This is the most quickest place you can get a police clearance and convenient as well.
They insist you pay into their account for your fingerprints . Then when you try to query the phone just rings with no answer. No feedback. There has to be someone else doing fingerprints this is just unprofessional !!!
I went on Friday and was told I can come and get my security clearance on Monday. I specifically asked when they closed so I can take time off of work to be in time. Ten minutes before closing time the receptionist (which told me she would still be there) was gone and the other lady said she couldn't help me because it wasn't her department. Now I have to make another trip, costing me additional petrol money and having to ask to leave work early once again.

for people who want to renew their PRDP license, make sure use your ID number or traffic number as reference when make payment, DLTC sometimes tell you to use submission number as reference is completely wrong information, Afiswitch will not pick up your detail, i had a very frustrating experience when i called Afiswitch serveral times to found out the status of my application, and only found out later that stuffs at Afiswitch are constantly picking up phones because of the wrong information provided by DLTC, people just feel so frustrated when the calls are not going through, i would suggest people who live close to actually drive to Afiswitch to get update or correct their reference to the right ones.
