Fast on getting me in the office. Very friendly and clean facilities. Dr.Pinch is a great oral surgeon. Highly recommend.

I had to have surgery on my nose after a fall and Dr. Chalk was wonderful. The staff was nice and also professional. My news was better than new by the end of it. I will definitely return if I ever decide to have elective facial surgery.

I lived with a broken tooth for 3 years. Finally it broke again and I just couldn t bear it anymore. CVOFS got me in immediately and scheduled my surgery for the next week. Not only was the price very reasonable, the procedure was the easiest I ve ever had. I would do it again if I had to! I just wish Dr. Pinch could be my regular dentist!

I felt quickly attended to, the nurse and doctor did a great job of making me feel comfortable and at ease!

My daughter has had two surgeries at CVO&FS to prepare her for braces. Both experiences have been great! The staff is friendly, professional, skilled and great at making a child feel safe and cared for in what is a pretty scary situation for a kiddo. We would highly recommend this office!

Good experience with removal of 3 Wisdom. Teeth. Dr. Chalk is very patient and kind. I lost my aftercare instructions and they were very quick to email them to me.

I went to get my Top Wisdom Teeth removed and at first I was super nervous.... I didnt know what to expect.... But as soon as the nurses and staff got me strapped in for the procedure I was as ease.... They were very courteous and professional.... The procedure went smoothly and I was on my way home in no time at all.....

It was such a pleasant operation that I wish I had more wisdom teeth to be removed so I could experience it all over again.

Everyone there is great. They all make sure you're comfortable and at ease with the procedure you're getting. Dr Chalk is very easy going and works hard to make sure that you understand your procedure and that all goes well.

Considering we went to their office during COVID-19 they were very professional & I think overall made my 10 yr old daughter feel at ease, As much as you can before mouth surgery. We Will have follow up appts. & are looking forward to working With Dr. Carvajal & his team. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Very professional staff. - administrative and nursing. They were very accommodating. I had an abscessed tooth, and they got me in right away. Dr. Pinch was very knowledgeable and good at his job. He was thoughtful of my vertigo problem.

My daughter had to have all 4 wisdom teeth out. She was very nervous to say the least, but we were both comforted by the caring staff.

Thus far, my experience has been good...I have surgery to replace bone in my front jaw scheduled...with many more appointments...I suspect their superior care will continue.

3 appointments with them now...same GREAT care each time.

1. Consistent (all staff across the board, every visit)
2. Professional (but personal and compassionate)
3. Caring (they called to check on me the very afternoon of surgery)

I was treated so well and was prepared beforehand for what would take place. This is my second experience and after the first time, I chose to come back over a referral to another office for which I had no frame of reference. I will continue to patronize CVOFS in the future!

Good experience during removal. Very painful afterwards pain medications that were given were very weak and would only make me sick.

I have had no issues with this office from the consultation to my surgery and my follow up everyone was professional and very kind. Will definitely recommend this office to anyone!

My appointment could have been done over the phone, but the staff was friendly and I felt Important. Granted I was the only patient there at the time.

I moved here from Maryland. I miss our Doctors A LOT..... I am VERY particular of where/who my family deals with. I was looking for a CLEAN & PROFESSIONAL Oral Surgeon Office... I found both!!!! My Son needed X-ray, they sanitized the Machine when he was done. I look for all of that, side not I have OCD. I was very pleased when my Son & I walked in. The staff was very friendly!!!!! They went out of there way to help get my Son in to be seen. The Doctor was Awesome!!! He explained everything in detail. I would recommend this office to EVERYONE!!!

I am in the process of using Dr. Carvajal for a couple of tooth implants. My only problem with this business is they don t accept Medicare coverage which might be irrelevant since Medicare might not even cover this procedure which is clearly optional. The competence and friendliness of the people involved is obvious and unquestionable.

Awesome staff made sure my little boy was comfortable, did an awesome job on his oral surgery very clean and made us aware of what to look for and how to care for afterwards.

Was in and out. They were all so friendly and professional.

I am horrified of anything that might deal with pain - the staff here really went all out to help me get through this procedure as comfortably as possible.

