Overall the service was adequate, my vehicle is fixed. However, customer service seems to be problematic. This is my 3rd time visiting your location, and 2 out of the 3 times have a poor impression that I would not recommend to anyone. The first day my vehicle was being serviced I did not receive a phone call regarding the status. At 430pm my husband called to learn that it has not been looked at. It was dropped off at 750am. The service rep quickly called for a rental and everything was well. The following day (Tuesday), the service rep informed me it would take another day and the rental car has been extended, great. On Wednesday, the service rep informed me my vehicle was ready. I called the service rep back and requested to be picked up at rental facility as I have a car seat and a 2 year old. After returning the rental car, I waited 10 minutes for the shuttle prior to calling the dealership. I called the dealership 5 times with no answer. At this time, since it was not that far for an adult to walk but a long walk for my 2 year old, especially with a car seat and half way through needing to be carried. When I arrived I explained to the service rep what happened and asked if a service manager to contact me. It's been 24 hours and I have heard nothing. I really do not feel you value your customers and I do not see the reason to visit your location any further. I don't care to go to the closest location because it's convenient I rather visit a location because they value their customers. I should have listened to my instincts the first time I visited your location.
