Purchase was easy. I am from out of state, South Carolina, but the team worked with me to ensure that everything was complete and in order prior to my arrival. Appreciate their professionalism and dedication. They are all excellent and I would definitely call upon them again.

Purchased a used vehicle with the help of sales associate David Bruns. He did a great job helping us through the purchasing process and located the missing the 2nd Key FOB. Fast Friendly service.
The sales people I talked to over the phone and in person were rude and impatient. I drove almost an hour to come see them and test drive a car and I had scheduled the test drive days in advance. When I got there, they told me they sold the car earlier that morning, with out so much as even a call to tell me it was sold. Very disappointing service.
We had a great experience at Jeff Belzers New Prague! Our salesperson Kelly was fantastic. The paperwork was straightforward with no surprises in the fine print. Next time I'm going straight to Kelly at Jeff Belzer!
The building was clean and well organized. Parking was a bit of a hassle but not too bad. They offered free drinks and popcorn. The rep I dealt with was great she understood everything that I was saying she wasn't pushy she made sure I found what I was looking for. The only reason why I took away 2 stars is because the financing manager (?) Kept being pushy when I stated that I needed to reevaluate my personal financial situation. He kept bring up my potential large cash payment. It was a great experience except for that one part.
Called around to multiple Kia dealers near me to find a Kia Stinger GT2. Jeff Belzer came back with the best quote and once I was there, Nate McMahon (sales) took care of all my requests. Good experience at all levels, would recommend Jeff Belzer and Nate to anyone looking for a good deal and helpful service.
Excellent deals and easy to work with staff. I would highly recommend them. Our only complaint was an upside down license plate holder. We had a little laugh over that.
it's funny because I was warned by three different people not to use this dealership and I went anyways. I went there multiple times, trying to get work done on a van that's under manufacturer warranty most the time I felt the rep did not listen to what I was explaining and not believe me so I actually had to start photographing and videotaping the issues with the van they did not get me the correct loaner vehicle large enough to fit my entire family after I waited 1 month to get an appointment to get in, once I got in and took another week of them having my van to tell me they don't even have the right tools to do the repair job so have to wait another week to get tools and the story is go on and on and on they also lost my key fob I'm not going to list off all the other issues I had with them one of the main things was when I got my van back it was dirtier and in worse shape than when I dropped it into them they left all the installation paperwork shavings plastic cuttings dirt dust and grime from them working on my van it did not even bother to clean it, needless to say I started going to a different Chrysler dealership. And have not had these problems at the new dealership in Burnsville that I go to now.
Marc Guerrero hooked me up with my first ever car purchase. He answered all of my questions before during and after I drove off with it and I can still hit him up with questions or comments anytime I need to.
Went in to buy a used Honda Accord. Worked with Dan Chapman, Dan was great, didn't pressure us at all and helped us find a car that fit my budget. It was a refreshing experience when I was expected to have to go into the car dealership and go back and forth for hours over prices. All the prices were already reasonable and the process was simple. Thanks Dan!
Love the car, but they ran my credit without my permission and made me sign a paper afterwards saying I agreed to it. I wasn t told that s what I was signing and was surprised to see the hit on my credit
Wonderful experience! Jacob Schlee is a Top Notch salesman, he was fun, friendly and got us the exact vehicle we wanted for our daughter (new driver). We even had a small issue after purchase and he handled it professionally and promptly! Very very pleased!!!
Jarret Ptesch helped put us in a new SUV tonight. We could not be more pleased with the service, pricing and efficiency of Jarret and the entire team at Jeff Belzer! Thank you for a great experience!
I went to the dealership with my fingers crossed, hoping to be driving out of the parking lot with a new vehicle. After looking at multiple vehicles, I found the one! After getting rejected because of the no credit/bad credit situation, I went home with my head hung low. Two days later, I receive a phone call letting me know that I got approved with a bank. I figured I would be paying an arm and a leg for a down payment and monthly payments. I was wrong. Both were are in my budget of what I wanted to spend from the beginning. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle. Thanks to Jeff and Jamie for helping me out and great work by the rest of the staff.
