Very poor service. My appt was confirmed by an email and phone call. I arrive sit in front of service doors. Sit for 10 minutes. Drive over to Express only to find out service is closed on Saturdays. Think the person who walked past me when I was sitting would have wondered what I was doing and informed me. So now everyone who was before me in Express lane.
