and I was so bummed. The sales consultant met me at the finance office, and I have no idea if this is part of what they usually do, but he kept me chatting at my old car until my phone rang and it was finance guy. He asked me to come back in and re-work the numbers.
But I thought he was too busy for my money? Pretty sure that s exactly what he said as he threw my file across his desk and walked out. I can t be their first customer who asked what can be done to get back to budget. They don t tell you anything in the parking lot, you go to finance and they tell you for the first time.
For the finance experience alone, I am very hesitant to come back. Knowing when I trade in again, I will be made to feel like this again. It makes my stomach hurt just thinking about it. I did buy the car. I was there to get a great vehicle. I can update this review after any other interactions I might have with Jeff Belzer s post purchase. The bonus star was because finding the car was fun! I just can t get past being treated like a waste of time.

I recently purchased new 2016 Colorado and traded in my 2013 Dodge Journey. I had my doubts about what I would receive for my trade in. I was very happy with the deal I made . I also saved money on my finance interest which I thought would be higher than my credit union. Very happy with Paul , Business Mgr. and Manager of new vehicles for making this a pleasant experience.
Worst Dealership I have ever dealt with!
I bought a 2017 Tahoe from Belzer on February 22, 2017 and had it sent out of state. What a mistake! They have overcharged me by $500 on the DMV fees and will not refund the amount or respond to my emails. The response from the finance guy was, " You will have to go to DMV and get the money back yourself since we posted first." Wrong! They have sat on the DMV fees and I posted first and then was still charged by Belzer. This must be the same finance guy as mentioned before. The vehicle failed smog test and Belzer was ZERO help.
They still have not sent me any registration or plates. The price of the vehicle dropped over the weekend online while my paperwork was being sent and they refused to honor the reduction. I can go on and on about the lack of professionalism and follow up after you buy the vehicle. Bottom line, it's been since February 22, 2017 since I purchased this Tahoe and I have no registration, plates, and they refuse to refund the $525.00 owed.
Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. Since I'm an out-of state buyer they figured, I'd just go away..........wrong guy.
Dont come here unless you want to be ripped off. Was going to trade in my car and they completely low balled us. I understand its a business and they need to make money but it ended up being $3,000 LESS than what we ended up getting from Apple Ford. What a joke.
I purchased a 2019 GMC Terrain from Belzer's this week, and my experience couldn't have been any better! I worked with Joby, who was very kind and attentive to my thoughts about various vehicles. After hearing my "must-haves" for my new vehicle, he knew just the thing to show me! I test drove a good number of cars from various dealerships while car shopping, and none of them were as perfect as the Terrain he found for me. I would recommend this place!
I walked out as I simply wanted a trade in quote for my Fusion. What I got was a 10 minute history of the company by Asain gal Jennifer. I left without ever getting a trade in. Turned out the price wasnt even the posted price but $1000 more because I didnt click on dealer description and read the trade in fine print. Jeff Belzer is a fine print dealership and a gimmick dealership. Then the week following salesman Jeff Sandrick sent several emails to my ex wife because he is old and terrible at computers he said so himself. I ended up buying a 2011 from Burnsville Volkswagen. It's easy to be intimidated while shopping for a vehicle with so many options but the people at Jeff Belzer's make it a process without stress while making you feel comfortable. I laid out a budget and Joe Weed did an amazing job finding me what I was looking for within my range. From there, Matt Moore in finance did a great job of making the paperwork process as quick as possible. Linda Albers kept me updated with special offers as my lease was nearing conclusion in a friendly manner.

The purchasing experience was standard, nothing out of the ordinary, but when my car had complications after being purchased brand new, they're availability to get it fixed was terrible, and I was forced to go else where. Definitely won't be buying a car here in the future.

Great service when purchasing a used truck. Difficult to pay for it. Wouldn't accept out of state bank check. My bank won't wire funds because I haven't seen truck. Finally finicanced through the dealership and will re-finicance a lower interest rate when I get the paperwork back. Otherwise good people to deal with and quick service.

I recently got into my first car accident with a deer and after checking with a couple of places settled on Jeff Belzer's to fix my car and am so happy that I did. I started by talking to Joe Alberts who assured me that they could get my car in quickly and put me in contact with the body shop. My car was towed in the very same day and also received a prompt follow up call from the manager Tim at the body shop who had already had started odering parts and set up a rental car for me in my hometown. I have not been in an accident in a very long time so am over joyed that I picked them because they have been so helpful and are clearly looking out for their customer. The best experience with out making a purchase? I met with Tom Gorman in Sales today as I was interested in 2016 Silverado 1500. The short version, he knew where I wanted to be payment wise and was not trying to talk me into a vehicle that in the end would not be what I wanted. There was not one car in the bay's for oil change and none outside in line and was told that I had to have an appointment and that's the way you do things now. Trust me I can get my oil changed at a lot of places near my home.

This dealership is very easy to deal with. No high pressure sales pitch..sales people do not work on commission. Upfront and honest in how their vehicles are priced. We received a very fair trade-in value. Donovan Martin (the sales person), Tim Tichich (business manager) and Ethan Spindler (delivery coordinator) were all very easy to work with. Ethan gave us a very thorough orientation to our new vehicle. We were in/out of the dealership in approximately 4 hours. Our new vehicle was very nicely detailed and had a tank full of diesel/DEF to boot! This was our second positive interaction and will return again if need be in the future.
I had a bad experience with belzers originally and still bought a vehicle there. Only buy here if it is already the deal you want and it has sat on their lot long enough for them to finally lower the price to what it should be. My first experiences was trying to buy a car for my brother here. They wouldn't budge on price claiming they don't. We offered the car at a cash price and they wouldn't work with us and then wouldn't stop contacting and bothering us after we gave up on them. I tracked that car and it sat on their lot another 2 months and finally sold after the price dropped and dropped below what we offered 2 months earlier. We ended up with a better deal on a better car anyway.
Then I was looking for another truck. I researched for months and knew what the price should be and surprise they had one that actually wasn't crazy priced. The carfax said the truck was owned by them since July which means they sat on it and probably wanted to much but now it was the right price. So I wanted that truck and somehow they made it hard and difficult to take my money. Why does the website contact info you fill out on a specific vehicle not get you to the right person. It took me multiple emails to get them to finally give me more information about the vehicle and get to the right person. They asked for my phone number every chance they could. I explained I work all day and it would be best to email me as that's how I told you I prefer to be contacted in your stupid form I filled out on the website, why so insistent on calling me over and over? For someone that already wanted the vehicle you guys made it more difficult to buy and almost steered me away but it was the truck I wanted so I did get it but would never recommend belzers. The only reason to ever consider belzers would be if they already have exactly what you want and priced right. I didn't get a gross Silverado. I got a real truck
