I was very specific about the color, Trim, and features I wanted with the new 2021 Trailblazer. The closest one I could find to where I was living was going to be about a 5 hour drive, at Jeff Belzer s. When it came time for my appointment, they were very accommodating to my every need. The process of test driving, trading in a vehicle, and purchasing the new one went very smoothly. They answered all of my questions and made sure I had everything I needed before I hit the road. I would recommend to family and friends to check out this dealership. It was definitely worth the 5hr drive!!

You were to the point, upfront, honest and pretty fast. Really good pricing. Donny Aboud was solid and I would recommend going to see him. The only thing I was bummed out about was that I have a sam's club member ship and my sister has Coscto (we share), but I still could not get the $1000 disocunt, even though she gave me a card to use.

Amazing service ! I went to Jeff Belzers to get a new car after my previous car was totaled and I was pretty nervous about getting a new car, the process, the pressure, etc. We met with Bob Burke and he completely wiped out my anxiety ! He was patient and kind and answered every question we had ! He talked with us like real people instead of dollar signs and we felt no pressure whatsoever. My husband will be needing a new car sometime next year and we will most definitely be coming back to Jeff Belzers and working with Bob again !

I have to say, car or truck buying is always stressful. Blair Hansen took the stress out of truck buying. When I arrived at Jeff Belzer's, Blair had 2 Chevy Silverados all ready up front and ready for test drives. Everyone from the Super nice trade in appraiser (sorry I forgot his name), to the business manager Mike Gittins, (very entertaining) and vehicle accessories setup person Ryan (I think that was his name) all were very pleasant and easy to deal with. I was very pleased with the whole process including the fair pricing on my trade-in and my new Silverado.
Sorry I went there, it was a waste of time, stupid me thinking they would give me fair kbb trade in value, but nooo they low balled me buy two grand. Then tried to convince me that was fair. Because they were giving me a discount on my purchase," that's not a discount when you rip me off on the trade in JIP belzers STAY AWAY!!
Belzers CDJR in New Prague was super easy to work with. They have a super nice/new facility with a larger than most inventory to choose from. Our guy...Joe Kennedy, worked very hard to get me the truck that fit my budget. It was so easy, we actually bought another car from them for my daughter. I'd highly suggest looking them up and checking their inventory ahead of everyone else.
I worked with Eric Spiess. He was excellent. He wasn't pushy at all, but offered information as needed and helped us compare options. I would gladly buy from him again. Leased a 2019 Kia Niro and bought a 2016 Fiat 500. Very happy with both cars