Great purchase experience at Jeff Belzer Jeep in New Prague. I contacted Belzer via email for a price quote as i was ready to pull the trigger to buy my vehicle at my local Jeep dealer in the Twin Cities. I am so glad I did. Not only did I save thousands, yes thousands of dollars off a new Jeep Grand Cherokee but the entire staff from start to finish were utmost professionals. Super easy to work with and no big sales push. Scott Cameron took the time and effort to put me in a vehicle that was 'right for me"- no pesky up-selling. He was very knowledgeable on his product and was able to answer all my questions. Go find him!! The purchase was flawless with no "hidden fees" - all transparent. I would also like to give 5 stars to Bob Shoemaker- delivery coordinator. I had no idea this position existed. Bob "delivered" very valuable insight on the ins and outs of my new Jeep. I would highly recommend anybody who is about to purchase a Jeep (or any other vehicle as Belzer's has many auto lines) to simple email Belzer first and give them an opportunity for your business. I am so glad i did!
FIRST TIME THERE & WILL BE THE VERY LAST! Like many had said on here, too bad zero stars isn't possible. Jeff Belzer s is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with purchasing a car! I do not recommend wasting your gas driving there UNLESS you know salesman/ employees who are actually passionate about their job that works there!
My father and I were told to act fast because another salesman had someone coming to look at the same vehicle we were interested in. We were pressured to sign papers- not just once but three times by the male salesman that showed us the car. I thought it was very rude of the male salesman to keep pressuring and interrupting my father, while my father was trying to make a decision over the phone with family members. (All we were asking for was 5-10 minutes). In all honest truth, we are not that desperate for the car. We would rather feel happy & confident about our purchase than to feel uneasy.
If the car we purchased wasn t for my father, I d leave in a heart beat and take my business elsewhere. We ended up buying the car. Paid full in cash but couldn t negotiate for a few dollars lower, and the WORST PART No complimentary car wash, and I had mentioned that the car had literally no gas in it- asking if they would pump half the tank as a complimentary gift. Nope, the male salesman said they don t do that there. I kept pushing it he said he will pump 4 gallons and that s it. Wow, just wow! As an experienced car buyer, other dealerships give these as a complimentary gift, it is the least that they could do.
Just as things couldn t get any worst the finance guy who handled our transaction was very arrogant and rude! No friendly manner at all, not even a hand shake from him. After we paid the car in full, the finance guy put a paper in front of my dad and did not say a word assuming my dad will sign. How do these people even qualify for the job???
Our entire experience was horrible except for this kind man who greeted and opened the door for us. You see how a little bit of effort can go a long way? Nobody should ever go through what my father and I went through. Please, learn how to treat others how you would like to be treated.
Al was so helpful in finding the right car for me. Once I found a car I wanted to purchase Donnie was a pro at showing me all the new gadgets in the vehicle. I am definately going to return to buy future vehicles.
I already had my 2010 Kia in the shop for repairs when my brand new Equinox developed problems. My dad had passed away, and now his brand new 2020 Equinox car is mine - A blessing since my car needed some major repars. Unfortunately the Equinox developed a problem so I had called after hours, and dropped it off that evening at Jeff Belzers here in Lakeville, MN. Because I now had 2 cars down, Creed at Belzers was able to get the Equinox in right away the next morning, and they were able to get the part from another local dealer so I could get my new car back later that day. I really appreciate the service I received! Bonnie Sorenson, Lakeville, MN
I ve purchased my last 2 cars from this dealership and had nothing but great things to say UNTIL the one and only time my car needed to be fixed (under warranty) because its only 3 years old and the problem it s having shouldn t be happening. I was basically told I m out of luck because I couldn t get in for a week. I called again and complained about not having a running car for a week and magically they had a opening sooner but couldn t give a a loaner because they have none.... it s a car dealership what do you man you have no cars to loan. Finally get transferred from the rude woman to her manager who was so passive agrresive and offensive to be honest. He spoke to me in such a rude way. He said you don t have ANY family or friends to help you out? Meaning why can t my family just haul me around for a week? Rudest customer service. Because of that fact alone I will never purchase or spend one more dime at that dealership. What a let down.
