Zaxbys is like right there with chick fila or a little above it

Excellent place, but for some reason they get confused on orders and ask what you ordered.

Food is Delicious, but the service is rather slow.

First time trying this place and it was super good the chicken taste like actual chicken and not fake chicken like other restaurants

Covid-19 is running rampant through the employees here.Several have tested positive They refuse to shut down thus employees exposed are still being asked to work. Eat at your own risk!

Friendly staff but I'm in line now looking at a sign that says " Now dining room and drive thru stay open late Mon-Sat open till 2 a.m." but they cut the lights off on us at 11:02?? On Google it says it closes at 1 so which is it?

Great place to hang out and eat with friends. Can get pretty busy since it's right off campus.

Tried the new Chipotle chicken filet. Good sandwich since they have filets and not just fingers. Need to do something about parking at this site, students obviously park there oblivious to the needs of paying customers.

Sooooo good! AND they have crushed ice for their drinks.

Don't waste your money. I have been going to Zaxybs for over 10 years. Went here today to order a traditional 10 Piece, as always it comes with a side of fries and a drink. None was available with my order.

No wait, food came right out and it was hot and fresh!! Woo hoo winning! Really clean and staff was great. First time in Statesboro so I would definitely visit this location again.

Everything tastes great but expect subpar produce on any menu item other than the salads.

Definitely the best location in Statesboro, stir clear of the Fair Rd. location, smaller drier chicken there and expired ranch dressing for salads all in the last two months.

It's in the original spot, and is same old great Zaxby's.

The reviews under mine must be from different people. I work at a Zaxby's and I was on the way to my Grandmother's house in Savannah... LOL so i decided to get some familiar food, Zaxby's. Well this girl who took my order had the nastiest attitude ever. I changed my order when I found out they offered military discount and boy did she get mad. Attitude is everything and I didn't care about her attitude at the moment. At the end of the day, you gone do what ever I request. I will be calling back & calling corporate. I offer the best attitude no matter how bad I may be feeling, that should go for everybody who wants a job in customer service. Rude and disrespectful. Food was good though ;)

Zaxby's has a great choice of delicious foods, along with excellent sauces! Would definitely recommend.

Terrible service. Stale food. Bad experience.
I went there 12/20/2019 and I got the new chipotle sandwich that is hard was hard as a rock. When I went back to get a new one the workers were making rude comments and being unprofessional and the sandwich was still. I wish I could give 0 stars.

The food was typical for for zaxby which I really enjoy it was just not as clean as I am use to for Zaxbys

Alexus was super sweet! As soon as I walked in she greeted me with a smile and hello. My food was great too.

Food portion was a little smaller than normal. Ice piled up at the beverage dispenser. Counter had liquid and food on it. Napkins were messy looking.

Wonderful food and service, wait is more than likely very popular

I normally get the 4 finger meal and replace the Cole slaw with toast and Zax sauce with ranch.

Not sure why they have online ordering. If you order online you will have to wait just as long as it would be it you walked in. Not really worth doing it

For an inexpensive, quick chicken snack, this is the place to go.

It first opened on my birthday, and liked going there when I was a student.

Something is broken at this location every time I visit. The last few times it has been the air conditioning. No fun.

Best food is on campus of gsu.just that customer service suck.

I didn't enter the store but the drive thru was fast. The food was delicious. I had the Zensation salad. The only negative is the egg roll was soggy and a little burnt.

The staff was about the only thing that was nice here. Appearantly the silverware is a luxury. Get boneless wings, you have to fight the line in order to ask for a fork. Then you bite into your wings and it's about 10X spicier than you asked for. So I figure "no problem people are human" so in response I ask for Bleu cheese to dip my wings in. Well... i guess that's a foreign request to these people cause she looked at me like I was crazy and said "but you didn't get a salad" .. #1 kudos for remembering my face and what I ordered cause there were like 100 people there. #2 what? You've never heard of that with wings? So she has to hunt down this dipping sauce for me and comes back with a near frozen squeeze packet of salad dressing for me to drown my wings in. All this topped with stools to sit on that are so poorly maintained that if I leaned back I thought I was falling. Also when I went to fill my drink there was about 7 LBS of ice piled under the spout of the soda fountain. All in all... I rate it was stars. Won't go back to this Zaxbys.

Love their chicken fingers.. usually really good, hot and fresh. However, some people need to be nicer to the customers.. if it weren't for the customers, they wouldn't get paid.

I've never had anything from this Zaxby's that was not absolutely perfect. Awesome staff. Toni was super polite!