They say they have an "unconditional price" but yet you only qualify when you finance through Kia. That's not the issue because I usually finance cars, but by definition that isn't unconditional. Their website is a scam and they play too many games!
First time buying a car, Jeremy was excellent, patient, and informative. I went in expecting a much different experience, than I actually got. I told them the car I was interested in, and it was washed and shining and ready for a test drive when I got there! It was easy and fun, no withholding of information or details, if I wasn't sure they explained it. I did my research before I went, the price on the car I purchased was fair and they were very fair about my cars trade-in value. Very good people, Jeremy, Scotty, and Kara, I would highly recommend this dealership.
STAY FAR AWAY. FAR FAR AWAY. The staff at Jeff Belzers think so highly of themselves it's disgusting and apparent the moment you walk in the door. Insanely poor communication. Incompetent staff at every desk and chair. My girlfriends bank has yet to receive the title for her new car (THIS IS PERHAPS THE DMVS FAULT WITH THEIR NEW SYSTEM) and I understand that technology isn't perfect. But my girlfriend has been trying to get answers from Jeff Belzers lovely team to no avail. Just today she was transferred SEVEN , LITERALLY SEVEN times to different voicemails and departments. 3 different times she was forwarded to a cell phone number of a girlfriend of ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES. A girl who is not even employed by Jeff Belzer. They have been giving her the run around and not being direct or helpful in any manner. Dude, condescending staff. Unreal. Never have I see such a poorly run car business. IF IT WASNT YOUR FAULT, EXPLAIN THAT TO THE CUSTOMER RIGHT AWAY. Make them understand why things are happening. Don't dismiss, forward their calls, and leave them in the dark. How unprofessional. And then, DON, what a guy, had the nerve to tell me he left voicemails explaining all of this to my girlfriend. THERE ARE NO VOICEMAILS. THERE ARE NO MISSED CALLS. We were lied to blatantly over the phone. Gross, poor management. I've had more productive conversations with my dogs. I came to Jeff Belzers to look at a Dodge Charger I had seen online. When I arrived I wandered around the lot for a little while and looked over the car. A salesman who had just come back from grabbing his breakfast for the morning greeted me and asked if I was being helped. That salesman was Mike Marek. I told Mike I was interested in a Dodge Charger and he took me under his wing. I have a good amount of experience with cars so we just got down to the details. We took it out for a test drive and Mike was easy to talk to and didn t pressure me to buy or anything, it was just like going for a drive with a friend. Once we returned, I told Mike I was interested in trading in my truck. The first offer I received for my truck was too low so Mike went back to his manager two more times to get the trade in value up to an amount where I was okay with it but I still chickened out...totally my fault. Here had been a guy who skipped his breakfast to help me get the right car. After I made some phone calls, I decided to get a loan for the entire amount of the car. I had already been Pre-Approved for a loan through my credit union but Kara Little was able to get me an even better deal on a loan...2.99% with zero down! Needless to say, I was very impressed with the service I received at Jeff Belzers. I didn t feel pressured to buy and I was reassured in my purchase and felt confident throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Belzers to my friend and family that are in the market for an excellent priced car. Thanks Mike Marek!
What a fantastic car-buying experience! Far, far better than a couple other dealers with whom I'd recently dealt. Brandyn Lindgren was my salesperson, and he was a joy to work with. He made the entire process simple and painless. From the get-go, the transaction was wonderfully transparent. Not only did Belzer's online pricing prove to be accurate, but they also gave me an added discount for having served in the military. Brandyn laid out all of my options and allowed me to make an informed decision with no pressure tactics. And once my decision was made, it took no time at all to get me set up with my new vehicle. In the end, I leased a 2019 Niro and I could not be more thrilled! Great people, great value, highly recommended.
They claim to be the largest car dealership in Minnesota, but by far the worst ever. I called them about Toyota Camry 2013 SE on their website. The sales person i called was Jessica, she told me the car is available. i could come and see it. I told her i don't have a car, and i will be there when i find a ride. One of my friend offered me a ride, and i called her to make sure the car is still available. she assured me its available. After nearly an hour drive i got there with my friends. Jessica welcomed us and she told us the place is so big and she sent out someone to find the car. We waited for nearly an hour, then she told us one of the employee took the car, and went home. she said he is not coming back for the day, and told us to come back the next day. My friend was so upset for wasting his time and gas. I was calm and understanding. I assured her that i will be back the next day. on our way home one of the manger called me and apologized for what happened and asked me to come back the next day. I told him that i will be back as long as the same things doesn't happen again. He assured me it wont happen. I called Jessica the next day, she told me the car is still available and it will be waiting for me. I told her i'll be there when i find a ride. when i found a ride and started heading to jeff belzers, Jessica left me a voice mail, saying she has a good news for me and to call her. when we were half way there, i called her. to ask what the good news was. she said they sold the car and they have a similar car for me. I have never been treated this at any business. I wouldn't recommend them for anybody. They are a joke. They don't fulfill promises, cant be trusted.
Most unresponsive and disrespectful sales group I have ever come across. Despite talking with a number of different sales reps, no one gets back to you. Honestly wouldn't buy a car from this dealership if they were the last one left. Goof luck!

The appointment only sales definitely needs a lot of work. Unless you have an exact car in mind and are planning to buy right then and there they are "not sure how they can help you." Pretty disappointing as a previous customer. The main reason we went here was because of wide range of options, but now we can't look at those options. And you may want to train your receptionist on not being so abrasive.

