I have been working with commercial building management for over 25 years and worked with many commercial roofers on several large projects. I must tell you that working on roof projects in south Florida can be very stress-full with the un-expected weather patterns and the potential of water intrusion while trying to complete a roof. For me it was very important to have all safety measures in place. I must say I have experienced catastrophe mishaps from roofers not taking safety measures. Working with Advanced roofing on such a complicated and detailed project was seamless. Everyone in their staff was attentive, communicative throughout the whole process from beginning to end. There were no surprises. They delivered as promised. I will use them again on any future projects.
