Good service and customer care. Thank you to Kevin In service, Keith in sales, John in Finance, and a very patient front desk staff for fielding my numerous calls. In fact, the dealership exuded friendliness as everyone greeted me with smiles and were willing to help in any way. In the end, I drove away with a Jeep.

The back story is that I had gotten stuck one too many times in my low-riding car, and did not feel safe when trying to get out of our cul de sac or my parking spot on the street.

I did not have much time for vehicle-purchasing, so after some online researching, decided that a Jeep was what I needed. I went to the dealership on a Saturday, and by Monday afternoon drove away with my new vehicle.

Special thanks to Keith, my salesperson, who patiently answered multiple questions and let me test drive as often as needed for me to reach my final decision. I did not see dollar signs in his eyes. Instead, he made me feel that my needs, opinions, and decisions were more important than making a sale, which to me is the mark of a true salesperson.

Much credit goes to John in Finance for his expertise in getting the deal approved, which was not an easy task in my case. I appreciated his attention to detail in providing me with the information I needed to expedite the insurance and transfer the registration with minimal effort and time on my end.

I can't thank everyone enough. The atmosphere at the dealership was friendly: all of the sales team smiled said greeted me, and were helpful as needed. I was even entered for a monthly $10,000 draw, exclusive to this dealership.

The former owner, Larry Cook, would be very proud of all of you. My husband and Larry were in rehab together after both had hip/knee replacements. It is because of Larry that my husband and I initially went to the Airdrie dealership a few years ago, and since then, have driven exclusively Chrysler products.

We have tried other chrysler dealerships closer to where we live, but we seem to migrate back to Airdrie for the service and customer care we find there. Even though Larry is sadly no longer with us, it is because of the current owners and employees that I bought a vehicle from your dealership yesterday.

Thanks, Keith, for spending extra time explaining all of the features before I drove away - with a full gas tank!

I purposely drove in the deep snow in our neighbourhood to get used to the four-wheel drive. It was so easy to use and I feel much safer and confident now, knowing I will not be stuck or stranded in deep snow.

To top it all off, Keith gave me a new Jeep coffee mug! Cheers!