Update: went to Luther in Inver Grove Heights and what a difference!!!! They were so nice and actually worked with me instead of being rude! Let s just say I m not the only person to go there with complaints on Belzers, seems like it s almost a daily thing. So keep it up Luther you guys are great!!!!
My sales guy Bob S made everything very easy upon my arrival. He happened to get a couple vehicles in that morning that really fit what I was looking for. I did some test driving and began my buying process. Everything went very smooth. Josh the finance manager also went the extra mile to make sure I got the best deal possible that I really appreciated. I will definitely be a returning customer no doubt. Thanks guys for putting us in a 2021 telluride right off the transport truck.
Nope. Worst service department ever. Rude as hell, make you wait a week to bring in a disabled but brand new vehicle, no loaner vehicle, etc. Made me regret ever hearing the name Jeff Belzer. Save yourself now, and buy your vehicle elsewhere.
Traveled 500 miles to buy a truck from Belzer's. The price was unprecedented, the selection was the best within 10 hours of me, and luckily enough, the sales person was perfect. Trisha dealt with my fickle, picky ways and got the exact truck I wanted remaining patient through my initial hesitation. The process went seamless and I cant recommended them enough!
May 12 found me walking into Jeff Belzer's KIA hoping to replace our aged and crippled Dodge Caravan. It was time, I was scared to death, I hadn't bought a car in 15 years. Greeted by a friendly, professional staff, I soon felt at home and discovered Zach and I have some things in common.. From test drive to final paperwork, a super experience, We now have our long sought 2015 KIA Soul sitting comfortably in our garage. Hats off to Zach Tim Blaine Josh Thank you all for helping us make this happen. Top shelf people. Top shelf dealership
Bob was on time and ready for our appt. I had noticed the car I had been looking at was parked up front and ready to take out for a test drive so no time spent wandering around the car lot looking for the vehicle I was most interested in. The process they have at Belzer's is nice. As much as I enjoyed all the people I had interactions with during the time I was there I didn't have to spend the whole day there as I've experienced in the past at other dealers. Everyone was very friendly and providing me all the options I had for my purchase. I walked in at 10 and was on my way with my new car by noon. Could not have been happier. I highly recommend Jeff Belzer's and will buy future vehicles there as well!!!
Had a great visit back since buying my car. Took it in for it's first oil change/rotation. The staff was engaging with my son, and gave him a pinwheel to play with on the way out. And who doesn't love lobby popcorn?!
We leased our third car from Dylan Rieser recently. Dylan knows about cars and cares about what we are looking for in a vehicle. He helped us decide what would work best in our price range, and gave us excellent customer service and phenomenal pricing. He found as a great car, that gets good gas mileage, and has a new sleek style. We have had great service in the past and will continue to purchase/lease from Jeff Belzer with the expert care and advice we get from Dylan Rieser.
My Fiancee and I recently purchased a new Dodge Journey. We couldn't have had a better experience anywhere else! Our salesman, Brent Smisek, was awesome! He was very helpful, professional, and attentive to our needs and wants. I highly recommend Brent Smisek, and Jeff Belzers to anyone looking a for great experience purchasing a vehicle!!
I have purchased 10 vehicles from Belzers over the past 16 years, but the Customers Services over the past few years has completely vanished. Service appts are 2 weeks out, and then pushed back even further a day before your appt due to over booking. Salesman will not call you back, and if you do book an appt, expect to be one of 3 or 4 customers that salesman is meeting with at the same time. If you are expecting any type of customer loyalty, you will not find it here!
Ugh where to begin, I was searching the website found a car I loved, locked the price set up a meeting Found out the next day they sold it, dealer sent me other one similar, still planning to come look at cars, car magically sold again. Seems like someone can t keep up with the website. Only plus sides-Leo was a great person to work with, very helpful and honest giving best options of which car to choose, Sean was a great finiance guy, worked with us as fast as he knew our visit was getting long with a baby, service on the other hand was awful. I was notified car is ready to go (as it was not ready to begin with- needed new tires and a good cleaning) they gave me a loaner car, I showed up when they said it was done. Supposedly they lost the car, after saying it was done they then proceeded to say it still needed a wash. Now I ve been at the dealership for my quick pick up for an hour and a half. Now late to pick my daughter up from daycare. No one at this dealership cared one bit. I left the dealership with the loaner car, hoping to pick up the one I actually purchased tomorrow.
