I had gone into the dealership to do a regular scheduled maintenance on my 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie and was also looking into a new vehicle for my girlfriend who had recently had her car written off. As soon as I walked into the sales office TG Pawlak stopped his conversation with a fellow colleague and came right over to assist me with my needs. After speaking with him about the car my girlfriend was interested in a 2013 Dodge Dart SE and coming up with a price that would work for her we started to talk about how bad of an experience I had received when I had originally purchased my truck just over 2 years ago. TG earned my trust and respect by being up front and honest about everything that we talked about and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions and if he didn't have the answer he went out of his way to find out the correct response to my question and in the end was able to work out a great deal on a 2013 Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie Longhorn for me. I am overall very pleased with my experience of dealing with Airdrie Dodge Jeep and TG Pawlak and I will not hesitate to refer people to this dealership as I received excellent customer service and did not feel pressured into doing anything that I was not comfortable doing.
