Advanced Roofing completed a large commercial building for my client and I earlier this year. The salesman and the working foreman for my project was always available and communicated with me from the first day on the project to the final inspection. I will recommend Advanced Roofing to the other General Contractors I am affiliated with and I m glad that we hired them to be apart of my Contractor team.

The entire team from Advanced Roofing that handled our commercial solar array roofing project was outstanding. The site crew was courteous, the office team was helpful and responsive, and the managers were experienced and extremely knowledgeable. All our questions and concerns before the project started were addressed thoroughly. During construction, the team took appropriate measures to protect existing grounds and structures, and to work around on-gong business operations. I highly recommend Advanced Roofing. They recently completed a re roof of our 15,000 sq ft office building in Boca Raton FL, and they did a great job. Starting out with their sales process, I knew they were different. Super professional, thorough presenting me with several options and discussing the advantages/trade offs for each. What blew me away is after signing the agreement they did not ask for a deposit! All other roofing companies I spoke to wanted money up front, but not Advanced. They did not need money until the permit was filed and materials were on site. The permit process went off without a hitch, everyone I worked with in their office was professional and competent. The job went smoothly and apparently not a big one for them. They sent a professional crew and got the project completed as quickly as possible working around the weather. They continuously worked on it not starting and disappearing like I heard happening with other companies. After completion we had a heavy rain and there was a small leak around an AC pan. I called at 4:45 pm and they had someone here the same day and they stayed until almost 7 pm taking care of it. I signed up with them for maintenance and looking forward to a long term relationship. A really great company.

Advanced Roofing replaced our entire roof 2 years ago with a white, 60mil EPDM membrane roof. They were professional, fast and came in right on budget. Since then we have had 3 small leaks and each time they came out the very next day and patched each one. We have not since had any additional leaks. I cannot complain with the job they did or continue to do.

Surely the BEST roofers in South Florida! They installed three new roofs on our three 5 story condo right after hurricane Wilma. The roof still looks like new. I recommend their yearly maintenance program. They come once a year an touch up areas that are needed and inspect the roofs. They are very professional, on time, and courteous. We had some extensive damages to a roof mansard from Hurricane Irma at a commercial shopping center in Pompano Beach that required a temporary displacement of one of our tenants. We were impressed at the speed of service during their repair process. It allowed us to get our tenant back to a normal working order, fast and without disrupting too much of their day-to-day. Advanced Roofing re-roofed an occupied supermarket in our shopping center. Not only was everyone I dealt with professional and courteous, they also got the job done without any complaints from the tenant. I can highly recommend them. They did it again! Four years after our first experience with Advanced Roofing I am happy to report that they haven't lost a step. This time they re-roofed approx. 75,000 sq/ft. of an occupied shopping center. I have been working with commercial building management for over 25 years and worked with many commercial roofers on several large projects. I must tell you that working on roof projects in south Florida can be very stress-full with the un-expected weather patterns and the potential of water intrusion while trying to complete a roof. For me it was very important to have all safety measures in place. I must say I have experienced catastrophe mishaps from roofers not taking safety measures. Working with Advanced roofing on such a complicated and detailed project was seamless. Everyone in their staff was attentive, communicative throughout the whole process from beginning to end. There were no surprises. They delivered as promised. I will use them again on any future projects.

Advanced Roofing was awarded to assume the contract for a re-roof project after another contractor defaulted by a surety. After working with their team, it is apparent why sureties choose to work with Advanced Roofing. Their entire team, from the Project Manager, Superintendent and foremen are knowledgeable, tentative and responsible in the way they conduct themselves. The project consisted of a re-roof at an international airport and included phased replacement of existing roofing and assisting in demolition of precast panels that formed a parapet. Throughout the project, Advanced demonstrated that they were "team players". I look forward to working with Advanced Roofing in the future.

As a general contractor, it is not often enough that we have subcontractors that are thorough, communicate well and follow up with accountability. The Advanced roofing team in Florida is that team. I highly recommend this team. Without notice, our company always has an independent consultant perform a roof inspection and provide us a report. This was the first roofing report I have ever received with absolutely NO punch items. Beautiful work, professional installers and an office team that communicates!!! What more could you ask?