We were hoping for a great experience with this dealership. We drove 4 hours to look at this vehicle. 2 hours into our drive we received a call to verify that we were on our way. When we go to look at the vehicle it was filthy! The salesman was making a bunch of excuses that they just got it in blah blah blah. We had been looking at the vehicle for a week or more on line and they had called to make sure we were coming that morning! ! The salesman was in such a hurry to get things done and make the sell I suppose to get to the next customer? ??? We waited approximately 2 hours to see the finance guy, by that time we were irritated, we still hadn't seen the vehicle clean so stated we wanted to see it cleaned up and went out to check it out. There was a small dent in the hood we were not aware of but decide to go ahead with the deal. Afternoon we sign all the paperwork, he tells us there is only one key fob and they won't under any circumstances make one for us so there is another $300 out of our pocket. After we got home we called and emailed about things and it's always "I'll get right back to you" to never ever hear anything from anybody. We really like the vehicle but the experience at this dealership was far from pleasurable. We won't be back.
Blair made it a great experience getting the Charger. He was very knowledgeable and even stayed late after fiance paperwork to shake my hand again. I will definitely be back.
My husband and I went in yesterday to see a vehicle we found on the website. We scoped it out before we went inside the dealership and noticed the door trim had a large area where either the clear coat or paint was missing. We were immediately set up with a sales rep. who brought the car around front for us to test drive. He told us that when he started the vehicle the rear suspension light was lit up. He said he wanted to warn us in case we saw it too and wanted to change our mind and not test it. We drove it and really liked it. When we got back to the dealership the sales rep had another couple sitting at his desk. We asked them to check out our current vehicle so we would know what they would give us for a trade in. We waited and waited with a restless 2 year old. Finally he called us over to his desk and he went into the office to run the numbers by the manager. Again we waited and waited. He came out and told us that they would fix the issue with the rear suspension. We asked about the area on the door that had the missing paint/clear coat and he said, I didn t even run it by them because they were already whining about fixing the rear suspension. Then he proceeded to tell us that they would only give us $10,000 for our trade in, which was a complete slap in the face given the condition of our vehicle. Kelly Blue Book trade in value is $11,700-$14,100. We told him that the dealership we were at just before this one offered us $12,000. He immediately shot us down and said he would go get our keys. Nothing more said.
I can understand how a dealership works and that the goal is to sell cars and do it quickly. However, there are sometimes things that I cant fully accept. After finding a vehicle online and driving 4 hours one direction to test drive it on a Thursday, I then offered to put a down payment on it while straightening out bank details. I was informed that they oddly, were strictly first come first serve regardless of deposit. I then proceeded to schedule a final test drive the following Monday evening regardless. After driving 2 hours through traffic, I arrived at the dealer 10 minutes early for what I thought would be my final test drive. Only then to have the sales rep walk out and inform me that he had just signed to car to someone else 5 minutes ago. I understand its business but , 8 hours worth of gas wasted driving and even more time in-between, really makes me glad that I will now have to find a new dealer to buy my car from.
Worst (almost) car buying experience I've ever had. They had the exact vehicle I was looking to buy and would have been the easiest sale for someone if they knew how to return a phone call....
Bob Burke not only got me into my preferred vehicle for an amazing deal, but his fun, down to earth personality also made what can be an intimidating experience a truly enjoyable one! He returned my phone calls and did research for me very quickly, and upon my arrival at the dealership he and the rest of the staff treated me to customer service that was so good it was honestly refreshing. The guys in the delivery bay for my new car even treated me to some of their breakfast buffet! I was so pleased with the deal Bob got me that I gave away all of the business cards he provided me my first day back at work, and I would not hesitate one moment to refer friends and family to him. Great guy and great dealership experience! THANK YOU!
