When you go to your DODGE dealer to get OEM parts for your DODGE truck with the VIN number, according to the parts manager, the customer supposed to know wich one you need, really ?? So when you chose wrong because the parts guy can't tell you wich one goes to your truck, they charge you with 20% restocking fee, thing that they don't tell you when you order it of course, you supposed to read the fine print in the invoice when you order. Bad customer service policy !

The appointment for the Safety Recall was set up in a timely fashion. While the vehicle was at the dealer various inspections were completed with no charge to the owner. The center cab brake light was not working and was noted. In addition an exhaust leak was noted and a repair estimate was also provided. The service by this dealer was extremely thorough and excellent and even included a free vehicle wash.

Drove onto Airdrie dodge lot, within 3 mins Ryan was there to greet us. He asked what we were looking for and if he could help. Well after a short chat and test drive of the absolutely perfect Ram 2500 we decided to purchase it. Ryan was amazing in getting us top trade in value for our trade and excellent discounts on the new truck. We are now the proud owners of a 2020 ram 2500!! We absolutely would recommend Airdrie dodge if your in the market for a new or used vehicle! Thank you so much Ryan for all your help!!

Even when the situation was stressful they showed empathy & went out of they way to help me out!

Such a waste of time ,no one there is willing to help you or give suggestions to help you . And their service managers who answer the phone are snotty / rude and very unwilling help . This location was very convenient to bring my vehicle to but I chose to go to olds dodge they were amazing !!

I just purchased a 1500 Classic Ram Truck. To my surprise i bought a Ram as i was always a Ford guy. Very happy with the truck 5 days into it. Dealt with Ryan Ully. Durango was staled out did not have time to trouble shoot the electrical issue but knew it was with the aftermarket security system and sent it to the dealer in case the computer had to be flashed.

So for starters its 150 just to take a look at it, ok its a dealer I expect its going to be rough I agree they say they will call me the next day like other people no call back. Called back twice first time I got transferred to a mailbox second time it I got a long story about how it cost them 22 for a battery terminal (same on at canadian tire for 6 bucks) and that was what I got for my 150 hour but they did want to rip out the old starter at least another 150 (must have been a tough terminal!)

So I asked if I am going to pay for them to pull it out how about another hour to put my after market one in I have at home... They need to call me back.

Next day turns out its too hard neither the tech or their after market installation guy is competent enough to do the job they actually told me at this point "They just don't want anymore problems" and magically the teck was able to change a fuse and now its fine (If you cant count on a dealer to be competent to fix your car why do you pay the $$$ for dealer service right).

Now they tell me that I need to fix my oil sending switch said part is 44 dollars and will be 100 to put it in. I call Airdrie auto value they have it for 22 bucks. I check google the job was easier than changing a spark plug.

I told them no and came for my truck $500 later?? it got me a transfer case flush (170ish I think its around that for the diffs and transfer case at a lube shop), a battary terminal install and a new fuse !!!

Man I hate to see what a guy pays if he rolls in with a burnt out clutch or tranny

So took my Jeep in for its first service
And to get my 3M repaired for the 3rd time!
Left it with them for over a week because I went to Nova Scotia.
They did the service and repaired the 3M
But what I thought was great was they only washed the front of the car and left the back half dirty !
Guess after spending 70,000$ you only get half a car wash
What a joke and very sad that they couldn t take 5 minutes to wash the hole thing

So I was driving and all my service lights came on !
So I called the service department and got a voice mail.
Left a message with the problem ,my name ,phone number ,the voice mail said I would be called back with in 1 hour !
2 weeks later and still nothing !!!
So I email the person that responsed to this bad review and 5 days later nothing
So far the only good experience with this place was sales
service not at all !!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Airdrie Dodge. Nathan in the sales department is super attentive but not your usual sales pushy which is refreshing! The service department are also amazing! they are friendly and fast, I couldn't ask for anything more and wont go anywhere else.

We came in having done some research before hand so we had a good idea of what we were looking for but still wanted to try options for a truck at different price points. We were actually interested in more than the basic models even coming in but at no time felt any pressure to spend more than our budget. After getting home I measured our garage and was a bit concerned about whether our new truck would fit inside - Ron Ballantyne drove the truck to our home in NW Calgary about an hour later to give us some peace of mind - great service! To top it all off, we feel that the initial offer price given to us for the vehicle was very reasonable and it didn't take much negotiation to get it to the right price. Chris and Clark in business services made the financing arrangements a breeze. It was a very pleasant experience overall.

I brought my car in for warranty work and was not told there would be any charges and then I learn when I pick up the vehicle that I owe $100.
I would have thought a phone call advising me of this charge would have been made.
I am unemployed and this is my Christmas money!!

I'll keep it simple, they own up to what they say. We purchased a new van again for the second time thanks to Chyann Coakley. Great pick=happy kids=smooth ride.

drove in to get my oil changed and asked if they could also change my fuel filters if time permitted. They checked with the service team and he said no problem. The one super nice thing was the service tech was heading for lunch but put it off till my truck was finished which is great!! The bad thing was the cost to do the fuel filters was a lot higher than I expected. I like taking my truck to you but your prices are high compared to other authorized outfits in Calgary. And lastly, your staff out front were very nice and had a smile which is great to see.

Booked an appointment to get a couple recalls done on my Ram 2013 3500 and Mellisa was very helpful. I requested an oil change to be done while in the shop which was not a problem. Services were preformed and the serpentine belt replaced after they let me know it was badly cracked. The only disappointing part to this visit was the oil monitor was not reset.

Just bought a 2015 Ram, Went Above and beyond to make sure the truck was in tip top shape!! Thanks to Melissa for all her excellent customer service and for knowing everything about the truck you really made it a smooth and speedy purchase. Thank you!!

Our experience today was very much like Derick Ash. High Pressure sales tactics. The sales manager actually called us rude when we got up to leave because we didn't agree with his offer. It was not a good experience.
