No issue with technician as he knew what he was doing more around very high cost for 30 minutes of work. Needed the diverter changed as well as hot and cold seat as well as spindal so bought tall the parts and changed the seats as well as spindle on my own. You require a special tool from the manufacturer to replace the diverter however so called Aiello to get it done as was running out of time. The labor for a 440 min (tops) job was over $350 (steep) but what really killed me is the charge for a diverter from them was just shy of $100! I had the part already and I had paid under $10 at the Home Depot. I can understand a markup but come on 10x the cost. Won t be calling them again. Do yourselves a favor if you do use them get the parts yourself.