Purchased Chevy 3500HD LTZ at Jeff Belzer's: Our experience was perfect. Nick Wheelihan was our sales guy and he took great care of us. We are from TN so it was an out-of-town purchase. We flew in, rode over to the dealer and the whole process was less than an hour. Huge savings over our dealership back home and a very professional experience. I recommend them without hesitation.
Ram 2500 Purchase went extremely well. Very professional, quick and responsive, no issues or problems with the sale and paperwork. Very large inventory to select from. This was a 2018 holdover so I got a great deal. Extended the warranty and bought the rust inhibitor and paint protection. Facilities are very nice offering drinks and snacks and coffee. One thing I would have liked in retrospect is a brief introduction and tour of the maintenance and shop area to give me confidence that the service work would be also be quick and high quality. Other than that, I highly recommend this dealership and Scott Cameron.
5 YEAR U.S. NAVY VETERAN, CAME HERE ON HONEST RECOMMENDATION. Been here a couple times, kids working quick fluid line leave engines on during oil changes, service wont work on warranty items through kia corporate customer care coverage, then lied to kia corporate saying I never showed up. Manager calls after I spoke with customer service and says he stands by the service tech that never put the paperwork into computer. Then proceeds to say I just have to call them and say I did show up. Believe I did Sir, and also believe they documented it. This service team AND THE 1 MANAGER THEY HAVE are unqualified and under trained. Tons of fake reviews too. Just go spend 15 min in the lobby before you pull your car in and watch them. THESE LOSERS ARE A JOKE!
This dealership is top notch. The follow up call from the sales associate is what caused me to go check them out. The finance department as well as the guy helping me transition into the new vehicle worked very well
Just can't say enough great things about Jeff Belzer's dealership. I went here in January 2008 with a Mazda that no longer ran; the sales staff understood that after a bad experience with another dealership my primary concern was getting a reliable vehicle. They didn't once try to push me toward something I couldn't afford or wasn't comfortable with. I left that day with a Chevy Cobalt that was priced right and had unbeatable warranty to alleviate my fears of maintenance trouble.
Seven years later, I felt like it was time to trade in the Cobalt for something new so I went back to Jeff Belzer's this week. Money was my big concern this time around - Dan Snyder and Matt Moore listened to me and took all the pressure off. These guys work for the customer - Matt personally talked to the bank face-to-face and aggressively negotiated on my behalf for a lower interest rate and down payment (he got it!). Dan answered all of my questions about the Nissan I was looking at and helped me feel more comfortable with the big step up in technology.
At Belzer's, the staff always listens and delivers what I ask for. They really are always working for US - the customers - and they are so friendly and personable too. We'll definitely be back when it's time for my daughter to start driving!
Jeff Belzer s is a must stop if you're researching why car salesman have bad stereotypes. At first I was delighted to find the car that I wanted at a reasonable price on their website. I rushed to the store only to find out that the salesman cannot talk about that price, he s only a salesman . Admittedly, this caused a little confusion for me but I decided to let that go as I thought we would get to that soon. I proceeded to listen to about a 30 min. speech of how they do business and then spent another 30 min. waiting for them to bring the car around for a test drive. During the test drive the salesman couldn t answer any questions about the vehicle so we had a quiet 10 min. drive. Upon our return I thought we would finally get to discuss how much they wanted me to pay for the vehicle. To my surprise, we couldn t talk about that until they had a chance to check out my trade in. At this point I m still slightly confused as to why they can t tell me how much the vehicle is. After some thought, I finally convinced myself that this seems reasonable, they want to factor my trade into the price. This is where the real fun begins. 20 min. later out of the back comes a person that is ready to evaluate my trade and asks if we can take it for a test drive. He proceeds to walk around my vehicle pointing out 2 or 3 dings that turned out to be road salt that wiped off with my finger. He then wraps up his walkaround by inspecting my tires and declaring that I need new ones I don t. I then got the pleasure of going on a 10 min. test drive of my vehicle during which we pass the time by having their test driver mentally prepare me to take a severe loss on my vehicle. I am enlightened as I have it explained to me that, your vehicle isn t always worth what you think it s worth . Long story short, I have been at the dealership for about 2 hours, still had no idea what they wanted me to pay for the vehicle, and then get to find out they want to give me $9000 less than what my vehicle is currently selling for. Seriously, do not waste your time with this place.
