Worst run business I have yet to deal with. WHY BUY FROM A PLACE YOU CAN NOT GO BACK TO?? Once you have purchased thats it! No going back. To anyone even thinking about this place is try to book an appt for anything. I called and was on hold for "a long time" just to have been hung up on. Then finally got through and was put on hold again and then straight to a voicemail which i never got called back from. All for WARRANTY work. So If you buy from here you will never be able to get oil changes or warranty work done. First off you can not get through to the service department. I can't get them on the phone, and when i took my jeep in they said I had to PAY for a Technician to come out of the shop and advise me on my vehicle! Not do any work, just walk out and look at a piece of chrome and they asked me to pay a half hour of labor. There is a guy called "Jamal" and he is the person that said I had to pay for that... So why would you deal with these guys when you can't get work done on the vehicle or any service? I would do anything to have bought from another dealer. They sell door clips for $15 each. Napa sold me the exact same clips in a pack of 20 for $5... Complete rip off and worst experience ever.