Me and the wife bought a vehicle from the location in Lakeville. It was an 8 HR hurry up and wait game. I've never been so disappointed buying a car. In 2000 I purchased a new truck from Jeff Sr. It was a great experience and Jeff Sr. Made you proud to be a customer. On the other hand. Jeff Jr. Was in the same showroom we were in and didn't even bother to say hello. I knew his dad very well. But his son didn't learn much from his father. It'll be our last time.
To keep things short, I drive about 40 minutes with good traffic just to get to the dealership. I show up so they can recharge my A/C since it didn t work( brand new challenger) after I get it back I had to drive it back and get it washed up since apparently they don t give complementary car washes like the salesman told me they do after every service. I come to find out when im doing a walk around that they scratched my side fender in 2 places I hope they address this and make things right for once!
Had the car I wanted, good price, great salesman. It had over 40,000 miles, but it was certfied and I got a extended warranty, which made my warranty much longer than a new car and I didn t have to pay new car price.
I bought a Kia from the lot in the fall 2018 via the Jeff Belzer website; gotta say it was probably my best car buying experience. I drove 5 hours to get the car so they knew I was in a hurry to pick it up; I was literally on the road in 45 minutes! That included the normal extended warranty sales pitch; but otherwise an excellent and pain free experience. I d gladly drive 5 hours again to get the price and treatment I got - would definayely recommend.
I am leasing a Kia from Jeff Belzer for 3 years. I am half way through and enjoy the vehicle plus maintenance that came along with it. Bought in AP from David Petryszyn and take my optima into the Bloomington location for maintenance; they send me reminders with coupons which is great. Dave knew what car fit me perfectly. I picked out a color and drove off that day. Highly recommended.

I have been car shopping for about 6 months and have visited numerous car dealerships in the twin cities metro area. At almost every dealership I went to, I either got the impression that they really did not care if they sold me a car, or they did not seem interested in what I the customer wanted. I had very few pleasant experiences and some were downright awful. All of that changed when I went to Jeff Belzer's Chevrolet. The first pleasant surprise was that I was not mobbed by pushy sales staff the minute I walked in the door. I was greeted graciously and told that if I needed anything at all or had any questions, all I had to do was ask. When I had questions I did not have to try and hunt someone down they were right there ready to help. The second thing I noticed was that if I asked a question that the person I was talking to did not know the answer to they did not try to fake there way through the answer, they would either look it up or get the expert on the subject to answer the question right, what a refreshing change. After finding out exactly what I wanted (another refreshing change) the staff got right to work to get me what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I say staff because at Jeff Belzer's it was truly a team effort and I was assisted with my purchase by numerous people from different departments each one as friendly, professional, and helpful as the next. When I think back to all of the car buying experiences I have had I cannot think of one time where I have had an experience where I did not have at least one complaint, that is until I bought my new car from Jeff Belzer's. WELL DONE BELZER'S!!!!! The way I was treated and the wonderful experience I had have made me a Belzer customer for life, and a believer that there are still businesses out there where customer service is still their main priority. Thank you to ALL for the best car buying experience I have ever had.
Had a great experience here with Aaron. He was genuinely interested in helping us, was not pushy like so many car salesmen seem to be, and he was knowledgeable. He really tried to get us a deal on our new Ram 1500, which he certainly did. Overall the experience was great. Great salesman, great deal, and would definitely recommend working with Aaron. Brought our certified vehicle in for service for the first time with an appointment. When I arrived I stood in the service lane for five minutes before anyone offered to help me. Once the correct service advisor knew I was there the experience wasn't bad at all.
This is the first review I've written in my 44yrs for an auto purchase. I found Jeff Belzer by accident while submitting several questions on different RAM trucks from multiple Autotrader and Cars.com listings. Max Tosca (Sales Associate) got back to me immediately and even though the RAM truck I enquired about didn't have the particular air shock option I needed, he sent me links to 2 of their trucks that did. We had a quick call and he answered all of my questions. When I went in to see it, there was no pressure and it was painless. Then the dreaded short wait while the used car manager looked over my trade-in to see what they would give me on it. To my surprise, their offer on my trade-in was very fair (actually slightly higher than I expected), and the price on the new truck was the lowest I have seen. On all sides I felt appreciated and treated fairly, what else could you possibly ask for out of a dealership. I can assure you that I am not some "friend of the family plant" writing them a good review. Before 3 days ago I didn't know any of them. It was seriously the easiest and least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. And I will go out of my way to buy my next vehicle from them in the future. --John
Service during the sale and after the sale is very poor. I would be weary if I was buying a car from them and did not live in the area. Its impossible to get someone to call you back from this place. I bet if I wanted to buy a car someone would harass me everyday. I've been waiting 2 months for a car title for a car that's been on their lot over a year. BUY ELSEWHERE!