Service Advisor Evan Miller refused to take my vehicle even though i have a warranty. First of all he said that I didn't have a warranty, then he said yes you do have a warranty but it is not going to cover repairs, then he start arguing with me and finnaly agreed that I have bumper to bumper warranty and he accepted my car for repairs. Next day he called and said there is nothing wrong with the car, so I Paid $160 for worthless diagnostic.I Left the dealership with same issues and next day brought my car to "Roseville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram". They accepted the warranty and also did very good job. Final bill was $2300 but I paid $100 as I suppose to. Be careful who you dealing with.
Lets get the negative things out of the way. I do want to point out that Eric, Jeff, and Andy was very knowledgeable and was able to give me the best possible deal for my new Kia Stinger that I bought. The only issue I had was when I actually went in to pick up the vehicle. It was not clean and you can definitely tell that whoever was suppose to detail the car did not do it well. It was very apparent that all they did was run my car through the car wash. There were definitely dirt all over the lower side of the car and the back bumper and the engine bay had dust and dirt covering the side wall. Not to the mention the plastic wrap that was still sticking to the car handle which made it seems like the paint was peeling. Also, whoever was suppose to put gas in my car neglected doing that because I had only 5 miles on the car before it ran out of gas and had to point it out before someone noticed. I do want to point out that Stephen who was handling the delivery of the car helped out by taking my car to get it detail again. Although at that point I just wanted to get my car and be done with it. Now, I do want to point out that this has nothing to do with Eric, Andy, or Jeff. Lastly, I do want to point out that I love working with Eric. His work ethic showed that he cared about my car buying experience and wanted me to truly be happy with what I was purchasing. I appreciate him reaching out to me after everything to made sure that I was happy with the car and to let him know if I had any concern. That itself shows that he cared about his customer. I definitely would refer him to anyone I know looking to buy a new car. Thanks Eric it was a pleasure to work with you.
Justin was amazing from the first phone call to the dealership to the last moment before we drove away in our new vehicle. I would recommend him to anyone. Laid back but always put the customer needs first. Just an all-around great guy and a good dealership to work with. All of the Personnel at the dealership were very friendly, answered all of our questions, and made the day very enjoyable.
Run! Don't purchase or lease anything from this dealer. My son has a leased vehicle which had a "check engine" light on, plus he noticed an issue with the brakes. First we bought tires and that technician stated that the brake issue is most likely a warranty issue related to a master cylinder so when he scheduled the service for the check engine light he was told that there is a $100 PLUS fee to CHECK the brake issue and it may or may not be a warranty item. Does the diagnostic fee apply to the repair? NOPE. Wow. I can see the greedy fingers pointing out with the slimy "gimme more money" evil grin attached.
Heidi S. helped my wife and I find the perfect 2019 Ram this summer. After wading through several options, a few visits, and a couple test drives, Heidi listened to our wants and needs. Never pushy, very friendly, and a desire to make our time at the dealership pleasant and purposeful, Heidi was a joy to work with. Jeff Belzers has always done us well, having purchased this our third vehicle, I honestly can say I don t think I need another dealership. My only question is when will they expand to another locale here in the cities? Preferably somewhere in the central or north metro! If you need a new Chevrolet, Dodge or Ram, Jeff Belzers is the destination. Look up Heidi when you get there, I guarantee you won t regret it.
Loved my experience, love my new truck. No dealership has ever treated me with more professionalism and friendship then Jeff Belzer s Chevy. 10/10 experience.
'Z' did an exceptional job and treated my wife and I very well! Thorough explanation was provided, which was appreciated by my wife and I as first time buyers. 'Z' cares a ton for his customers. Everybody at Jeff Belzers in Lakeville was phenomenal! Would highly recommend!
I have the honor of working with Bob Burke, and some other, he was able to get me the answer I need, I was able to get my car without an issue, they have a excellence team stuff I was able to get everything done very quick. They even help me figure out the functions of the car. They gave me the step by step run down of the touch screen and some other things that come alone with the car, I am really grateful that I go to Jeff belzer for my new car.
