Advanced Roofing was awarded to assume the contract for a re-roof project after another contractor defaulted by a surety. After working with their team, it is apparent why sureties choose to work with Advanced Roofing. Their entire team, from the Project Manager, Superintendent and foremen are knowledgeable, tentative and responsible in the way they conduct themselves.

The project consisted of a re-roof at an international airport and included phased replacement of existing roofing and assisting in demolition of precast panels that formed a parapet. Throughout the project, Advanced demonstrated that they were "team players".