This was the best dealership experience I have ever had, start to finish. I made the inquiry online and received an email, a text message and a phone call within the first half hour of sending the message. After arriving at the dealership, James (my salesman) was friendly and professional and answered every question I had. If he didn't have the answer, he found someone who did. After James had my deal set, I moved to accessories. The young man that helped me wasn't pushy, and help me get what I wanted on the truck. Then, Tim in finance got me though the paperwork quickly and painlessly, and worked the deal that was perfect for me. Lastly, Ethan helped me through all the technology involved in a new truck. He was patient and explained everything I needed to know. Like I said in the beginning, overall it was the best dealership experience I have ever had!

Once I arrived at the dealership, Alex and the rest of the staff, went through the process...keeping me informed and comfortable all along the way!! After buying my pickup from Jeff Belzer's in Lakeville I was very satisfied with the salesman and the steps to finance and take home the vehicle I wanted. After a few months I had a problem with my vehicle. So I ended up bringing into another dealer to get fixed in my hometown. After they looked at it I was told it was going to be about a 5,000 dollar fix that my warranty would not cover. So then I stopped into Jeff Belzer's in Lakeville and talked to Jim Mcmahon and told him what going on. He told me to bring it up to there service and he would do everything in his power to help out every step of the way. He did exactly that and more! The next day he called me and told me what the real problem was and my warranty would cover it. Just needed my "Ok" to start working on it. That following day got the phone call saying your truck is ready for you to pick up. If I could rate them higher I would. From saving me thousands of dollars to getting great customer care I can't thank Jim Mcmahon, Vinesh Chaitnath Sirj and the rest of Jeff Belzer's employees enough for the highly respectable care I was given. I have recommended this facility to many friends and family and will keep doing so. Not to forget to mention the amount of vehicles new and used to choose from in the lot. Definitely worth checking out.
I bought a RAM 3500 from Belzer. When I got home I found damage from this winter on the dealer lot. I called my salesman Kris Schmidt He and his manager took care of me. They could have said you already left tuff, but they covered the issues and also gave me a loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop.
Lets face it. The major expenses are your house, maybe student loans and then vehicles. When you spend a-lot of money on a vehicle you expect to be treated right. Belzer treated me right, this is my second truck from them and not the last.
Worst service experience ever!!! Came in with my 2017 Traverse for an AC problem only 10,000 miles on it on a 90 degree day and was told it would be a week wait!! Are you serious!! So sounds like they don t want warranty business so I drove all the way to Walser Buick GMC and they got me in and out with a rental in 15 minutes and the vehicle was repaired in 5 hours later. Will never do business with Belzer again!! Walser customer for life... what a terrible run dealership. Shame on Belzer Chevrolet
Buyer beware. Dan volz, asked me if we were going to smoke weed after I got this car. Michael Gittins lied about contacting my bank. They use estimated payoffs instead of doing work and checking. They do half work on detail and service is horrible. I came in for issues, they just deny it and told me to get another opinion. Go to fury or park jeep or anywhere else. Don't tread on me. Jeff belzers is on my list.
The first person we met actually asked my wife to leave his office and hurry up doing it with our 14 month old daughter. We asked for a new sales person and were assigned to Austin Younger. Austin was great to work with. He was patient and straightforward with us. He doesn t come across as someone just trying to make a sale. We would definitely work with him again.

Not happy with my service experience with Belzers. I don't feel like my needs are a top priority to this company. It's on their convenience not the customers. I bring in my car because I do not feel safe driving it and they cannot provide me with a loaner vehicle because they are all taken. I never experience that with any dealership. So I have to inconvenience someone else time/vehicle? My car is still under warranty its not my problem that something is wrong with my car. Once my warranty expires I will be done with Belzers. Don't waste your time with Belzers because without them being able to keep up with the demand of selling and maintaining their vehicles while under warranty they will and are losing customer satisfaction.
Great customer service, but some of the worst sales service I've experienced in my life. Rude and disrespectful comments were made to us as soon as no sale was evident. Drove out of our way to go there to do our research and homework on a vehicle. Dealership was recommended by TrueCar. Belzer management wouldn't respond to my personal email either to address our experience there. If cars were half price here I still wouldn't give them my business.
My experience with Bob S was AMAZING. I came in looking for a charger and he helped me get it. Never did I feel like he was just trying to make a sale, he walked me through each step and was very honest. I came back 2 days later and picked my car up he had it clean and ready to go .