Great car buying experience this past weekend. I worked with Bob Burke who found the perfect balance of being available to help but not pushy. He answered all my questions promptly. The whole process took under 2 hours. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a good experience to call Bob.
Just wanted to let you know it's currently 5 p.m. on Friday September 29th. We are standing on your front steps and have been passed by six different sales representatives and none of them has greeted us. We came here with checkbook in hand with the intention of purchasing a brand new Kia Sedona minivan. The One customer service representative who did stop to talk to us was not intent on making a sale. He said that your minivans might be in today might be in Monday and then let us walk away. Extremely disappointed in the service. Guess we will have to shop elsewhere.
The folks at Belzers are always nice and try to do their best but they fall short of excellent service. This last service visit was complimentary because they had goofed on my pervious visit. They had apparently been in a hurry and accidentally reset my fuel filter monitor to reflect that it had a 100% life left in it. When I called to see if they had changed the fuel filter and was told they had not and it was explained that "sometimes the technicians get in a rush and don't pay attention". At that point I started to wonder about what other items may have been overlooked or ignored because of their lack of attention. I was fine with the mistake because we are all human so I was done with it until I the service manager called and offered me a free fuel filter change. OK great I thought, it was the right thing for them to do even though I wasn't asking for it. I I brought my my truck in a short while later and got the filter changed but this time they did not reset my monitor to reflect that was back to 100%. In the end I believe that Belzers believes that they want to provide "excellent" customer service but they fall short. I hope this feed back helps them reflect a little bit about there service standards. Excellent service is doing the job right the first time but if you have to do it again, at least get it right the second time.
arrived early, got right in, oil change, tire rotation, checked the filters, topped off the washer fluid etc,...... under $60.,....and I'm out the door. Perfect !!!
This was my first purchase of a new vehicle and i can't imagine having a better experience than with Scott and everyone at the New Prague location. It is such an inviting and relaxed environment where everyone works together to get you the vehicle for your needs as quickly and efficiently as possible. It will be my first stop with any future vehicle purchases!
My first purchase from Jeff Belzer and I'm impressed. The salesman was responsive and extremely knowledgeable. Every staff member I dealt with was so helpful and friendly.
I have dealt with Mike Sidhom on numerous occasions and purchased 2 vehicles through him. He is consistently very professional and helpful. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure that my experience at Belzers is both pleasant and efficient. I'm in sales management myself and always appreciate and shout out when I receive excellent service because I always have limited time. For anyone that may be looking to purchase a vehicle I would recommended him hands down as he will always have your best interest at heart as well as go the extra mile for you.
Do NOT give them your email address. Unsubscribe doesn't work. Just keep shotgunning you with junk....... 6 years and counting. Bought a new truck with extended warranty. Ball joints covered? Yes sir........ 28k miles..... Yeah your ball joints are loose.....just not loose enough to warranty. I want my money back for the extended warranty. Yeah we'll have to pro rate that. Useless factory (Dodge/Ram) and extended warranties. Call it what it is..... misrepresentation at it's best........... Talk to your business manager? Is that a serious question? This happened like 6 years ago brother. You stuffed your fine print right down my throat.
My truck buying experience was great! Donny was awesome to work with. Everyone on the Jeff Belzer team worked hard to help make my dream truck a reality for me. Definitely would shop here again in the future and refer friends and family.
I have been a customer of Jeff Belzer s for 3 years and I m very disappointed because i was lied to regarding the size of the tires that are on my car and felt very pressured into buying it after my accident. I bought my first Dodge Dart in the spring of 2015 (new/used and it still had winter tires on it from the previous owner, i had the winter tires taken off and regular ones put on until it was time to put the winter tires back on the following winter) and long story short my first dart got totaled, went back to Jeff Belzer s to get a new car and ended up choosing a 2016 dart. While i was at Jeff Belzer s i asked Bob (my car dealer that was helping me) if the tires were the same size as the ones on my previous dart because a: i wanted to use the winter tires again and b: i didn t want to pay an outrageous price for fantasy tires. I went in today to get these winter tires put on and was told they were too small to put on my 2016 dart! I m SO disappointed! So much for Jeff Belzer s preaching you ll never feel pressured into buying ! I was lied to an felt pressured into buying the dart that i have now!
