for people who want to renew their PRDP license, make sure use your ID number or traffic number as reference when make payment, DLTC sometimes tell you to use submission number as reference is completely wrong information, Afiswitch will not pick up your detail, i had a very frustrating experience when i called Afiswitch serveral times to found out the status of my application, and only found out later that stuffs at Afiswitch are constantly picking up phones because of the wrong information provided by DLTC, people just feel so frustrated when the calls are not going through, i would suggest people who live close to actually drive to Afiswitch to get update or correct their reference to the right ones.