Fantastic experience! Wisdom tooth removed. Doctor was the best, staff & nurses were friendly, kind, patient, experienced, and thoughtful. Equipment was all new, building was clean and posh. Could not have asked for better treatment.

Dr. Carvajal is a wonderful physician, and has done all three of my dental implants. He and his entire staff are thoroughly professional, and I highly recommend this practice for your needs.

I had my 3rds removed and coming in I was VERY nervous. The staff was so calm and professional. The front desk made the feel at ease. Dr. Carvajal's assistant Christina talked me through everything so thoroughly that she alleviated my anxiety about being worked on and being in pain after. I had IV sedation for my procedure and Dr. Carvajal placed the IV. It didnt even hurt! It was truly an amazing experience. Before I knew it I was out and they were waking me up saying it was all over with! I said how impressed I was! The individual talents at CVOFS are evident! I have followed their instructions to a T. Their post-OP bags are VERY helpful with everything you need.

So helpful and understanding. These days doctors are so quick to make judgement calls and push you out the door. Both doctors I saw really took the time to listen to me and hear my concerns. They also checked on me every few minutes when I had to wait so I knew they didn't forget me. Very attentive!

The ladies at the front desk are extremely rude. Appt was at 11:45, still in the waiting room at 12:40. Asked about my appt and the lady told me there I didn't need to worry about it we would be in shortly again in a rude manor, (didn't even ask me if I needed help or look up from her desk until I said excuse me and still didn't make eye contact). Very unprofessional and not a welcoming environment!

I was pleasantly surprised. I was terrified of having a tooth pulled and it was over in minutes! Barely any soreness or bleeding. The worst part was not being able to have a soft drink for 3 days!

Very professional, they told me everything to expect, and were very good at the extraction. The most painful part was the numbing. 10/10, would go again.

My daughter had to have a procedure done at CVOFS and everyone was so great from the first time we walked through the door. All staff explained everything very well and on the day of her surgery they did so well with her since she was very nervous and never been sedated before. I highly recommend them and am very thankful they took care of my daughter so well!

I had two wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Chalk. One was impounded and one was ruptured. I chose to use the laughing gas for the procedure. The experience exceeded my expectations. The procedure couldn t have lasted more than 10 minutes total. It is very apparent that that this team knows what they are doing. I am very pleased.

I staff here is amazing and Dr. Carvajal is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

I was sent to CVO&FS on the recommendation of my local dentist. I had a tooth that needed to be removed and my dentist could not do it. It was there that I met Dr. Pinch who went over health records and what the procedure would entail. He and his lovely dental assistant worked on my problem and although I am not a fan of having dental work done I could have asked for any better treatment. Staff members that I did meet with were cordial, helpful and only wanted the best outcome. in closing, anyone considering oral surgery would be very well served by this establishment.

Called yesterday for a follow-up visit. Got in today. Dr. Chalk is phenomenal. I was in and out in a flash. No pain. Can t say enough about this practice.

Everyone was so wonderful. I explained how much pain I was in and they did everything possible to get me in immediately . A truly appreciate everything they did.

The surgery went very well. They are professional and friendly. However, I had to wait an hour in the waiting room. Unacceptable! Period. This is treating patients as if they do not matter. Don't give me the "crazy morning" excuse. I would go somewhere else if I could. I have already spent a fortune here. Frustrating.

They were absolutely amazing with my daughter who has severe anxiety when it comes to any dental work. I would recommend them to anyone

Doctors are friendly and helpful enough but they need new receptionists! They are rude and impatient on the phone and in person. Also the wait was long.

It was my first time getting any type of oral procedure so I was extremely nervous and anxious and everyone did an amazing job of comforting me and supplying with materials and information before and after the procedure to make sure I was well taken care of. It was great to get rid of bad tooth ...on the other hand of bad tooth the Dr had hit the next tooth and piece filling came out it... Ugh

Had a wonderful experience. Wisdom teeth removals are never fun, but the doctor and nurses took very good care of me. I stayed awake and had local anesthetic for my surgery and I have no complaints. Everything went smoothly and they made sure I was okay before I left.

Almost 24 hours post op and my son is doing well. Excellent care and very friendly staff upon arrival to have his wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Carvajal and his staff made us feel we were in good hands.