My wife and I recently purchased a car from Kyle Buro. He was upfront, honest, personable and friendly. We definitely would buy another car from him in the future, so see ya in 6 years, or sooner if need be
Michael was amazing and I appreciate his honesty and straightforward communication. I was traveling from over an hour away and he made the whole experience effortless. He stayed in constant communication with me and did every right to make sure I had a great experience. I could not have asked for a better sales consulatant.
The biggest issue I had was that the car only came with one key, which is completely unacceptable in a two-person household. I was trading in a car and gave them three keys, two primary and one valet key. Management wouldn t cover the cost of a second key or even make me a deal on the key all. Just received a sorry, we can t do that response. I ended up having to buy the key full cost. Disappointing given that I was giving them three. They did, however, say they could reach out to the previous owner and see if they could get the key from them, but I wasn t expect results from that...
Other that than, the dealership was great. Sean initially assisted me and then I was handed over to Michael and they both are absolute rockstars to deal with. Fun guys. The delivery guy (I can t remember his name) was also amazing and even though I bought a fairly rare car (I bought a Chevy Volt which are rare compared to a Malibu or Camry, obviously not Ferrari or Aston Martin rare) he seemed to know just as much as I did after my months of research. Good dude. Wish I remembered his name.
Can t give 5 stars due to the key issue, but if I could give a 4.5 instead of a 4, I would.
I really had a pleasant experience at Jeff Belzer s. They are always coming up with new and innovative ways to help make car buying a great experience. Everyone is super friendly and the atmosphere is very positive! The Chevy spark is my third vehicle from here and many more to come! Even my family shops here!
Was offered $1500 and $2000 more at other dealerships for my trade in over this place. Felt super pressured to make a deal on the spot. Look elsewhere. Anywhere else..
Had an amazing experience. Worked with James R. Never felt pressured. He actually dissuaded most of my fears and preconceived notions about the process of swapping out my car for a new lease. I had a bunch of things that could have been an issue (IE name change, prev car maintenance, ect) but they didn't effect the overall ease of the whole process.
I love the car that I bought. However, I would recommend you get the vehicle checked out 300% by your own mechanic. They sold me a car that had a cracked rim in it and then they glued it to keep the tire from deflating. This could have killed someone or many people!! Not happy.
Heidi st martin is a great sales rep . kept in touch with me to check on progress and status while our vehicle was in service even months after the sale ... I love how helpful and fair the team has been here... Even tho we ran into a few unforseen bumps the team kept me and my child in a nice rental car till we got things worked out :) and they didnt leave us hanging even after the vehicle was already bought like lots of other dealerships have in the past ... thank you so much heidi
I worked with Brandyn Lindgren & Matt Moore in sales and management. I walked in and purchased a car the same day, calling ahead helped expedite the process. I am happy with my brand new Dodge Journey, and the service I was provided.
Just purchased a vehicle with Mike Voss at their Lakeville location. Mike is incredibly nice to deal with, knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. No haggle, no pressure, just top quality service. Thanks Mike!
I had been driving the same vehicle since 2004 and getting something new made me cringe. They made buying a vehicle an easy process. The staff were very courteous.
I can't say enough good things about my experiences at Belzer. I have bought several vehicles there and again, I had a wonderful experience. Jesse Kelley and Jessica Gitch took so much time and were so patient with my process. I totally would recommend them to anyone!! Thanks again!!
Test drove a number of vehicles the past couple of weeks all around the metro - looking to purchase a great vehicle for the family. Both sales reps were knowledgable and courteous - gave us a couple options for closest vehicles we were looking for. Did some shopping around and wound up buying a Belzer Kia Sedona that serves our family perfectly. The entire vehicle shopping experience (and I mean everything) was fantastic. Thank you to the entire Belzer team, Brandyn and Donovan, and service team made it happen for us.
